去年10月份以来国际乳制品价格逐步回落，我国乳制品 价格处于劣势，竞争力继续下降。受此影响，今年上 半年我国乳制品进口明显增长，出口却大幅减少，促 使原料奶收购价格回落，导致养殖效益下滑。
Given the price fall in the global market as of last October, the price of China’s dairy products is in an inferior position with even reduced competitiveness. As a result, the first half of this year recorded a substantial growth in dairy imports while sharp reduction in export at the same time, which leads to drop of price for raw milk and dampened profit for farmers.

我国奶业总体发展水平还比较低，还处在初级发展 阶段，抵御市场风险能力较差。目前纯种荷斯坦奶牛比 例低；存栏20头以上的奶牛规模养殖比重只有31%；乳品 加工企业与奶农的利益关系不顺，
Still low in level of overall development and vulnerable in face of market risks. Low ratio of pure Holstein, only 30% in farms of over 20 heads of cattle each; not clearly defined interest-sharing links between farmers and processors.

随着经济全球化的不断发展，中国奶业发展 与国际市场的互动性更强、关联度更高，产业弱 质性将更加凸显。
With developing of economic globalization, it becomes more interactive and correlated between China’s dairy industry and global market. The disadvantages of China’s dairy industry will become even more apparent.

随着中秋国庆两节的临近和乳制品消费旺季的到来，价 格将可能逐步回升，奶农收益可望保持稳定。
With the approaching of the Moon Festival and National Holiday as well as coming of high season for consumption, the price is likely to gradually pick up with good hope for stabilizing farmers’ interest.

当前我国奶牛养殖形势总体稳定 Dairy Production Keeps Stable

原料奶定价机制不合理；消费群体培育滞后，市场 开拓不力。特别是近一个时期，饲料价格大幅上涨， 已成为当前奶牛养殖发展的重要制约因素。
Unreasonable pricing mechanism for raw milk;laggingbehind market development and fostering of consumption group. In particular in the recent period, the uprising of price for feed has become a big constraint for dairy production.
当前我国奶业发展克服了去年上半年养殖效益下滑 的不利局面，奶牛生产形势总体稳定。但进入4月份以 来，北方奶业主产区原料奶收购价格出现不同程度下降。 Having overcome the decline in productivity in the first half last year, dairy production keeps stable. However, as of April, the main dairy producing areas in the north have witnessed some fall in price for raw milk to different extent.
