好词,好曲,好歌
Beat it(!)Beat it是一首摇滚名曲,入围了摇滚名人堂史上500首经典之作,同时入围滚石杂志最佳100首摇滚吉他歌曲。

i have changed英语作文范文
i have changed英语作文范文In the deep recesses of my memory, I recall a younger version of myself, eyes wide with innocence and curiosity, eager to explore the vast world that awaited. Thatchildlike wonderment has, over time, transformed into a deeper understanding of life's complexities, a maturitythat has been shaped by my experiences and the lessons I've learned.I have changed. My perspectives have shifted, my values have evolved, and my actions have been molded by the worldI inhabit. This isn't a tale of drastic transformation, buta gradual, subtle evolution that has occurred over the course of my life.As a youngster, my world was centered around my family and friends, my school, and the familiar routines of daily life. My happiness was often tied to material possessions or simple pleasures like playing outside or watching cartoons. Then, as I grew older, my horizons expanded. I ventured into new territories, both figuratively and literally, as I embarked on educational journeys that took me to different cities and cultures. These experiences were eye-opening. They introduced me to new ideas, perspectives, and ways of life. I started to question things that had once been taken for granted, such as societal norms, traditional values, and even my own beliefs. This questioning led to a deeper understanding of the world and a recognition of the vastness of human experience.Gradually, my values began to shift. I realized that material possessions and external validations were not the keys to happiness. Instead, I found fulfillment in personal growth, in contributing to society, and in fostering meaningful relationships. My actions became less selfish and more altruistic as I started to prioritize the well-being of others. This shift in values wasn't overnight; it was a gradual process that occurred over time. Similarly, my perspectives have evolved. I no longer view the world through the lens of a naive child, but through the eyes of an informed and experienced adult. I understand that complexity and ambiguity are hallmarks of life, and that it's okay to embrace不确定性 and embrace the unknown. Moreover, I have come to appreciate the beauty of diversity. As I've interacted with people from different backgrounds and cultures, I've learned to appreciate their unique perspectives and ways of life. This has made me more tolerant and understanding of others, less judgmental and more empathetic. In conclusion, I have changed. I am not the same person I was a decade ago, or even a year ago. My experiences, learnings, and growth have transformed me into a more enlightened and compassionate individual. This transformation has been gradual and ongoing, but it has been profoundly impactful on my life.I am still evolving, still learning, still growing. And I am excited about what the future holds, knowing that it will bring new experiences, new challenges, and new opportunities for growth and self-discovery.**我的转变:自我发现的旅程**在我记忆的深处,我回忆起一个年轻时的自己,眼中充满了纯真与好奇,渴望探索等待我的广阔世界。

Let me tell you all about the crazy changes I've noticed! When my grandpa was a little boy back in the 1950s, kids played really simple games with whatever they could find lying around. One of his favorites was stickball - they'd use an old broomstick as a bat and a rubber ball, and the whole neighborhood would get together for epic matches right in the streets! Can you imagine playing baseball in the middle of the road these days? I don't think my mom would ever allow that.Speaking of baseball, the game itself hasn't changed too much over the decades. But the way people watch and follow it sure has! Back then, you had to either go to the games in personor listen to them on the radio. No TVs, no internet, no way to instantly look up players' stats or watch replays from five different angles. My grandpa says he used to collect baseball cards just so he could see what all the players looked like! Nowadays, I can stream any game live on my tablet and getup-to-the-second updates on my phone. Crazy, right? Some of the most mind-blowing changes have happened in sports equipment and apparel. You should see the crazy lightweight materials and sleek designs they use to make stuff like golf clubs, running shoes, and tennis rackets now. Hi-tech fabrics that wick away sweat, aerodynamic helmets, ultra-grippy gloves - it's like something out of a sci-fi movie! And let's not forget about all the wearable tech that tracks your movement, heart rate, breathing, you name it. My dad says when he was a kid, they just tied an old sweater around their waist if they got hot during a game. How boring is that? But you know what my favorite new sport is? Esports! That's right, competitive video gaming. The best players can make millions of dollars from prize money and sponsorships just by being crazy good at games like Fortnite, League of Legends, or Overwatch. There are huge esports tournaments with arenas packed full of screaming fans watching the action on big screens. My parents say they can't wrap their minds around the fact that video games are an actual professional sport now. They're just old-fashioned, I guess!Even gym class and kids' sports leagues have changed a ton since my parents' childhood. Nowadays, everything is a lot more organized and coached. We have legit practice schedules,skill-building drills, and special training programs. A lot of emphasis on nutrition, too - we learn about healthy eating for peak athletic performance. My dad said in his day, gym class was basically just a bunch of kids running around like maniacs while the teacher caught up on grading homework!I could go on and on about how different sports, fitness, and recreation have become over the years. New technology, new attitudes, new sports altogether. Honestly, by the time I'm a grown-up, who knows how crazy it'll be? Maybe we'll have hyper-realistic virtual reality games that make you feel like you're actually on the basketball court or soccer field. Robotic umpires and referees to make perfect calls. Or even... bionicsuper-athletes?! Hey, a kid can dream, right? All I know is that sports are way more exciting and high-tech than ever before. I can't wait to see what incredible changes the future will bring!篇2The Way We PlaySports have been around for ages, but the way we play them has changed a lot over time. In the old days, kids played simple games with basic rules and equipment. Nowadays, sports are much more advanced and high-tech. Let me tell you about some of the biggest changes I've noticed.Back in the day, kids would just go outside and kick a ball around or play a pickup game of tag or hide-and-seek. The rules were pretty loose, and you could make them up as you went along. These days, most sports have strict official rules that everyone has to follow. There are rule books thicker than my head! The equipment we use has also evolved. In the past, a stick and an old tin can might be your baseball bat and ball. Today's sports gear is made with space-age materials and fancy technology. I have a baseball bat made of a special composite material that's supposed to hit the ball farther. And the baseball itself has a cool dimpled surface and a precise weight and size specified by the rules.Playing fields used to just be vacant lots or parks, with ruts, rocks and other hazards to look out for. Modern sports facilities like gymnasiums and stadiums have perfectly flat, manicuredsurfaces designed specifically for each sport. They even have underground heating systems to melt the snow and ice!One big change is how specialized youth sports have become. In the old times, you'd play lots of different pickup games and master none of them. But nowadays, many kids focus intensely on just one or two sports from a very young age. We have professional coaches, personalized training regimens, and a busy schedule of practices and traveling tournaments almost all year round.Sports science has also revolutionized how we prepare and perform. My coaches are always tracking our fitness levels, movements, and nutritional intake. We watch videos studying perfect form and strategy. I even wear a special tracker that analyzes all my biomechanics data while I play. It's crazy how scientific sports have become!Despite all this progress, I sometimes wish I could experience sports the simpler old-fashioned way, even if just for a day. There's something pure about just going out and running around a vacant lot with your friends, making up the games as you go along. No coaches, no fancy equipment, no pressure –just good-hearted playing for the fun of it.Then again, I do love the amazing experiences and opportunities available to me as a modern young athlete. Getting personalized training from expert coaches, using cutting-edge technologies, and developing my skills to an elite level is incredible. I'm so grateful to be growing up in this era where sports have become a full-blown science.I think the key is balance. We can embrace the advancements that have made sports better and more exciting. But we should also make sure to never lose touch with the pure essence of playing games just for the joy and passion of it. Whether it's a high-tech stadium or a vacant lot, sports are all about friendship, competition, and being active. Some things never change, even as the games themselves evolve rapidly year after year. As long as we keep that spirit of fun alive, the future of sports will be as bright as ever. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a biomechanics analysis session to get to!篇3Sports: Then and NowHi, my name is Emma, and I'm going to tell you all about how sports have changed from the past to the present. Buckle up because this is going to be a wild ride!Back in the day, when my grandparents were young, sports were a lot different. They didn't have fancy gadgets or high-tech equipment like we do today. Can you imagine playing basketball without those awesome sneakers that make you jump higher? Or running without those cool moisture-wicking shirts that keep you dry? It must have been tough! My grandpa told me that they used to play a lot of outdoor games like hopscotch, jump rope, and hide-and-seek. These games didn't require any special equipment, just a bit of chalk, a rope, and a lot of imagination! Nowadays, kids are more into video games and virtual reality experiences, which are fun but don't really get you moving like those old-school games did.Speaking of video games, did you know that esports (that's short for electronic sports) are becoming super popular? Professional gamers can now compete in tournaments and win big prizes! When my grandma was a kid, the closest thing to esports was probably playing a board game like Monopoly or Scrabble. Times have definitely changed!Another big difference is the way we watch sports. Back then, people had to tune in to their radios or gather around the TV to catch the big games. Can you imagine not being able to stream your favorite teams on your phone or tablet? That must have been so inconvenient!Nowadays, we have access to so many live streams, replays, and highlight reels at our fingertips. We can even watch sports in virtual reality, making us feel like we're right there on the field or court! It's like having a front-row seat without ever leaving your living room. But you know what? I think we can have the best of both worlds. We can enjoy the awesome technology and innovations in sports while still making time to get outside and play like they did in the good old days. Who's up for a game of hopscotch after this? So, there you have it – a look at how sports have evolved from the past to the present. Some things have changed for the better, and some things make me wish I could have experienced the simpler times of my grandparents' childhood. But no matter what, one thing remains the same: sports are awesome, and they bring people together like nothing else!篇4Title: The Changing World of Play and SportsHi there! My name is Jamie, and I'm a 10-year-old kid who loves to play and be active. Today, I want to share with you how the world of sports and physical activity has changed over the years, from the time when my grandparents were young until now. When my grandma was a little girl, she tells me that things were very different. Back then, kids didn't have all the fancy gadgets and technology that we have today. They had to use their imagination and creativity to come up with games and activities to keep themselves entertained.Grandma says that one of her favorite things to do was to play outside with her friends. They would spend hours running around in the park, playing tag, hopscotch, or jump rope. Sometimes, they would organize games of kickball or softball in the vacant lot near their houses. Grandma remembers how they would use whatever they could find as bases or markers, like rocks or discarded pieces of wood.During the summer, Grandma and her siblings would often go to the local swimming hole or creek to cool off. They wouldsplash around and have swimming races, or try to catch frogs and tadpoles. Grandma says that those were some of the happiest times of her childhood. In the wintertime, when it snowed, the kids would bundle up and go sledding down the hills in their neighborhood. They would build snowmen and have epic snowball fights that could last for hours. Grandma says that they never felt the cold because they were having too much fun.Fast forward to today, and the world of play and sports has definitely changed a lot. While we still enjoy many of the same outdoor activities that Grandma did, like playing tag or riding our bikes, we also have a lot of new options thanks to technology. These days, many kids spend a lot of time playing video games or using their tablets and smartphones. While these activities can be fun, they don't really get us moving and being active like the games Grandma used to play. That's why I think it's important to find a balance between screen time and active playtime. My parents encourage me and my siblings to go outside and play whenever the weather is nice. We love to shoot hoops in our driveway or kick a soccer ball around in the backyard. Our neighborhood also has a great park with a playground, baseball diamond, and tennis courts. On the weekends, you'll often find families enjoying picnics and kids running around, playing games like frisbee or flag football.Another big change from Grandma's time is the rise of organized sports leagues and teams for kids. Nowadays, many children start playing on recreational or competitive teams from a very young age. I play on my town's youth basketball and soccer teams, and I love the feeling of being part of a team and working together with my teammates. While organized sports can be a lot of fun and teach valuable lessons about teamwork and sportsmanship, I think it's important not to lose sight of the joy of simply playing for the sake of playing. Sometimes, the most memorable games are the ones we make up ourselves, using our creativity and imagination like kids did in Grandma's day.One thing that hasn't changed over the years is the importance of staying active and getting plenty of exercise. Just like Grandma and her friends, I feel happiest and healthiest when I'm running around, playing, and burning off all my boundless energy.Whether it's shooting hoops in the driveway, going for a hike in the woods, or just playing a good old-fashioned game of tag, I believe that being active and getting regular exercise is crucial for kids like me. Not only is it fun, but it also helps us stay fit and healthy, both physically and mentally. So, while the world of play and sports has certainly evolved over the years, with new technologies and organized activities, some things remain the same. Kids still crave the freedom to run, jump, and play in the great outdoors, just like our grandparents did. And at the end of the day, that's what really matters –finding joy in movement and staying active, no matter what form it takes.篇5Sports and Exercise: Then and NowHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm going to tell you all about how sports and exercise have changed from when my parents and grandparents were kids to how they are today. It's crazy how different things are now compared to back then! When my mom was a little girl in the 1980s, exercise and sports were a lot different. There wasn't much technology involved at all. My mom says the biggest "gadget" they had forexercise was a jump rope! Can you believe that? No Fitbits, no crazy workout videos on YouTube, no nothing. Just a good ol' jump rope to get their hearts pumping.Gym class was really basic too. My mom says they just did simple calisthenics like jumping jacks, sit-ups, and running laps around the gym or outdoor track. Sometimes they played games like dodgeball or kickball too. But that was pretty much it. No rock climbing walls, no fun interactive video games, none of the awesome stuff kids today get to do in gym!Speaking of video games, my parents can't get over how much more gaming is tied to fitness these days. Back in their day, video games were just for fun and completely separate from exercise. Nowadays, there are all these cool active video games that get kids' bodies moving while playing, like Just Dance and Wii Sports. My dad thinks it's genius to combine the two! He just doesn't understand how we aren't all experts at bowling and tennis from playing the Wii versions so much.Another big change from when my parents were young is how many more organized sports and activities kids do nowadays outside of school. My mom and dad really only played super informal pickup games in their neighborhoods or registered for like one recreational league per season. But meand my friends? We're in travel soccer, swimming, gymnastics, you name it! We've got practices and games like every single day. I'm not sure how my parents survived with so little scheduled activity! The biggest shift of all though has to be this huge emphasis today on encouraging kids to live active lifestyles in general, not just playing traditional sports. When my grandparents grew up in the 1950s and 60s, it was a totally different world. There weren't concerns about childhood obesity or kids spending too much time looking at screens. Heck, there weren't even smartphones and tablets back then to distract kids from running around and playing outside! My grandma says she and her siblings would just go out and make up games in their yards or at the park for hours on end. No one scheduled playdates or enrichment camps or anything. They'd ride bikes all around the neighborhood too without anyone worrying about their safety. She thinks today's parents are a bit overprotective if you ask me!But at the same time, my grandparents didn't have parents as tuned into nutrition and exercise as moms and dads today either. Back then, no one really paid attention to how much protein or vegetables kids ate or tried to limit their sugar intake. There also wasn't research on how much activity kids need or the risks of sitting around too much. Grown-ups just didn't think about that stuff as much. These days though, there are tons of programs aimed at getting kids more physically active and making better food choices. At my school, we have an annual fitness fair with an obstacle course, nutrition classes, sports clinics, and more. We also do mileage clubs and fun runs to motivate us to walk/run more. Gym teachers talk about the importance of living a balanced lifestyle with healthy habits. My gym teacher, Mrs. Garcia, is always saying "Make time to move and groove every day!"My parents are really happy schools make such an effort to reinforce active living. They didn't learn much about it themselves as kids beyond basic P.E. class. Now there's just so much more information out there about the benefits of exercise for physical health and focusing better in school and all that. Grown-ups are way more conscious about nutrition too.Like I mentioned before, my grandparents' generation didn't have any of those considerations about balancing activities, nutrition, and rest when they were young. My grandpa laughs about how he'd eat giant sandwiches stuffed with fried bolognaand white bread smothered in mayonnaise as a kid and then go out and run around the neighborhood for hours after with no problem. He says our version of a healthy lunch today of things like whole wheat pitas with hummus, baby carrots, and yogurt wouldn't have even been on his radar back in the 1950s! Times have really changed. My grandma also finds some of today's workouts for kids pretty amusing. When I told her about goat yoga, which is doing yoga poses alongside goats who wander around during class, she just about lost it laughing. She says they would've never imagined adding baby farm animals to exercise back in her day! Although she does wish she could've tried cardio drumming, where you do high-intensity workouts using drumsticks to pound to the beat of music. That sounds like so much fun, doesn't it?Overall, I'd say exercise and sports have gotten much more creative and high-tech these days. There are so many more options too beyond just basic team sports like my grandparents' generations had. Don't get me wrong, I love soccer and all, but I'm really glad I also get to try out all the unique athletic activities schools and programs offer now that kids couldn't have dreamed of years ago.Like taking trapeze or circus arts classes - that's something I've started recently and it's an absolute blast! Not only do I feel like I'm having an adventure every time, but it helps me build body awareness, coordination, and upper body strength. My grandparents must think I'm off my rocker though, because "circus" back in their day probably just meant a few clowns and elephants, not kids swinging on trapezes and learning aerial tricks!I also love being able to do virtual reality workouts and exergaming where you burn calories playing games that have you squatting, punching, dodging obstacles, and more. Technology makes exercise so much more engaging than just running on a treadmill! Although I do enjoy mixing it up with running outside too, especially since I can use my GPS watch and wireless earbuds to track my mileage and listen to awesome playlists. My parents say while all the modern gear and interactive activities are awesome, they're just thrilled my friends and I prioritize being active in general. They feel like their generations were much more sedentary after school just watching TV or playing old-school video games that didn't require any movement. Nowadays, grown-ups really emphasize makingplaytime an opportunity for exercise rather than just vegging out.I guess I can see their point about that. When I think about what my friends and I do after school, we're constantly on the move. Whether it's riding hoverboards or scooters around the neighborhood, exploring walking trails in the park, shooting hoops at the rec center, or swimming at someone's pool, we pretty much always have some kind of physical activity on the agenda. That's so different from how my parents spent their after-school time inside on the couch watching reruns and munching on chips and cookies. No thanks, I'll take an afternoon rock climbing, trampoline jumping, or playing pickleball any day!Don't worry though, I'm not saying we never veg out too. We love hanging out playing video games as well or watching shows and movies. But even then, we often do it while walking on a treadmill or pedal exerciser at home just to keep our bodies moving. Idle hands are a rarity for us compared to my parents at our age!I think it's awesome how much more cognizant grown-ups are today about the importance of regular exercise and living an active lifestyle from a young age. There are just so many more opportunities and ways to make fitness fun rather than feelinglike a chore. While I'm sure my grandparents had a perfectly happy childhood, I can't imagine not having access to all the cool sports, games, and workout activities me and my friends do. I have a feeling though that if they could go back and be kids again now, they'd absolutely take advantage of things like rock climbing walls, trampoline parks, and VR games too. Why wouldn't you? Being active has never been so awesome!篇6Sports Have Changed a Lot!Sports are a huge part of my life and the lives of my friends and family. We play sports at school during gym class and recess. We play sports on teams with our local clubs and recreation centers. And we watch professional sports on TV at home or sometimes even get to go see the games in person! It's really fun and exciting. But sports today are actually really different from how they used to be a long time ago. My dad told me that when he was a kid back in the 1980s, there weren't as many sports to choose from. The most popular sports were the same as today - basketball, baseball, soccer, and football. But there weren't asmany opportunities to play them organized on teams outside of school. My dad said he had to just play pickup games of those sports with friends in the neighborhood park or backyard because there weren't recreational leagues for kids his age. Can you imagine not having a real baseball or soccer team to be on as a kid? That would be so weird! He said the only way to play on a real organized team was if you made your school's team, which was really competitive.Another big difference is how much less high-tech the equipment and training was back then compared to today. My dad said when he played basketball, he just had a basic ball and there were no specialized shoes just for basketball. Nowadays, I have a fancy ball that's designed for better control and special basketball shoes with good traction and ankle support. The shoes alone probably cost more than all of my dad's equipment combined when he was a kid!The training was also nowhere near as advanced as it is today. My dad told me the coaches basically just ran practice doing basic drills and scrimmages. They didn't have any way to do fancy video analysis of plays and techniques like my coaches do now. We're able to break down our movements in super slowmotion to get tiny details right. The coaches can make us complicated personal workout and nutrition plans too. Back then, my dad said it was really basic too - just doing push-ups, sit-ups, and running laps for exercise.Maybe the biggest difference though is how huge and mainstream sports are nowadays compared to when my dad was young. He said you really only saw professional sports like the NFL or MLB on TV sometimes. There wasn't the constant news coverage and analysis shows about sports that are everywhere now. You also didn't have things like video games, apps, YouTube Shows, and other media completely focused on sports entertainment. My dad says it's kind of crazy how obsessed our culture is with sports in every way now. Don't get me wrong, as a kid who loves sports that's awesome! But it's just so different from when he was young and sports were cheaper, way more low-tech, and not SUCH a big money-making enterprise and cultural obsession. It makes me wonder what types of other changes and advances sports will see from today when I'm an adult? Maybe by then, we'll have invented some futuristic new sports or ways of playing the classic games. Who knows, we could even beplaying sports on Mars or have bionic super-human enhancements for athletes! The possibilities seem endless forHow muchwill evolveover time. One thing is for sure - my dad will tell his grandkids one day about how mind-blowingly different and innovative sports had become since his childhood!。

改变我们的态度的英文作文
改变我们的态度的英文作文英文:Changing our attitude is a crucial aspect of personal growth and development. Our attitude determines how we perceive and respond to the world around us, and it ultimately shapes our experiences and outcomes in life. I have personally experienced the transformative power of changing my attitude, and I believe that it is a skill that everyone should strive to develop. One of the most significant ways in which changing my attitude has impacted my life is in how I approach challenges and setbacks. In the past, I used to have a negative attitude towards failure, and I would often become discouraged and give up when faced with obstacles. However, I realized that this mindset was holding me back from reaching my full potential. I made a conscious effort to shift my attitude towards failure, viewing it as an opportunity to learn and grow. This change in perspectivehas allowed me to approach challenges with resilience and determination, and as a result, I have been able to overcome obstacles that I once thought were insurmountable.Another area in which changing my attitude has made a significant difference is in my relationships with others.I used to be quick to judge and criticize, and I oftenfound myself in conflicts with friends and colleagues. However, I recognized that my negative attitude was only causing harm to my relationships. I made a commitment to adopt a more positive and empathetic attitude, and I have since seen a remarkable improvement in my interactions with others. By approaching people with kindness and understanding, I have been able to build stronger and more meaningful connections with those around me.In addition to personal experiences, there are also numerous studies and research that support the idea thatour attitude plays a crucial role in shaping our lives. Psychologists have found that individuals with a positive attitude tend to be more resilient in the face of adversity, and they are better able to cope with stress and challenges.Furthermore, studies have shown that a positive attitude can have a significant impact on our physical health, leading to lower levels of stress and a reduced risk of certain illnesses. In conclusion, changing our attitude is a powerful tool for personal growth and development. By adopting a positive and resilient attitude, we can overcome obstacles, build stronger relationships, and improve our overall well-being. It is a skill that requires effort and practice, but the rewards are well worth it. I encourage everyone to reflect on their attitudes and consider how they can make positive changes in their mindset.中文:改变我们的态度是个人成长和发展的关键方面。

Changing is a neutral wo rd. We can’t judge it is good or bad in general, because every coin has two sides. But sometimes we need to change, because it is good for us. Sometimes we willmeet some difficult or uncomfortable situation. When we are not able to change it, we need to change ourselves. If both of us refuse to budge, the problem would not be solved. Difficulties hide in every corner of our life so we have to face them at times. But the problem is that we sometimes are not able to change the challenging situations at all as our abilities are limited. When it es, we’d better change our attitude towards these difficulties. Only in this way can we get rid of the tough surroundings and be happy.Something like that happened to me once. There was a time when I was laughed at by my classmates while I was walking. I was puzzled so I asked them why they laughed at me. One of them told me that the way I walked was very strange and funny.I was sad but I just couldn’t change the way I walked. And the situation of being laughed at by those people didn’t stop. Therefore, I changed my attitude towards the incident. I ignored those ments on me and walked as I used to. The ments soon disappeared and I was so glad to have succeeded in the quiet war.So in my opinion, we should change ourselves first and then the situation can be changed at last. It is very difficult for us to change our surroundings but much easier to change ourselves. People around us will see our change, after which they may change their attitude toward us.初三英语优秀作文:How I’ve changed 篇10I like staying late at night and getting up?late next morning. Usually, I won’t go to bed before one o’clock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up. Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over. So sometimes I can’t catch up with my teacher, because I can’t focus my mind. And I don’t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat.I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my lifestyle is unhealthy. I need to change it. I can’t sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my lifestyle, I can make my life more wonderful.初三英语优秀作文:How I’ve changed 篇11Things in the world are changing. People are changing and every creature is changin g. You've Changed Your Tune 转变态度
William: (mouth full) I'm William mmf, mmf. Hello.
Li:我说,老搭档,你难道你忘了嘴里嚼着东西不能说话吗?尤其是我们现在正在主持BBC 的音频节目!
William: (smacking lips) Well, I've really been enjoying this super jumbo hamburger. Wow, that was good. I just can't seem to get enough of super jumbo hamburgers recently.
Li: Oh? What is it about super jumbo hamburgers that you like so much?
William loves hamburgers!
William: Well that's a good question Li. I think it might be the delicious 100% beef burger and how the flavours merge with the sauce, which is made to a carefully-guarded recipe. But then again I like the lovely gherkins and the crisp crunchy lettuce. But also let's not forget the layers of soft yellow cheese. Maybe it's all of those things. Hmmm. I think I could have another, actually.
Li: Well, Will, all I can say is: you have changed your tune.
William: Hmm? That's an interesting phrase, Li. Shall we make it our phrase of the day?
Li:好啊。
如果一个人 change your tune, 那就是改变了你的态度了。
带有批评的成分但是有点半开玩笑的意思。
William: Yeah... let's hear another example:
Girl 1: What do you think about Mark? Don't you think he's really good-looking?
Girl 2: Mark? I thought you hated him?
Girl 1: That was last week. This week, I feel very different...
Girl 2: Wow, you've certainly changed your tune!
Li: Hmmm. I have to say I don't think that I change my tune very often.
William: Well I'm sure that that's true but we don't generally use the phrase to talk about ourselves. We tend to always say: "You've changed your tune" or "You've certainly changed your tune." We often say it like this: "You've changed your tune!"
Li: OK. So, you have certainly changed your tune, William, about super jumbo hamburgers.
William: No... I've always loved super jumbo hamburgers!
Li:不对,不对。
你把自己的话都给忘了。
对呀我记下来了,两个星期前你跟我说过这个,你看,我念给你听:"I hate super jumbo hamburgers. The meat is like low-grade frozen cardboard, the cheese is like plastic and the tomatoes are like rubber. They make me feel sick and probably shorten my life. After I eat one I just want to curl up in bed." 想起来了吧,这些话难道不是你说的吗?
William: Oh, right. Well, I guess they must have grown on me!
Li: What a change of tune from William the burger hater to William the burger lover!。
