学校火灾应急疏散演练方案
职责：1.负责演练现场的后勤保障工作，包括场地设置、物资准备、饮食安排等；2.在演练过程中及时提供必要的帮助和支持；3.负责演练后的清理工作。

八、演练流程
1.演练前：进行宣传教育和知识培训，组织各组人员进行分工协作，并做好演练场地的设置和物资准备。

2.演练中：按照预设方案进行火灾疏散演练，各组人员按照职责分工有序协作，确保师生安全疏散到指定地点。

3.演练后：进行演练质量自评和总结，及时纠正演练中存在的问题，提高应急疏散能力和水平。

九、演练考核标准
本次演练按照演练方案和考核标准进行考核，各组人员按照职责分工完成任务，达到预期效果即可。

对于漏洞和不足之处，应及时进行整改和提高。
