Now, many female graduates looking for gender discrimination at work, they have some find it difficult to find a satisfactory job, because employers for their additional requirements are put forward.
On the one hand, they demand not only female job seekers should be young and beautiful, but also to consider whether married female university students, whether for children. However, they are only provide a low salary, position, no pensions, welfare, and weekends. On the other hand, some employers put forward high standards for their female staff, not only has a limit on the education, but also personal moral, mild nature.
Because employers prejudice and high standards, therefore, it's no surprise there are famous university female graduates cannot find jobs.
In my opinion, one of the solutions is female job seekers should maintain a positive attitude. Women can behave better than men in many aspects, such as, careful, patient, fine. Women, on the other hand, job seekers should also have the confidence to believe that if they are talented, although there is a bias, but they must be able to find a satisfactory job.
如今,许多女大毕业生在找工作时受到性别歧视,她们有一些发现很难找到一个满意的工作,因为雇主对她们提出了额外的要求。
一方面,他们不但要求女性求职者应该是年轻和美丽的,而且靠要考虑女大学生是否已婚,是否已有儿女。
然而,他们却只提供较低的薪酬的职位,没有退休金,福利,和周末。
另一方面,一些雇主为他们的女员工提出了很高的标准,不仅在教育上有限制,而且还要个人品行端正,性格温和。
因此,因为雇主的偏见与高标准,一点都不奇怪有名牌大学女大学毕业生找不到工作的事例。
在我看来,其中一个解决方法是女性求职者应该要保持一个积极的态度。
女性在很多方面可以表现得比男性更优秀,比如,细心,耐心,细密。
另一方面,女性的求职者也应该有信心,坚信如果她们有真才实学,虽然有偏见,但她们一定能够找到一份满意的工作。
