Getting to Know the World Outside the Campus Leaving from the senior high school and going to the university, we have become university students indeed. A funny and ironic proverb says:” When a student graduates from the university, he loses his job.”Why will it happen? There are several reasons. First, a student’s mayor in the university may not be the same as the social job. That is to say, what a student learn may be useless in the social job. So he lacks the competitive power of the technique of the job. Secondly, campus life is exactly different from social life. Frankly speaking, social life is much more complicated than campus life. But what can we do to know the world outside the campus? Actually our universities have provided us with a lot of stages to know the society. For example, we can take part in the social volunteer job such as museum volunteers, community volunteers and so on. In addition, we can find a part time job so that we can both earn some money and gather experience.
As for me, I have found a part time job in a playing bar and I can meet various people in society. Next, I plan to improve my English level so as to meet the needs of the foreign company. In addition, I will take some lectures to get familiar with social work.
