对so和hair我着重引导学生交流各自的学习方法,在共享学习经验的过程中学会认读单词。如学生善于发现语音规律,他们展示了“go-so”“chair-hair”等以旧带新、尝试拼读的学习方法,帮助学习单词的发音。

本节课是外研版《英语》(三起)第四册Module5 Unit1 I was two.的教学内容。这是一节对话课,课文的情境是Amy到Lingling 家做客,对Lingling家墙上挂着的照片感兴趣,展开了照片上grandparents 和Lingling过去和现在变化的对比,引出一般过去时态的语言结构学习。主要学习“人称+was/were”来描述人或物过去的状态,其中融入了与一般现在时态的对比。这对学生来说,属于初次接触。
根据整体性教学原则,我以“changes”为主线,在语篇中整体引入,让学生通过观察图片,大胆预测、提出问题、观看动画解决问题、听录音寻找信息等任务获取知识和理解。使学生自主发现“描述过去与现在的状态时be动词的变化”规律。语言操练中,教师让学生以“互助合作”的方式,通过多种形式的活动,如模仿朗读、角色扮演、图片对比等,紧扣文本目标语言进行运用,巩固新词和过去时态的语言结构,并在“谈论自己和家人的成长变化”中进行生活化拓展的过程中内化语言,感受生活的变迁和成长的快乐。

下面就教学效果谈一下自己的教学感受。
热身环节是让学生唱“please stand up, please sit down ....." ,一是活跃课堂气氛,二是复习stand up 这个短语,以便在以后的课堂活动中使用。
唱完以后,我就顺势让前排的两个同学站起来,问:Who is taller?他们两个谁高啊?同学们便回答:...比...高。
很自然的就导出了本课的重点。
然后板书:A is tall er than B . 让学生来猜测than 的意思,以及tall 后面的小尾巴er的用法. 感觉从单词到句型,学生在老师的引导下顺利过渡,没有生涩之感。
我出示了大量的漂亮的图,让学生进行比较,学生们很喜欢这些图当然也就爱表达了。
也让学生对同学和同学进行比较,对把自己和同学进行比较,学生们很喜欢这和形式,乐于比较,积极发言,课堂气氛非常活跃。
写的训练我利用课堂活动用书中的练习题,训练听力的同时,也锻炼了写的能力,也巩固了本课所学。
最后让学生将自己与家人进行比较,先在小组内说,让每个学生都有说的机会,再向全班汇报,这样有助于培养学生的自信心。
这个活动培养了学生运用的能力,也激发了学生将英语用在实际生活中的兴趣,有能力的同学还可以动笔写一写,也算是分层次教学。
总之,整堂课下来学生既训练了听说能力,写的能力也得到了提高。
