Communication
I don’t know whether you have heard about the Internet Globalization or not. But with the rapid development of the Internet, such impact has been spreading throughout the world. The Internet has given our daily communications such a great change. By contrast with long telephone call, nowadays so many people prefer short voice mail through Wechat or QQ.
Instead of writing a letter, now people prefer type an email to communicate, etc…All in all, with the intervention of the Internet, we can communicate with each other in a much more advanced and effective way.
But whether the electronic communication can replace face-to-face contact? I think not. Electronic communication does have its unique advantages: advance, convenience, efficiency, etc… And maybe one day the Internet will drive so many old-time communication equipment outside the historic stage. However, I believe the face-to-face contact is unreplaceable, even the Internet can’t challenge its dominance. Why? Because even though the Internet can deliver the texts, voice, even videos, it still can not deliver the emotion inside a real face-to-face contact.
Allowing the Internet to take over our daily communication can be the worst thing in the world, I do believe.
