李文生教授团队10年捅破3000度超高度近视眼的天花板 近日，国际《眼科医学病例报道》杂志（Case Reports in Ophthalmological Medicine ，IF=0.9）以“Postoperative Outcome of CombinedPhacovitrectomy in Eyes with Excessive Myopia (>-30 D)（《超乳玻璃体切割术治疗超过3000度超高度近视眼的术后效果》）”为题报道了上海爱尔眼科医院李文生教授团队在治疗超高度近视眼方面的又一个里程碑式的进展！该研究以眼底外科副主任樊华博士为第一作者，李文生教授为通信作者（图1）。
该研究不仅是李文生教授团队于2013年在国际上首先报道了玻璃体切除联合晶状体摘除术治疗田亚琼《科技视界》编辑部，上海 200023PROFESSOR LI WENSHENG'STEAM SMASHED THE CEILING OF 3000-DEGREE ULTRA-HIGH MYOPIA IN 10 YEARS超过2000度超高度近视眼之后10年在超高度近视眼领域的重大突破，而且突破了该团队10年以前保持的记录，更是到目前为止能够治疗近视眼方面文献报道的最高度数。
图1 樊华博士（左）与李文生教授（右）手术也有3个基本要求：一是近视度数一般要在1800度以下，超过这个度数，玻璃体、视网膜及脉络膜都可能出现明显的病变，术后视力恢复有限；二是拱高要求在2.8 mm 以上；三是术前矫正视力要在0.6或0.8以上，无其他眼病及眼科手术史。
然而，临床工作中时常会遇到那些近视度数超过2000度甚至3000度的超高度近视眼，矫正视力仅0.1或0.2，甚至只能在眼前数手指视力的患者。
这些患者四处求医，却往往得到类似的答案：目前没有任何办法治疗，只能生活在黑暗之中。
这种超高度近视眼无法治疗的原因主要有5点。
第一，超高度近视患者的前房深，且不稳定；第二，手术中患者瞳孔容易变小，甚至只有两三毫米，为手术增加了难度；第三，超高度近视患者眼悬韧带发育不好，术中易断裂；第四，术中眼后囊膜易破裂，导致手术失败；第五，特别是这些患者由于存在严重的眼底病变，对手术以后能否恢复视力没有把握。

The film stars Tim Robbins as Andrew "Andy" Dufresne and Morgan Freeman as Ellis Boyd "Red" Redding.The film portrays Andy spending nearly two decades in Shawshank State Prison, a fictional penitentiary in Maine and his friendship with Red, a fellow inmate.In 1947, a banker named Andrew "Andy" Dufresne (Tim Robbins) is convicted of murdering his wife and her lover, based on strong circumstantial evidence. He is sentenced to two consecutive life sentences at Shawshank State Penitentiary in Maine, run by Warden Samuel Norton (Bob Gunton). He is quickly befriended by Ellis Boyd "Red" Redding (Morgan Freeman), a fellow inmate serving a life sentence who has recently failed to gain parole. The story begins with the trial of a young banker, Andy Dufrense, victimized by circumstantial evidence, resulting in a conviction for the murdering of his wife and her lover. After a quick conviction, Andy finds himself serving a life sentence at Shawshank prison, with no hope of parole. He exists in this prison only in appearance, keeping his mind free from the drab walls around him. His ability to do this results is the gaining of respect from his fellow inmates, but most of all from Ellis Redding. Ellis, commonly referred to as Red, finds gainful use of his entrepreneurial spirit within the drab walls of Shawshank by dealing in contraband and commodities rare to the confines of prison. Andy's demeanor and undeniable sense of hope causes Red to take a deeper look at himself and the world around him. Andy proves to Red and the other inmates that in the conventional walls of Shawshank prison convention will find no home in his lifestyle.
As for this film,what impress me most is that the theme of The Shawshank Redemption. Hope ,freedom ,friendship.Andy always keeps his hope,whenever he believe" Hope is the best thing that the human owns, as long as you don't give up, hope will always be your companions;It is mentioned many times for freedom in this film ,In fact ,no matter who you are,whenever you are,the most importance you wanted is freedom.You will feel more dead than alive without freedom;Besides, friendship is also another meaningful point .without friendship Andy would stand more loneliness and helpless,would have not got support and help when he had difficultly.As people said,when we sincerely tread others we will get sincere return..
The reality of the theme encourages people to fight to preserve the dignity of human beings,to appreciate the beauty of life, and the most importance is to keep hope forever. He once is born, he will die. Everyone is the same. The only difference is whether busy living or busy dying. The film tells us that even a man can live once, but if he keeps confidence, keeps hope and lives a right life, then he is enough. The confidence is the bird that feels the light when the dawn is still dark, the hope is the chief happiness that this world affords, and the life should be full of the singing of the bird and the happiness hope brings.
