¡¡¡¡The Greatest men are our soldiers
¡¡¡¡-----Thinking after the wen chuan earthquake
¡¡¡¡Talking about soldiers, I am not unfamiliar at all, since my mum and Dad were soldiers too, they have been working in the army for many years. They are hard-working and strict with themselves.
¡¡¡¡But I never really regard soldiers the greatest until we experienced the huge disaster which happened on 12th May 2008-The wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan province.
¡¡¡¡The tragety came and attacked our people without any sign and we saw lots of buildings fell down and many students, teachers were buried, they need urgently the food, the drink and even a place to stay. Some of them bitterly lost their relatives and friends, others might never open their eyes. During those days, my parents and I were concerning the situation all the time, we tried to watch the news wheneven we have time and chances. I could not help my tears and we tried to help them by donating some money. Disasters are horrible but nothing will defeat a strong heart.
¡¡¡¡Those people are unlucky but the survivors are lucky in another way.Our government put great effort on helping them. Especially our soldiers. They contributed their energy even lives to help the people of wenzhuan with the misson life is the first priority . Some soldiers kept working for several days without sleeping and others even injured their bodies in order to save people s life.
¡¡¡¡After days and nights hard work, more and more people were saved and lots of properties were protected, not only the Chinese are moved by our soilders, but also the people from other places of the world. Once again I deeply understand why my parents are so proud of being a soldier, since they are the greatest indeed.
