关于吊扇电机的无刷直流电动机新结构的发展研究
摘要：本文提出了一种关于吊扇电机的无刷直流电机新结构的改进。
这种新型吊扇电机第一次使用了无刷直流电机伺服设计电机理论和六阶梯波形成的设计，目的是降低制造成本。
新型电机与传统的感应电机风扇相比，其能量也至少可以保存到55%。
新的无刷直流电机需要同时满足基本的吊扇控制和降低成本的要求。

一、简介
在感应电动机基础上的传统吊扇是很受欢迎的。
那些分相感应电机采用大直径和大尺寸的外转子电机。

二、电机的设计和驱动系统
（一）电机的设计
对于商业化的限制，吊扇无刷直流电机的设计应该满足的基本要求。
该无刷直流电机的运行条件如下：
1.输入电源：交流电源110V或220V
2.速度范围：90转200转/分
3.速度的变化：至少3步（为中速，高速和低速.160rmp 100rpm转速200 rpm）新的无刷直流电机为8极12槽的如图1所示的外转子电机。
有12个单层线圈在12个装配线的还原。
逆变器为这些线圈提供3相电流，然后风扇电机有转动力矩。

（二）驱动系统
吊扇调速控制器驱动系统的新结构示意图如下图2所示。
根据霍尔传感器检测转子的位置，控制中心，数字信号处理器（DSP），可以将速度指令传达给DC-AC 逆变器，三相电压由逆变器提供三相线圈和得到三电流。

通过110V或220V的交流输入电源的变换器可以获得直流电源、24V直流电压。
反击式变换器有成本效益优势，隔离反激式变换器，和小尺寸的选择的优势。
速度控制回路中的闭环速度控制回路如图3所示。

新的无刷直流电机需要同时满足的基本吸风机控制和降低成本的要求。
风扇电机的转矩常数是风扇在运行中的固定速度。
无刷直流电机为了节约电流传感器的成本可以在开环控制中操作。
风扇转速的精度不要求精确，因此无刷直流电机可以使用六步方波控制器或无传感器换相的方法。

新的无刷直流风扇电机和驱动系统具有商业化的特点如成本效应，电能的消耗，体积小，噪音少，易于装配线。
三、无刷直流伺服电机理论与控制
新的无刷直流风扇电机是一个8极12槽外转子的电机设计。
12卷中的3相电流被设定为平衡的，为风扇电机提供转矩。
假设阻尼绕组作用和饱和度是可以忽略，电机和驱动系统的三相电源电路如图4所示。

通过3个霍尔传感器检测的转子位置在线电压的每一周期分为六个步骤。

根据每一步，60度电，该DSP控制器会给如的开关换流的命令。
在三相线圈的理想阶段电流线圈如图6所示,并提供转矩。

四、测试结果
（一）传统的吊扇
传统的分相感应电动机吊扇使用单相电源110 v或220 v。
与3个速度控制步骤相对应的电力的消耗在表一中列出。

在高速运行中,消费能量的单位功率因数(认知)大约是65 W，如图7所示。
风扇在中速运行时流过的输入电压是30V。
这表明好产品的吊扇具有良好的功率因数。

（二）新型的无刷直流电机
新型的无刷直流电机采用外部转子电机的设计。
带有驱动电路的电动机的图片如图八所示。

电力的消耗是让人值得注意的。
无刷直流电机的转速调整是针对那些传统的吊扇而言的。
表2给出了3个固定旋转速度对应的输入功率。
表3给出了两个电机的输入功率的对比值。
在任何速度的运行下，新的无刷直流电机的节能约为50%。
然而,功率因数校正也需要改善功率因数。

当风机在固定的速度下运行时，吊扇的扭矩几乎是常数的。
在高速运行时，电流几乎与理想的电流一致，如图十所示。

五、结论
在节能方面，新的无刷直流电机采用8环和12槽的外转子电机来设计吊扇的。
与传统的感应吊扇相比，新型的吊扇能够节能约50%。
新型的无刷直流电机同时满足了基本的风扇速度控制和节约制造成本的要求。
新型吊扇的价格约为50美元，是比较符合实际的。
