一、原料(PET)的基础知识PET(聚酯)的全称是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,是一种中高分子量(25000~50000)长链型聚合物,其高分子(31000~50000)常被用来制造双向拉伸的瓶子即通常所讲的瓶用(PET)。
该树脂是一种圆柱形或平行六面体立方状态,体积为34~40mm3为一种半结晶态物体。
根据不同牌号的原料其玻璃化温度为75o C~80o C左右,其熔融温度在250o C,其加工温度在260o C~290o C之间。
此三个温度指标通常用于该PET的拉伸加热温度、塑化温度及机器、模具温度的设定参数。
PET为亲水性物质,其熔融状态时遇水分时将加速降解。
因此加工之前必须进行有效的干燥。
在挤出、注塑过程中,会有乙醛(AA)的放出,其残留量使加工困难。
我司采用的PET的特性粘度一般在0.76~0.90之间。
二、原料热成型的基本理论通常在自然界里我们把物质在常温下的聚集状态分为气态、液态、固态,高分子聚合物由于分子结构的连续性以及其巨大的分子量,所以它们的聚集状态不同与一般低分子化合物而在不同热力条件下以独特的三种形态存在,即玻璃态、高弹态和粘流态。
高分子聚合物的玻璃态实际上是固态的一种表现形式,特点是在一定的温度范围内呈现出固态物质普遍具有的性质,在某些力学特性上类似于普通的玻璃。
高分子聚合物的粘流态是一种独特的液态。
在某个高温范围内具有既可以流动又有别于普通低分子液体的力学特性。
高分子聚合物的高弹态是介于玻璃态和粘流态温度范围的独有形态。
因此,在我们瓶坯生产过程中可以这样描述:原料由原来的颗粒状经过温度、压力、剪切的作用下,从玻璃态经历了高弹态转变成粘流态压注到模腔里,并在模腔和坯筒内通过冷却再从粘流态经历了高弹态转变成玻璃态,得到我们所需的瓶坯。

VERSA-MATIC®气动隔膜操作说明一、VERSA-MATIC®专利气阀系统VERSA-MA TIC®气阀系统是世界上唯一的专利气阀。
气阀系统由气阀、导向轴组成。
他是靠压力差和自身具有的永久磁性来驱动气阀。
压缩空气由气阀分配给左右气室,推动隔膜运动,隔膜运动的同时,隔膜内压板推动导向轴运动,导向轴可以将部分用过的一次气再次分配给气阀,推动气阀运动。
专利气阀系统的优势在于他是磁性气阀,没有死点,没有冰点,可以在低温下运行。
由于压缩空气的再次利用,与非专利气阀系统比较,专利气阀系统可以省气30%。
二、一般安全说明1、设备的输出压力等于供给的压缩空气的压力,所以不要超过推荐的使用压力。
金属材质泵供给压力不要超过9bar,塑料材质的供给压力不要超过7bar。
2、如果您输送的是危险介质,请您穿好防护服,戴好防护镜。
3、在启动前,应对压缩空气系统进行吹扫,确保压缩空气的洁净;并确认开关阀,压力调节器,压力泄放阀和其他仪表工作正常。
4、在进行维护和修理之前,必须关闭压缩空气,拆离供气管线。
并保证泵内的压力已被完全泄放掉。
5、在运转时,身体的任何部位不要接近泵的排气口。
6、不要使用有泄露的,有故障的,或已被腐蚀的泵,这样的泵不能保证获得足够的压力。
7、气动隔膜泵在设计上为使用压缩空气为动力源,其他的压缩气体没有被检测过,使用时可能会有不安全因素。
8、不要输送与泵不适合的介质,那样将造成严重的后果;如果不能确认介质是否与泵适合,请与您的经销商联系。
9、确保泵体和弹性体部件在规定的温度范围内工作。

警惕
一些系统要求在泵浦出口管处安装一个卸压阀, 以防止系统过压,而造成泵浦或软管的破裂,见 图 4。
流体在出口管的热膨胀可引起过压。这种情况一 般出现在使用较长的,暴露于阳光下或室温环境 下的流体管,或把流体从较冷区域抽吸至较热区 域时(如地下罐中流体抽吸)。
如果使用 Husky 泵浦向活塞泵供应流体,且活 塞泵的进给阀没有关闭,导致流体回流至 Husky 泵浦出口管,也可导致过压。

空气管路

泵浦设备中应配有一个漏式主空气阀(B),用以排 除积聚在此阀和泵浦之间的空气。积聚的空气可引起 泵浦空打,从而可能导致严重人身伤害,如流体溅入 眼睛,皮肤等,移动部件碰伤,或危险流体污染等。 见图 2
1. 如图 2 所示安装空气管附件。把这些附件固定在墙 壁上或支架上。确保空气管上的附件都已正确接 地。 a. 安装一个空气调压器(C)和气压表,用以控 制流体压力。流体出口压力应与空气调压器设 置压力一致。
