1、主语从句的定义:在句子中担当主语的是一个从句,这个从句就叫主语从句。

2、主语从句的三种基本类型1)由that引导的主语从句2)由when, who, how, whether等连接带刺(副词)引导的主语从句3)由what引导的主语从句【注意】主语从句中的语序用___________ 语序。

主语从句作主语,一般看成单数,因此谓语动词用______________ 数。

一、由that引导的的主语从句That he finished the work in such a short time surprised us.That the earth goes around the sun is known to all.【注意】在主语从句中尽管that没有任何意思,在主语从句中也不充当任何成分,但它不能省略。

二、whatever,whichever, whoevei等复合词也可以弓丨导主语从句Whoever broke the window will have to pay for it. 无论是谁打破了玻璃都是要赔偿的。

Whatever you do is your business. 不管你做什么都是你自己的事。

三、用it作形式主语代替主语从句主语从句位于句首时,会使句子显得笨重,因此常以it作为形式主语,而将主语从句后置,以保持句子平衡。

如:1 .It + be + 形容词+ 从句It is strange that she didn 'ctome yesterday.It is not clear why he sid that.【注意】在句子结构为It is important, necessary, natural, essential, etc.+ that时that引导的主语从句用虚拟语气,其谓语动词用(should)+动词原形。
