The topic of this unit is about how to talk about habits. This topic is closely related to students' daily life. So, Ss can benefit a lot from this lesson. Based on the analysis of the teaching material, I set up the following three aims: knowledge aims, ability aims and emotional aims. knowledge aims:Students are able to grasp the new words “often/ sometimes/ always/ never”. Besides, students can use the sentence pattern “I/She/He often/ sometimes/ always/ never...”to talk about their habits.(板书)Ability aims, Students’ability of listening and speaking can be stimulated. In addition, students are able to talk about their own and other students' habits in real situationsAs for Emotional aims, Students’interests in learning English can be aroused through a series of activities and group discussion.
