Depression is a feeling that I have experienced
multiple times in my life. It's a heavy weight that sits on my chest and makes it difficult to get out of bed in the morning. It's a feeling of hopelessness and despair that seems to never go away.
When I'm feeling depressed, I tend to isolate myself from others. I don't want to burden anyone with my problems, and I don't want to bring anyone down with my negative energy. I also tend to lose interest in things that I normally enjoy, like reading or watching movies.
One thing that helps me when I'm feeling depressed is talking to someone about how I'm feeling. Just having someone to listen and offer support can make a huge difference. I also try to focus on self-care, like taking a warm bath or going for a walk outside.
