但对于一个民办教育机构来说，十年却是它成长道路上的一个见证。
每当想起这段经历，我的心中感慨万千。
虽然这条路上充满艰辛，但却充实了我的生活，让我在教书育人的过程中，充分享受到了教育的乐趣，体现了我们天之欧的价值。
天之欧外语学校，最初由间一教室，十几名学生，发展到现在拥有十多名职工和近500名学生。
发展规模如此迅速，不仅得益于我们教职员工不屑的努力和探索，更得益于学生和家长对我们的支持与信赖。
与此同时，我们的工作也受到了相关部门的关注和好评。
我校的办学理念、教育质量多次受到市教委的高度评价。
这与各位的支持是密切相关的。
任何事物的发展壮大，都需要不断完善。
凡是没有最好只有更好。
在学校的各项工作中，我们坚持认真听取学生以及家长的各方面意见，及时纠正错误。
我们愿意与各位家长共同探讨孩子们的教育问题。
在新时期，我们提倡科学管理模式，即在学习生活中，给同学们更多表现的机会，充分发挥各位同学的个性潜能，注重与学生的交流和沟通，真正做到师生互动，充分掌握各位学生的思想动态，从而使学生们学习质量得到更大的提高。
我知道，我们要走的路还很长，我们清醒地认识到，外语教育要适应二十一世纪社会发展对高素质人才的需要，任重而道远。
面向未来，在国家大力发展文化产业的今天，我们将自豪地肩负起时代赋予我们的使命，不断更新观念，不断深化教育教学改革和管理体制改革，从而为各位学生，打下良好的外语基础，迎接未来的挑战。
