In a modern society, everyone is in a rush under their life pressure. Time, a precious resource, is considered as the money that the human want to save it more, but as a freshman, we think highly of the studying time.
But, we think we don’t have enough time to study. From Monday to Friday, we have to go to school to have full lessons. There is no doubt that we have to choose to spend more time on it. Actually, I also spend time on playing with my friends because entertainment also plays an important part in our life. What’s more, exercising my physical health is one of the most important things .But due to the full lessons , I have to exercise my body at night, Besides, thinking time can be magical, not only can it clear our ideas, but also it can let us realize what’s important to us. So I often spend some time thinking about my goals and my life style.
A man of strong will feels in control of his own life through controlling his time well while a man of week will feels himself to be a time slave to his face

Excessive Dependence on Mobile Phone
With the development of our society, mobile phone rapidly came into widespread use. But in the meantime, It is obvious that people are fascinated with cell phones while even ignore their security in our daily life.
According to the survey,teenagers who excessively use their cell phone are more prone to disrupted sleep, restlessness, stress and fatigue.
