When I first took this course, I felt it was not very attractive, because the teacher was only told the story about the history

little attention and study in our daily life can make us happy and healthy every day, why not!
Although we in the school canteen rarely have the opportunity to practice the teacher through the cooking soup in class, but we can still in line with the "meat and vegetable combination, salty, reasonable nutrition" concept, combined with their own physical conditions and preferences to choose the canteen meal.
