The new curriculum standard education concept places great emphasis on teachers' reflection and advocates teachers to be a "reflective teacher." Here are a few reflections I have shared with you in teaching:
This is a fifth-grade English class, this lesson learns the words Monday through Friday: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, asking students to use their brains to memorize words and use them flexibly in combination with the given sentence patterns. This English class is designed based on factors such as the physical and psychological characteristics and receptivity of fifth graders.
First, reflect the gradient in all aspects of teaching.
In the new teaching session, the form of discussion and dialogue leads to new words - tell about the week's knowledge, understand new words - read and learn new words in different forms - read and practice new words at the same table - clap your hands to consolidate new words - find regular writing words - sing new words in songs. All reflect from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult. At the end of the class, the homework assigned reflects the principle of "guaranteeing the bottom and not capping the top", one is to let students write seven words,
and the other is to let students tell their parents about today's harvest.
Second, the evaluation reflects the scientific nature.
"Good words are warm in three winters, and bad words hurt people in June cold," The self-confidence established by students in English is very fragile, and they need the careful care of teachers, not that there are no excellent students, but teachers lack a pair of eyes that are good at discovery. Teachers should be good at discovering the advantages of students, giving encouragement in a timely manner, teachers should be kind to students' deficiencies, give encouragement in time, but pay attention to the grasp of the degree of scientificity in evaluative language, do not move on the "very good", in addition, for the question itself, for the student's answer situation, to "tailor-made," can not be good, you did very well. Third, lay a good foundation and pay attention to word teaching
As long as a solid foundation is laid, skyscrapers can be built, and students can only reach the height of application if they have a solid grasp of words; Only by making the foundation solid and thick can we expand and extend. In English teaching, we emphasize that listening and speaking are ahead, and reading and writing are keeping up, but often reading and writing cannot keep up. So in teaching, I arranged a lot of reading exercises and writing exercises.
Fourth, use songs to remember words, and do more with less.
In word teaching, in addition to the use of physical objects, pictures, stick figures, songs are also used a lot, songs are popular, through the teacher's own songs, will let students read catchy, easy to remember words, I think this is also an advantage of my lesson.
There are also some problems in teaching, such as the time arrangement is not appropriate, the scope of the students is not wide enough, the evaluation of the students is paid attention to, but in the end it is not implemented in place, etc., which still needs to be improved in my future teaching.

”下面是我在教学中的几点反思和大家交流:
这是一堂五年级的英语课,本课时学习单词星期一至星期五:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,要求学生开动脑筋巧记单词,并结合所给句型灵活运用这几个单词。

根据五年级学生的生理、心理特点和接受能力等因素设计这堂英语课的。

一、在教学各个环节体现梯度。

在新授环节,讨论、对话的形式引出新单词—讲述有关星期知识,明白新单词—采用不同形式读学习新单词—同桌认读练习新单词—
拍手歌巩固新单词—找规律写单词—歌曲唱出新单词。

无不体现由浅到深,由易到难。

在结束课堂环节,布置的作业体现“下要保底,上不封顶”原则,一是让学生会写七个单词,二是让学生把今天的收获说给父母听。

二、评价体现科学性。

“好言一句三冬暖,恶语伤人六月寒,”学生在英语方面树立的自信心很脆弱,需要老师的细心呵护,不是没有优秀的学生,而是教师缺少一双善于发现的眼睛。

教师要善于发现学生的优点,及时给予鼓励,教师要善待学生的不足,及时给予鼓励,但要注意度的把握在评价性语言方面体现科学性,不要动不动就“very good”,另外要针对问题本身,针对学生回答情况,要“量体裁衣,”不能是good, you did very well. Best,等简单重复。

还有我们要善于利用肢体语言表达情感,一个人心的微笑,一个赞许的大拇指,一个认可的点头,一个鼓励的眼神同样也会起到潜移默化的作用。

三、打好地基,注重单词教学
只要打好坚实的基础,才能盖起摩天大楼,学生只有把单词掌握扎实才能很好地达到运用的高度;只有把基础做实、做厚,才能拓展延伸。

在英语教学中,我们强调听说领先,读写跟上,但往往是读写跟不上。

因此教学中,我安排了大量读的练习和写的练习。

四、利用歌谣识记单词,事半功倍。

在单词教学中,我除了运用实物、图片、简笔画外,歌谣运用的也很多,歌谣脍炙人口,通过教师自编的歌谣,会让学生读起来琅琅上口,很容易记住单词,我认为这也是我这节课的一个优点。

在教学中也存在一些问题,如时间上的安排还欠妥当,抽学生说的面还不够广,对学生的评价是注意了,但最后没有落实到位等等,这还有待于我在今后的教学中去改进。
