Three reasons can be account for this phenomenon. For one thing, our country lacks labor force. The man is thcarry the burden of family and society in our traditional concept, instead of which the women usually look like not strong enough. That's the reason why the men are needed for. For another, the education quality is poor. The higher the standard of culture we achieve, the more objective we will be toward substances and the better we can comprehend the real reasons of things. Last but not least, our economic level is still low. When economy can't keep up with the development, it has to keep speeding up.
All men are created equal. All human beings have the right to pursue, to be seen and to be what they are. It is beyond reproach that scrutiny, regulation and law enforcement should be honed. Besides, everyone should take the duty of insisting passing truth to later generations. Only in these ways can we conquer the situation.

In the meanwhile, ironically, it is also not rare for us to see that many female graduates experience sex discrimination in the process of hunting jobs all the time. In most cases, the female would suffer lots of inequal treatment when looking for a job or participating in the workplace, especially the recruitment advertisement with saying" Acception for Man Only", which would depress the female and bring them down.
