摘要：PURPOSE:To cut off the intense-light part of a heat center part and to reduce a leak of light by fitting a light shield member to a heater lamp arranged in a heat roller made of a straight pipe material. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 196 is so supported on a frame 180 as to contact the heat roller 183 invariably through a leaf spring 197 with an optimum press ing pressure of 80-120g/cm<2>, and the heater lamp 190 is turned on and off so that the surface temperature of the heat roller 183 is 190+ or -20 deg.C. Further, a light leak when the heater lamp is inspected is reduced by light shield plates 198 which are made of stainless steel of, for example, 0.1mm in thickness and mounted elastically at both ends of the heater lamp 190, and the light shield plates serve as guides when the heater lamp 190 is mounted during the assembly of a fixing part to facilitate its assembly.
