一、编制说明Intro
本格栅板安装方案是针对Team D格栅板施工的特点,以道康宁(张家港)有限公司19万吨/年有机硅聚硅氧烷项目(二期)工程施工图纸、美罗格栅板公司的格栅板详图、国标、江苏省地方标准及道康宁张家港有限公司相关程序文件和东洋公司、上海协同监理公司相
关管理规定为编制的依据。
本方案仅实用于Team D钢结构工程格栅项目的安装工作,作为指导生产确保安全作业的依据。
This Grating Installation Method Statement is based on characteristics of T eam D grating work; it is compiled according to construction drawings of Dow Corning 190kt/a Siloxane Project in Zhangjiagang (Phase 2), detail drawing of grating from Webforge Grating Co., Ltd,GB code and Jiangsu Specifications, Regulations of TOYO and TJU. This method statement is only applicable for grating installation work in Team D and will serve as work guide.
二、工程概况General Info
Team D钢结构安装工程是道康宁(张家港)有限公司19万吨/年聚硅氧烷项目(二期)工程的一部分,共24条管架结构,分布于整个二期施工区域,格栅板主要用于管架上人行通道及设备作平台的铺设。
本工程采用的格栅以品牌为无锡美图罗,其型号为W A255/1G,表面处理方式为热浸锌处理。
Team D Steel Structure installation work is part of Dow Corning 190kt/a Siloxane Project in Zhangjiagang (Phase 2). The main structure consists of 24 pipe racks which mainly serve as walkway and operation platform. WA255/1G Grating supplied by Wuxi Webforge Grating Co., Ltd will be paved at equipment operating platforms and stair platforms. Hot-dip galvanizing treatment will be performed on the surface of gratings.
由于本工程结构层次较多,梁、脚手架、缆风绳等纵横交错,对格栅板的安装工作带来了诸多不便,再加上管架遍布整个二期厂区,安装工程又在结构安装的后期,基本上整个厂区格栅板同时布置,战线较长。
The structure of platforms is complicated with crisscrossing beams, scaffolds and mooring ropes, which bring inconvenience for grating installation work. Pipe racks are distributed all over
Phase 2. Grating installation will be performed at the ending period of structure installation work. Grating
installation will be executed at a large area of the site.
三、人员、机具配备Mobilization of Manpower and Machinery
3.1机具配备Mobilization of Machinery
原则上,格栅板的吊装每条管架配备一台25吨汽车吊,亦可根据现场实际情况灵活调整吊机配备,如21a、R28、R29管架可共用一台25吨汽车吊。
Each PR will have a 25T truck crane in principle. Crane could be mobilized according to site situation. 21a、R28、R29 could share a 25T truck crane.
3.2人员配备Mobilization of Manpower
根据现场情况,每台吊机配驾驶员1名,起重指挥1名,安装工5名,共计7人,吊装完成后格栅板安装人员的配备根据管架的长管及格栅板的工作量灵活配备。
According to site condition, each crane will have one crane operator, one crane rigger, five erectors. So each team has seven workmen. Manpower for grating installation work will be mobilized as per length of PR and workload of gratings.
四、施工方案Construction Plan
4.1现场准备Site Preparation
技术交底:依方案要求及工程特点,对当前工作的要求、施工工艺等各方面的要求以书面及口头的形式给班组人员作技术交底,并做好记录,要求每个参加交底的作业人员签字留存。
Technical explanation: according to requirements of method statement and characteristics of project, explanation concerns techniques, safety and others should be given to workman in written or in speech. Detail record and signature of attended workman are required.
格栅板材料堆场:格栅板进场时,按不同的管架编号及平台层次将其分类打包摆放在管架结构的两侧。
Gratings Material Stockyard: received gratings should be stored as per PR area and platform layer. Pack them up and store them at two sides of PR structure.
辅材准备:专用紧固件(业主指定使用喜利得公司生产的射钉锁扣),在进场前以监理公司要求向监理报审,检查质量、规格是否符合设计及规范要求。
Auxiliary Material Preparation: 40,000 sets of dedicated fasteners (Hilti fasteners appointed by Dow Corning) will be reported to TJU for inspection at arrival. Inspect the quality, specification to ensure them meet the design requirements and comply with codes and specifications.
吊机准备:25吨汽车吊3台。
Crane preparation: three 25T truck cranes.
4.2施工顺序Construction Procedure
格栅板施工的顺序总体上由低层平台向高层平台施工,由中间开始向两端施工、从爬梯口部位向其他部位施工。
Installation of grating will be carried out from bottom layer to high layer, from center of platform towards outside, from stair head to other area.
4.3格栅板的安装Erection of Gratings
4.3.1机具选型Choice on Machinery
格栅板的吊装采用一台25吨汽车吊进行.
A 25T truck crane will be used during erection of grating.
4.3.2工况分析Work Analysis
25吨汽车吊,最大作业半径16米,臂长33.5米,提升高度29.4米,额定起重量为3.15吨。
25T crane with jib of 33.5 meters has maximum working radius of 16 meters, lifting height of 29.4 meters and rated load
capacity of 3.15 ton.
4.3.3格栅板的铺设Paving of Grating
根据现场实际情况,首先将每层平台上靠近脚手架操作平台的格栅板以单件形式吊装到位,并由平台上安装作业人员铺设到位,做好临时固定、临边围护(踢脚板、临时栏杆等)。
然后再将整捆格栅板吊装到铺设好的平台上,作业人员于已铺设好的平台上打开整捆格栅板,依次向周边延伸铺设,同时,架子工配合格栅板铺设人员修改脚手架及生命线,以满足格栅板铺设的需要。
According to site condition, erect single piece of grating that will be installed near scaffold operating platform to installation spot. Fix these gratings and set up temporary securing (kick plate, temporary handrail). Erect bunches of grating onto paved platform. Workman will then unpack and pave gratings outwards. Scaffolders will coordinate with gratings paving workman to adjust the scaffold structure and life line as per requirement of installation.
4.3.4格栅定位positioning of gratings
管架上格栅板主要是走道及小的设备操作平台,定位相对较为简单,主要是保证每块格栅板在支撑梁上的支撑的最小宽度即可。
Gratings on PR mainly server as walkway or operation platform. Minimum support width of each grid should be guaranteed.
依格栅板图纸要求,格栅板离平台梁边缘的距离为10mm,两格栅板之间的缝隙为5mm,为了确保平台上各种设备管线、电缆管线等预留孔洞位置的正确,格栅板之间的间隙可根据需要适当调整,但要保证平台或走道边缘格栅板边线平齐。
According to gratings drawings, gratings should be 10mm away from edge of beams. Space between two gratings should be 5mm, so as to provide space for pipes, cables of equipments. Space between gratings can be adjusted as requested. Edges of
gratings at sides of walkway or platform should be in a line.
4.3.5格栅板的倒运Site Transportation of Gratings
大量成捆的格栅板在倒运时采用吊机进行,在铺设过程中,少量及单片格栅板的倒运采用人工进行。
Bundles of gratings will be transported by crane while spare gratings or single plate of grating will be handled by man.
4.3.6格栅板的固定Securing of Grating
首先是在格栅板铺设的同时进行临时固定,临时固定的方法是采用12号铁丝绑扎,相邻两块格栅板间至少要绑扎两个点。
待整层格栅板全部铺设完成后,根据布置图的尺寸要求调整好每块格栅板的位置,同时用专用紧固件(业主指定使用喜利得公司生产的射钉锁扣)做最终的固定(对于需要修补油漆的部位,先采用临时固定,待油漆修补完成后再作最终固定)。
Bind with 12# iron wire for temporary securing during paving. At least two bindings should be set for two adjacent gratings. When the whole layer of grating is paved, adjust the position of every plate of grating as per dimension requirement of lay-out drawing and then carry out final tightening
with dedicated fastener sets (Hilit fastener sets appointed by Clients). For areas need paint repairing, set temporary securing and execute final tightening when paint repairing is done.
4.3.7收尾工作finishing work
大面积的格栅板安装完成后,从上到下逐层进行仔细的检查,检查紧固件的紧固情况,跨度、挠度等,发现问题及时和设计及监理沟通,尽快处理。
When most of the gratings have installed, check tightening conditions, span and deflection of fastener sets carefully from upper layer to bottom layer. Resolve problems promptly.
五、质量技术措施Quality Assurance Measures
5.1成品保护Product Protection
成捆格栅板在运输、堆放时,必须用枕木垫起,不得让格栅板直接接触车厢或地面,以免造成镀锌层的破坏;
Bundles of gratings should be protected with sleepers during transportation and storing. Avoid direct contact of gratings and truck or ground so as to protect galvanized coating.
铺设过程中,单片格栅板的倒运必须抬起,不得在梁上拖动,以免造成格栅板镀锌层及钢梁涂层的损伤;
Single plate of grating should be lifted during transportation. Do not drag gratings on beams so as to avoid damage to galvanized coating of gratings and coating of beams.
5.2技术标准Technical Standard
5.2.1格栅板承力扁钢搭接在钢梁上的长度不得小于25mm;
Stress-bearing steel flats of gratings which connected on beams should exceed than 25mm;
5.2.2格栅板永久固定时,小于1平方米的每块格栅板不得少于四个专用锁扣,大于1平方米的格栅板每平方米不得少于四个锁扣;
During permanent securing of gratings, each grating plate that is smaller than 1 square meter should be secured with at least four fastener sets. For grating plate that is wider than 1 square meter, each square meter should be secured with at least four fastener sets;
5.2.3相邻两块格栅板间隙设计为5mm,为了确保格栅板上各种孔洞位置的正确,其间隙可
适当调整,但不得大于格栅板扁钢的间距;
The design value of space between two adjacent grating plates is 5mm. the space could be adjusted in order to ensure the holes are correct. But the adjustment should not exceed the space between steel flats of gratings;
5.2.4格栅板铺设完成后应保持平坦,相邻两格板栅板的高差应控制在4mm以内;Gratings should be even when paved. Height
difference between two adjoining grating plates should not exceed 4mm;
5.2.5依设计要求,格栅板最大跨距为1420mm,最大挑出宽度为不得超过150mm,格栅板边缘距钢梁外边缘的距离为10mm。
According to requirement of design, maximum span of gratings is 1420mm; cantilever parts should not exceed 150 mm. distance from grating edge to that of beams is 10mm.
六、安全措施Safety Measures
6.1现场安全措施:Site Safety Measures
6.1.1孔洞的标示与管理措施Mark of Holes and Management Measures
直径或宽度小于1米的孔洞,采用50厚木板或是钢跳板覆盖,并用12号铁丝绑扎牢固,做好警示标志;直径或宽度大于1米的孔洞,采用脚手架钢管做硬性护栏,并做好踢脚板,挂好警示标志。
For holes with diameter or width less than 1 meter, use 50mm thick wooden board or steel gangplank to cover them. Then 12# steel wire will be used for binding. Warning signs should be marked. For holes with diameter or width larger than 1 meter, use scaffold tubes as barricades and set kick plates and warning signs.
6.1.2防坠落措施fallen protection measure
所有高空作业人员必须带好安全带,并挂在安全可靠结构或是生命线上,严禁将安全带挂在格栅板上;
All workman should wear lanyard and secure it to reliable structure or life line when performing work at height. Lanyard should not tie to gratings;
所在小型手工具必须用绳索系在身上;
All small hand tools should be tie to body;
对于固定用锁扣等,每个安装人员配备一个专用包;
Each workman should be equipped with a bag;
对成捆的格栅板,摆放好后必须用绳索与结构绑扎牢固;
Bind bundles of gratings to structure;
铺设完成未能最终固定的格栅板,必须与相邻格栅板钢12号铁丝绑扎固定,且每块格栅板不少于两个固定点;
Paved yet not secured gratings should be tied to adjoining gratings with 12# steel wire. At least two securing points should be set.
6.1.3生命线设置setting of life line
所有临边部位必须设置生命线,生命线须用9mm镀锌钢丝绳,生命线立柱采用脚手架钢管,其间距不得大于8米;
All edge areas should have life line. 9mm galvanized steel wire will be used as life line. Scaffold tubes with spacing less the 8 meter will be used as upright poles for life line.
6.1.4作业域安全管理措施safety management measure
在格栅板安装期间,其安装部位正下方必须用红白旗围护,并配专人看管,任何人员不得入内;格栅板的施工严禁同一区域多层同时作业,以免上层施工落物对下层人员造成伤害;
During the installation of gratings, use warning rope to block the installation area so as to prevent entering of unauthorized person. Multilayer working is prohibited in the same gratings installation work area so as to prevent injury from falling object.
6.2安全管理措施Safety Management Measures
6.2.1作业人员的管理Management of Operation Personnel 安全培训:所有人员进场前必须经过道康宁的安全教育培训,并考试合格后方可进入施工现场;在格栅板工作开始前,还得经过项目部针对格栅板铺设施工的特点,进行专业工种技术交底及培训方可进行施工现场。
Safety Training: All personnel should have safety training by Dow Corning and pass the test before entering the construction site. Before commencement of grating installation work, technical training and explanation of special work should be
given to workman.
特种作业培训:所有特种作业人员持特种作业证书,参加道康宁的特种作业培训,考试合格后进场操作。
Special Work Training: All special work personnel should have relevant certificates, and attend training held by Dow Corning. Only can they enter the site when they have passed the test.
班前交底会:每天班前针对当天施工内容,对班组进行安全、技术交底,作好详细记录(要求所有施工人员签名)。
Tool Box Meeting: safety and technical instruction related to work should be delivered to the construction team every day. Detailed recorded should be kept (signature of all construction worker required).
6.2.2机具管理Management of Machinery and Tools
所有机具的管理责任细化到每个施工作业人员,班前认真检查机具作好检查记录,确实安全正常后方可使用,对不合格的机具设备作好标记,由专业人员进行维修。
Management of all machinery and tools should be assigned to relevant construction worker. Check machinery and tools before work. Use machinery and tools that are safety. Mark unqualified machinery and tools, and send them to professional for repairing.
6.2.3临时用电的管理Management of Temporary Electricity Supply
所有现场临时用电设施由专职电工统一管理,每天班前对所有电箱、电缆进行检查;班后关闭所有电源,锁好电箱。
其他人员不得随意开启电箱或接用电器设备。
All temporary electricity supply equipment at site should be managed by designated electrician. Designated electrician should check all the distribution box and cables before work.
Switch off the distribution box and lock it up after work. Other workers should not open the distribution box or connect electrical appliance to the box.
6.2.4进场道路的管理Management of Entering Road
道路的管理设一专人管理,作好路障、引导标示的安置。
对无关车辆、违规车辆严禁进入。
对进入的车辆,作好引导指挥,以保证其安全行驶。
Road should be managed by designated person. Roadblock and traffic signs should be set up. Unrelated vehicles or vehicles that disobey the regulations are prohibited to enter the site. Give vehicles guide to ensure their safety.
6.2.5劳防用品的管理Management of PPE
个人劳防用品原则上由本人管理,但各班组每周定期检查一次,发现损坏或是不合格的及时更换。
针对格栅板的铺设工作,除常规个人劳防用品外,还得配套合适的手套,做好在施工时人作业人员手部的安全防护工作。
PPE are managed by individual themselves. Each team shall check PPE every week. Damaged or unqualified PPE should be replaced. For grating installation work, protective gloves should be equipped so as to protect hands of workman.
6.2.6风险预知管理Risk Prediction Management
风险预知,即在施工前,对各工序可能会出现或在以往工程中出现频率较高的安全事故作出统计,总结经验,吸取教训。
对可能存在的安全隐患作详细分析,以利于提前采取有效的防护措施。

Risk Prediction is to analysis accident/incident that may happen or used to be frequent in working procedures. Review experience and profit from it. Make detailed analysis on the potential safety hazard so as to take effective protective measures in advance (refer to HSE Plan).
