摘要
目前,水泥混凝土路面大多采用半刚性基层(水泥稳定碎石,二灰碎石),在使用过程中存在诸多问题,尤其是水分渗入后引起基层的冲刷、唧泥病害更加剧了混凝土路面结构的破坏。基于此,论文提出在水泥混凝土路面下设置沥青稳定碎石排水基层(asphalt treated permeable base-ATPB)的解决方案。论文对用于水泥混凝土路面ATPB基层的材料组成、路用性能、结构受力分析展开系统研究,并依托烟威高速公路大修改建工程对施工工艺及关键技术进行了总结。研究成果对于保证混凝土路面的长期使用性能具有重要价值。
论文首先根据ATPB的强度形成特点,详细分析了原材料特性和用量对使用特性的影响规律。采用贝雷法设计出适合于水泥混凝土路面ATPB基层的矿料级配组成,提出确定沥青最佳用量的方法。通过依托工程——烟威高速公路大修改建项目,进一步总结了ATPB原材料的要求以及基于路用性能的混合料综合设计方法和步骤。同时对析漏试验和试件成型方法进行了改进。
其次,根据路面结构的受力特征,论文分析了用于水泥混凝土路面ATPB基层的路用性能要求。通过选取典型ATPB混合料的路用性能系统试验,初步得出ATPB的强度、抗压回弹模量、排水性能、水稳性等规律,为进一步研究奠定了基础。同时设计出 “固定水量渗透法”测定室内ATPB排水性能的试验方法和现场ATPB基层渗透系数的检测方法。在论文研究过程中,结合依托工程的要求,铺筑了水泥混凝土路面ATPB基层结构的试验段,针对于ATPB混合料散热快的特点,提出施工关键技术。
再次,运用有限元理论,借助Abaqus建模,进行了ATPB基层水泥混凝土路面结构的受力分析,得出不同水泥混凝土面层厚度、ATPB基层厚度、ATPB模量时各结构层层底拉应力、压应力的变化规律。根据应力分析结果,综合回归出ATPB基层应力和面层厚度、基层厚度、基层模量关系的经验公式,为结构设计软件的编制奠定了基础。
最后,结合论文理论研究结果,提出ATPB用于水泥混凝土路面基层的结构设计
方法,推荐了典型结构,并运用Visual Basic编程方法,开发出ATPB用于水泥混凝土路面基层的结构设计软件并运用寿命经济分析法分析了采用了ATPB的水泥混凝土路面结构的经济性。

Abstract
At present, the cement concrete pavement mostly employs semi-rigid base (cement stable broken stone, ash fly stabilized aggregate), many problems exit during the preparation, especially grassroots scour, mud disease being caused by moisture infiltration has intensified damage of concrete pavement structure. Based on this, this paper puts forward that the cement concrete pavement adopts asphalt treated permeable base (ATPB) solutions. This p aper studys that material composition of ATPB and road property, structure stress analysis, and construction technology are summarized according to . repair project of Yantai-Weihai highway.Research results to ensure long-term use of concrete pavement is of important value.
Firstly, according to the strength formation characteristics of the ATPB, detailed analysis is carried out about the raw material characteristics and content on the influence law of use characteristic. A granular suitable comosition for ATPB is designed by BeiLei design method, and put forward the method to determine the optimum content of asphalt. Relying on the project material composition for ATPB and integrated design method are summried. Meanwhile leak test and test-piece shaping method are improved.
Secondly, according to behavior of the pavement structure, this paper analyzes the way-use performance requirements of ATPB and the law of strength ,compressive r ebound modulus,drainage properties,water stability are acquired. Meanwhile, "water-fixed method "is proposed to detemine osmotic coefficient in lab and a local method is put. During studying,test road is paved according to the requirement of the project in the cement concrete pavement adopting ATPB, and construction key technology is put forward as heat faster characteristic of ATPB mixture .
Again, acording to the finite element theory, model is bulided by Abaqus, the law of tensile stress and pressure stress of every structureal layer are acquired via stress analysis when different surface thickness ,base thickness, basemodule,and empirical equation is flybacked which establishs foundation for programmieren.
