Compare the advantages(好处) and disadvantages（坏处）of eating out and eat at home.
Eating out:
Suitable people(What kind of people would like to eat out):
Those with very busy jobs outside the house always don’t have time to cook at home
Advantages:
1.Being convenient and can save a lot of time.
You don't have to shop, or cook, or clean up.
Disadvantages:
1.too much intake of sugar and fat is health-threatening;
Meals at restaurants are often high in fat and calories. ['kælərɪ]

2.and they serve big plates of food--much more food than you need to eat at one meal.

Eating at home:
Advantages:
1.Healthy-healthier
2.Cheap-cheaper
With the same money, we can buy a lot of groceries with that much money.
3.At home, you can control your portion size. You can serve yourself as little as you want.
4.But real home cooking doesn't have to take a lot of time. There are lots of simple meals that don't take long to make. In fact, they're faster than eating out, especially if you think of the time you spend driving to a restaurant, parking, waiting for a table, waiting for service, and driving home.
