Al半导体工艺生产流程一、洁净室通常的机械加工是不露要洁净室(dean room)的,由于加工分辨率在数十微米以上,远比日常环境的微尘颗粒为大。
但进入半导体组件或者微细加工的世界,空间单位都是以微米计算,因此微尘颗粒沾附在制作半导体组件的晶圆上,便有可能影响到其上精密导线布局的样式,造成电性短路或者断路的严重后果。
为此,所有半导体制程设备,都务必安置在隔绝粉尘进入的密闭空间中,这就是洁净室的来由。
洁净室的洁净等级,有一公认的标准,以class 10为例,意谓在单位立方英I尺的洁净室空间内,平均只有粒径0.5 微米以上的粉尘10粒。
因此class后头数字越小,洁净度越佳,当然其造价也越昂贵(参见图2-1)。
为营造洁净室的环境,有专业的建造厂家,及其有关的技术与使用管理办法如下:1、内部要保持大于一大气压的环境,以确保粉尘只出不进。
因此需要大型鼓风机,将经滤网的空气源源不绝地打入洁净室中。
2、为保持温度与湿度的恒定,大型空调设备须搭配于前述之鼓风加压系统中。
换言之,鼓风机加压多久,冷气空调也开多久。
3、所有气流方向均由上往下为主,尽量减少突兀之室内空间设计或者机台摆放调配,使粉尘在洁净室内回旋停滞的机会与时间减至最低程度。
4、所有建材均以不易产生静电吸附的材质为主。
5、所有人事物进出,都务必通过空气吹浴(air shower)的程序,将表面粉尘先行去除。
6、人体及衣物的毛屑是一项要紧粉尘来源,为此务必严格要求进出使用人员穿戴无尘衣,除了眼睛部位外, 均需与外界隔绝接触(在次微米制程技术的工厂内,工作人员几乎穿戴得像航天员一样。
)当然,化妆是在禁绝之内,铅笔等也禁止使用。
7、除了空气外,水的使用也只能限用去离子水(DlWater,de-ionized water)。

第九章PHOTO工序PHOTO工序的目的HOTO的基本概念什么是PHOTO?若是从一个液晶厂内部部门来说,PHOTO指的是黄光部。
但是从工艺来说,在半导体和液晶产业,PHOTO指光刻技术。
当然,这两个概念是有实质联系的,因为在液晶厂内负责光刻方面工作的就是黄光部。
HOTO工序的目的PHOTO工序的目的是把膜层电路结构复制到以后要蚀刻的玻璃基板上。
主要过程依次如下面图(一),图(二)和图(三)所示。
图(一)图(二)图(三)PHOTO工序主要包含三大步骤,即上图所示的光阻涂布(PR coating); 曝光(Exposure);和显影(Develop).光阻涂布(如图一),就是在plate(玻璃基板)上涂布光阻。
光阻是一种对特定波长的UV光敏感的有机材质,遇到一定强度的UV光就会发生化学反应,所以PHOTO工序要在黄光下进行。
因为黄光波长大,光子能量低,强度比较弱(不会引起光阻化学反应)并且照明效果不错的光。
光阻涂布制程主要控制光阻的膜厚及其均一性。
曝光(Exposure)是PHOTO的关键,也是ARRAY的关键。
之前说了PHOTO是把膜层电路结构复制到以后要蚀刻的玻璃基板上。
临时电路结构就设计在MASK(光罩)上,光罩上有电路结构区域不透光,没有电路结构区域可以透光。
这样就使上一步骤涂布的光阻经过曝光工序之后,电路结构就从光罩转移到光阻上。
曝光(Exposure)制程的主要参数是CD(线宽),Total pitch, Overlay。
Develop即显影。
经过Exposure之后在玻璃基板上喷洒显影液,因为显影液为碱性,对正性光阻而言,被紫外光照射过的光阻可以溶解在碱性显影液中,而未紫外光照射到的部分不溶于显影液。
因此,显影之后,在玻璃基板上,只剩下电路部分有光阻,而其它区域无光阻(注:本节所指光阻为正光阻,一般TFT段都使用正光阻)。
显影液浓度的控制是显影工艺的关键,浓度的高低会影响到线宽。
显影后送去蚀刻,这样有光阻保护部分(即需要的电路部分)的膜不会被蚀刻掉,而没有光阻保护部分的膜就被蚀刻掉。

1寸相片制作及排版DIY证件照的方法有很多,可以用Photoshop,也可以用一些专门的工具,如PhotoKing或Turbo Photo。
1、确定证件照的规格证件的类型很多,除了最常见的居民身份证,还有工作证、学生证、毕业证、学位证、驾驶证等等。
大多数的证件照都要求:直边、正面、免冠、单人、半身照;光面相纸、背景颜色为白色、红色或淡蓝色,着白色服装的请用淡蓝色背景颜色,着其他颜色服装的最好使用白色背景,而且要求人像要清晰,层次丰富,神态自然。
关键的要求是从照片可以清晰地辨别证件持有人。
对于数码照片的分辨率,实际一般用300dpi也就足够了。
同时,不同类型的证件要求的证件照的尺寸也不尽相同,通过下表就可见一斑。

2、用Photoshop制作第一步:用Photoshop打开准备好的图片,选取“裁切工具”,在裁切工具选项栏中输入固定宽度2.2cm,高度3.2cm(这里用的是小1寸的尺寸,您也可以选用其他规格的标准照),分辨率300dpi(像素/英寸)。
然后在图片中用鼠标选取需保留的范围。
按回车确认。
第二步:接下来作一些必要的修改、调整,比如更换背景、调整色调、对比度等。
这样,一个单张的标准证件照就做好了。
第三步:但仅仅一张是不够的,为了降低成本,通常都是一版几张的,比如一般5寸相纸可以排下10张这样的小1寸照片。
在新生成的单张标准照激活的情况下,点击菜单“选择”→“全选”、“编辑”→“拷贝”。
