Take the one-way street.

One-way street

2. You will stay on the street for a while until you hit the first traffic light.

Stay for a while

遇到某个东西,可以用 hit 这个词,如 hit the traffic light, hit the stop sign 等等。

3. Then take a left.

向左转可以说成 turn left,take a left 或是 make a left。

Take a left into Changan Street,或是

It will be Pingan Ave. It's a six-lane avenue.

This is a Spanish proverb that means don't give someone more responsibility or trust than they can handle. It's often used to caution against relying on the unreliable. Another donkey-related proverb is "It's not the donkey that's ugly, it's its rope." This saying is used to emphasize that it's not the tools or resources that are to blame for a poor outcome, but rather the person using them. In some parts of China, there is a saying "The donkey's lips are cold, but its heart is warm," which is used to describe someone who appears cold or unfriendly on the outside, but is kind and warm-hearted underneath.
