本研究立足于有效辅助海西区综合交通运输规划决策、提升海西区综合交通运输规划水平。

以支撑海西区交通仿真系统建设和辅助决策功能实现为目标,运用交通运输规划、区域规划等相关理论和方法,在明确交通仿真系统的概念和特征的基础上,进行海西区交通仿真系统的功能分析。

根据功能要求对业务系统进行设计,对交通仿真系统建设的基础平台、业务应用系统、支撑数据库以及模型库四个关键问题进行分析研究。

为交通仿真系统对海西区交通规划的辅助功能的实现提供理论基础和技术保障。

最后以福清市规划路网的适应性分析为应用实例,利用交通仿真系统的定量分析功能,计算路网及各等级路网密度、联通度、技术水平等评价指标,实现对交通规划相关数据的有效管理以及空间地理信息和交通规划信息的完美结合,为交通规划方案比选和调整完善提供了技术的支撑手段。

This research is based on the effective auxiliary the west side of the Straits Economic Zone comprehensive transportation planning decision, promoting the region comprehensive transportation planning level. As the goal, supporting the traffic simulation system construction and auxiliary decision function is realized; using the transportation planning, regional planning and other related theories and methods, based on the traffic characteristics of simulation system, it analysis the function of traffic simulation system. According to the functional requirements it designs the business system . And then it analysis the four key problems of the bases platform of traffic simulation system, the business application system, the database and models. Then to provide the theoretical basis and technical support of the traffic simulation system on the west side of the Straits Economic Zone traffic programming realization of the auxiliary function. As an example of the Fuqing city planning road network adaptability analysis, using the functions of traffic simulation system, calculation of network and each grade road network density, Unicom degree, technical level of evaluation index, to realize the effective data management of traffic planning and spatial geographic information and traffic planning information of the perfect combination, and it provides technical support means for traffic planning scheme selection and adjustment to perfect.。
