轨，如果装载盘片的时候用力太大，次数多了也容易加剧导轨和托盘的磨损，使得间隙增大，托盘的出入会不平稳，甚至会无法弹出或者无法合上。
我们也可以在装盘时用手轻托光驱的托盘，以减缓导轨受的压力。
指点设备保养由于大多数笔记本电脑都自带了触摸板或者鼠标杆来代替鼠标，而且很多用户都已经习惯使用这两种方式来控制屏幕上的光标了，所以作为笔记本电脑上一种经常使用的零件，我们还是有必要向大家介绍一下这两种输入设备的日常维护技巧的。
首先说一下触摸板的保养。
其实很简单，一般的触摸板都分为多层，第一层是透明的保护层，第二层为触感层。
这里用户需要注意的是第一层，这层保护层主要功能是加强触摸版的耐磨性。
由于触摸板的表面经常受到手指的按压和摩擦，所以这层保护层的作用至关重要。
千万注意不要不小心让硬东西将这层保护膜划破，这层膜只要破了一点，其余的部分很快就会脱落，到时候整个保护膜掉光了，触摸板的耐磨性就非常脆弱了，很容易由于长时间的摩擦导致其失灵。
当然,保持触摸板的清洁也是必要的(见图5)。
一、新机初使新购笔记本电脑的用户首先应该注意的就是电池。
新电池在刚刚开始使用时电气特性和使用一段时间后的表现有很大出入，主要体现为会出现充电过程过早结束(假满现象)和冲完电后电力不持久。
正如大家都知道的，这些问题可以通过用户多次的完全充电/放电得到改善，以获得电池的最佳性能。
需要注意的是，全新的电池虽然可以直接拿来充电使用，但如果用户在开始时使用不当，电池性能往往达不到最高水平。
在您刚刚拿到新机器后，请先不要忙着给电池充电，由于笔记本电脑在出厂时厂商会给电池充一小部分电来进行功能测试，所以您拿到的笔记本电脑中还是有一定的剩余电量的，请您先打开笔记本电脑的电源，将余电放干净，然后再进行充电。
一般的做法是先为电池连续充放电3次，才能够让电池充分的预热，真正发挥潜在的性能。
这里说的充放电指的是用户需对电池进行充满/放净的操作，记住，一定要充满，放干净，然后再充满，再放干净，这样重复3次。

交互式电视一体机的保养及维护技巧交互式电视一体机上会由于水滴、灰尘等污染而无法正常使用，所以一体机也同普通机器一样需要定期保养维护。
并且由于触摸屏是多种电器设备高度集成的触控一体机，所以在使用和维护时应注意以下的一些问题。
1、每天在开机之前，用干布擦拭屏幕。
2、水滴或饮料落在屏幕上，会使软件停止反应，这是由于水滴和手指具有相似的特性，需把水滴擦去。
3、触摸屏控制器能自动判断灰尘，但积尘太多会降低触摸屏的敏感性，只需用干布把屏幕擦拭干净。
4、应用玻璃清洁剂清洗触摸屏上的脏指印和油污。
5、视环境恶劣情况，定期打开红外框清洁触摸屏的发射和接收板表面。
具体的方法是：在屏幕背面底部，可以找到松开扣住红外框锁舌的机关，打开机关即可松开锁舌。
顶起红外框底部，拔下触摸屏电缆，向外即可抠出红外框。
仔细擦拭清洁后即可重新接上触摸屏电缆,合上红外框。
一体机在使用的过程中常见问题的解决方法1、如果您的一体机服务程序无法连接，请确定驱动程序是否正确安装，观察看看与触摸电视相连接的USB线是否已经连接好，重新插拔一下USB线，看看有无效果，如果无反应，请联系设备提供商的工程师进行处理。
2、不要频繁将带电插头拔插，以免损坏机器。
3、在进行红外触摸操作前，要把触摸屏的表面显示器的屏幕擦拭干净，否则会影响触摸屏的使用效果。
4、校准时以普通人的触摸习惯方式校准，而不是用手指垂直正对着校准标志校准。
5、需要爱护触摸电视的屏幕，虽然触摸电视的表面紧贴着进口的刚化玻璃，但是如果人为故意破坏，那会有可能损坏触摸电视屏幕。
6、清理触摸电视屏幕的时候，不要使用硬度大的纸张、潮湿的、脏的普通布料来清洁屏幕；建议使用干净的、柔软的布来清理。
7、如果红外触摸屏双击不灵敏，启动触摸屏程序界面，把鼠标灵敏度调低，灵敏度越低双击越灵敏；8、如果每次开机都需要重新定位，可能是因为电脑装有还原卡，请关闭电脑保护后再重新定位服务程序。
9、驱动程序已连接，但无法书写或者书写时有断笔或跳笔则可能是因为书写方式不正确，强光源或红外源的干扰。

笔记本热源从哪来？1.CPU是笔记本发热源，随着CPU的不断升级，笔记本电脑运转的速度越来越快，发热量也就越来越大了。
一般我们解决这里散热的方法就是热管散热加散热片。
这样的好处就是撒热效率高并且风扇能随着温度高低而调节。
2.笔记本的显卡发热量也不少。
早期的显卡热量不是很大，不过现在很多高端机器经常配置好显卡，于是热量也跟着增加了不少。
3.一些配件，例如内存、硬盘、电池等，也是笔记本发热量的一些来源。
笔记本中暑典型症状:症状一：系统无故变慢使用中，感觉系统无故变慢。
状态如：运行程序打开速度突然变慢、玩游戏的进度发生异常停顿等，这些都可能是某个部件温度超标后出现降频延时自保的反应。
因此，系统突然变慢很可能是CPU、北桥等芯片发出高温预警的讯号。
症状二：电脑突然死机电脑正在使用中一切正常，但突然黑屏死机或者重启。
这个症状是CPU过热，切断电源的反应，这是散热不好最显著的迹象。
症状三：机身、散热出风口、键盘手托巨烫无比甚至出现焦味。
这种情况也经常发生，如果突然出现焦味而电脑还在正常运行的时候，很有可能是温控保护系统出现了故障，如果再不实施人工断电的话很有可能出现CPU烧毁现象。

原因：是电源与主板配合问题，并通过更换电源来解决。 如何复现的：之所以能实现故障的复现是通过反复的开关机来实现的。 之所以利用这一方法（我们可心称之为破坏法），是由于这一故障有 一特点，即当不能开机时，将电源拔掉再接上后，或放置较长的时间 后就可开机了（瞧，这就是要与用户沟通及自己的观察才能得到）。 从这一事实进行分析，知可能是电源的残余电流使关机后不能释放导 致开机逻辑不能复位所致。因此，想到加速其残余电流的积累，而反 复的开关机，就是使负载电流在未完全释放时就又加电，达到电流和 积累。 得到的启示：类似这类不易复现故障的还有：机器每天第一次开机时 不能加电；机器工作一段时间后才能出现故障（有时这个时间会很长， 甚至一两个月）等。对于这类故障，一般应通过原理上的分析，找出 可行的复现方法。如每天第一次开机时不能加电，有一种方法就是在 每天开机前到达现场。

一. 笔记本电脑基本维护保养液晶显示屏幕(LCD Panel)* 长时间不使用电脑时，可透过键盘上的功能键暂时仅将液晶显示屏幕电源关闭，除了节省电力外亦可延长屏幕寿命。
* 请勿用力盖上液晶显示屏幕屏幕上盖或是放置任何异物在键盘及显示屏幕之间，避免上盖玻璃因重压而导致内部组件损坏。
* 请勿用手指甲及尖锐的物品(硬物)碰触屏幕表面以免刮伤。
* 液晶显示屏幕表面会因静电而吸附灰尘，建议购买液晶显示屏幕专用擦拭布来清洁您的屏幕,请勿用手指拍除以免留下指纹，并请轻轻擦拭。
* 请勿使用化学清洁剂擦拭屏幕。
电池(Battery)* 当无外接电源的情况下，倘若当时的工作状况暂时用不到PCMCIA插槽中的卡片，建议先将卡片移除以延长电池使用时间。
* 室温(20-30度)为电池最适宜之工作温度，温度过高或过低的操作环境将降低电池的使用时间。
* 在可提供稳定电源的环境下使用笔记本电脑时，将电池移除可延长电池受寿命是不正确的。
就华硕笔记本电脑而言，当电池电力满充之后，电池中的充电电路会自动关闭，所以不会发生过充的现象。
* 建议平均三个月进行一次电池电力校正的动作。
* 电源适配器（AC Adapter）使用时参考国际电压说明”键盘(Keyboard)* 累积灰尘时，可用小毛刷来清洁缝隙，或是使用一般在清洁照相机镜头的高压喷气罐，将灰尘吹出，或使用掌上型吸尘器来清除键盘上的灰尘和碎屑。
* 清洁表面，可在软布上沾上少许清洁剂，在关机的情况下轻轻擦拭键盘表面。

you need to be familiar with before servicing a computer.General safetyFollow these rules to ensure general safety:Keep the areas around the computer clear and clean during and after maintenance.When lifting any heavy object:1.Ensure you can stand safely without slipping.2.Distribute the weight of the object equally across both feet.3.Lift slowly.Never move suddenly or twist when you attempt to lift.4.Lift by standing or by pushing up with your leg muscles;this action removes the strain from themuscles in your back.Do not attempt to lift any objects that weigh more than16kg(35lb)or objects that you think aretoo heavy for you.Do not perform any action that would create a hazard for the customer,or would make the computer unsafe.Before you start the computer,ensure that other service representatives and customer personnel are not in a position that would create a hazard for them.Place removed covers and other parts in a safe place,away from all personnel,while you are servicing the computer.Keep your tool case away from areas that people may walk through to ensure no-one trips over it.Do not wear loose clothing that can be trapped in the moving parts of a machine.Ensure that your sleeves are fastened or rolled up above your elbows.If your hair is long,tie or fasten it back.Insert the ends of your necktie or scarf inside clothing or fasten it with a non-conductive clip, approximately8centimeters(3inches)from the end.Do not wear jewelry,chains,metal-frame eyeglasses,or metalfasteners for your clothing.Remember:Metal objects are good electrical conductors.Wear safety glasses when you are:hammering,drilling soldering,cutting wire,attaching springs,using solvents,or working in any other conditions that might be hazardous to your eyes.After service,reinstall all safety shields,guards,labels,and ground wires.Replace any safety device that is worn or defective.Reattach all covers correctly before returning the computer to the customer.Electrical safetyCAUTION:Electrical current from power,telephone,and communication cables can be hazardous.To avoid personal injury or equipment damage,disconnect any attached power cords,telecommunication cables,network cables,and modem cables before you open the computer covers,unless instructed otherwise in the installation and configuration procedures.Copyright Lenovo20173Observe the following rules when working on electrical equipment.Important:Use only approved tools and test equipment.Some hand tools have handles covered with a soft material that does not insulate you when working with live electrical currents.Many customers have rubber floor mats near their equipment that contain small conductive fibers to decrease electrostatic discharge.?Find the room emergency power-off(EPO)switch,disconnecting switch,or electrical outlet.If anelectrical accident occurs,you can then operate the switch or unplug the power cord quickly.Do not work alone under hazardous conditions or near equipment that has hazardous voltages.?Disconnect all power before:–Performing a mechanical inspection–Working near power supplies–Removing or installing Field Replaceable Units(FRUs)Before you start to work on the computer,unplug the power cord.If you cannot unplug it,ask the customer to power-off the electrical outlet that supplies power to the machine and to lock the electrical outlet in the off position.If you need to work on a computer that has exposed electrical circuits,observe the following precautions:–Ensure that another person,familiar with the power-off controls,is near you.Remember:Another person must be there to switch off the power,if necessary.–Use only one hand when working with powered-on electrical equipment;keep the other hand in your pocket or behind your back.Remember:There must be a complete circuit to cause electrical shock.By observing the above rule, you may prevent a current from passing through your body.–When using a tester,set the controls correctly and use the approved probe leads and accessories for that tester.–Stand on suitable rubber mats(obtained locally,if necessary)to insulate you from grounds such as metal floor strips and machine frames.Observe the special safety precautions when you work with very high voltages;these instructions are in the safety sections ofthe maintenance e extreme care when measuring high voltages.?Regularly inspect and maintain your electrical hand tools to ensure they are safe to use.Do not use worn or broken tools and testers.Never assume that power has been disconnected from a circuit.First,check that it has been powered off.?Always look carefully for possible hazards in your work area.Examples of these hazards are wet floors, non-grounded power extension cables,conditions that may cause or allow power surges,and missing safety grounds.Do not touch live electrical circuits with the reflective surface of a plastic dental mirror.This surface is conductive,and touching a live circuit can cause personal injury and damage to the computer.Do not service the following parts with the power on when they are removed from their normal operating positions in a computer:–Power supply units–Pumps–Blowers and fans–Motor generatorsand similar units.(This practice ensures correct grounding of the units.)If an electrical accident occurs:–Use caution;do not become a victim to assist you in identifying potential hazards posed by these products. Each computer,as it was designed and built,had required safety items installed to protect users and service personnel from injury.This guide addresses only those items.However,good judgment should be used to identify potential safety hazards due to attachment of features or options not covered by this inspection guide.If any hazards are present,you must determine how serious the apparent hazard could be and whether you can continue without first resolving the problem.Consider the following items and the safety hazards they present:Electrical hazards,especially primary power(primary voltage on the frame can cause serious or fatal electrical shock).Explosive hazards,such as a damaged CRT face or bulging capacitorMechanical hazards,such as loose or missing hardwareThe guide consists of a series of steps presented as a checklist.Begin the checks with the power off,and the power cord disconnected.Checklist:1.Check exterior covers for damage(loose,broken,or sharp edges).2.Power-off the computer.Disconnect the power cord.3.Check the power cord for:a.A third-wire ground connector in good e a meter to measure third-wire groundcontinuity for0.1ohm or less between the external ground pin and frame ground.b.The power cord should be the appropriate type as specified in the parts listings.c.Insulation must not be frayed or worn.4.Remove the cover.5.Check for any obvious e good judgment as to the safety of any alterations.6.Check inside the unit for any obvious hazards,such as metal filings,contamination,water or otherliquids,or signs of fire or smoke damage.7.Check for worn,frayed,or pinched cables.8.Check that the power-supply cover fasteners(screws or rivets)have not been removed or tampered with. Handling electrostatic discharge-sensitive devicesAny computer part containing transistors or integrated circuits(ICs)should be considered sensitive to electrostatic discharge(ESD).ESD damage can occur when there is a difference in charge between objects. Protect against ESD damage by equalizing the charge so that the computer,the part,the work mat,and the person handling the part are all at the same charge.Notes:e product-specific ESD procedures when they exceed the requirements noted here.2.Make sure that the ESD protective devices you use have been certified(ISO9000)as fully effective. When handling ESD-sensitive parts:Chapter2.Safety information5Keep the parts in protective packages until they are inserted into the product.Avoid contact with other people while handling the part.Wear a grounded wrist strap against your skin to eliminatestatic on your body.Prevent the part from touching your clothing.Most clothing is insulative and retains a charge even when you are wearing a wrist strap.Use the black side of a grounded work mat to provide a static-free work surface.The mat is especially useful when handling ESD-sensitive devices.Select a grounding system,such as those listed below,to provide protection that meets the specific service requirement.Note:The use of a grounding system is desirable but not required to protect against ESD damage.–Attach the ESD ground clip to any frame ground,ground braid,or green-wire ground.–Use an ESD common ground or reference point when working on a double-insulated or battery-operated system.You can use coax or connector-outside shells on these systems.–Use the round ground-prong of the AC plug on AC-operated computers.Grounding requirementsElectrical grounding of the computer is required for operator safety and correct system function.Proper grounding of the electrical outlet can be verified by a certified electrician.Safety noticesThe CAUTION and DANGER safety notices in this section are provided in the language of English.DANGERElectrical current from power,telephone and communication cables is hazardous.To avoid a shock hazard:Do not connect or disconnect any cables or perform installation,maintenance,or reconfiguration of this product during an electrical storm.Connect all power cords to a properly wired and grounded electrical outlet.Connect any equipment that will be attached to this product to a properly wired outlet.When possible,use one hand only to connect or disconnect signal cables.Never turn on any equipment when there is evidence of fire,water,or CheckoutAttention:The drives in the computer you are servicing might have been rearranged or the drive startup sequence may have been changed.Be extremely careful during write operations such as copying,saving,or formatting.Data or programs can be overwritten if you select an incorrect drive.General error messages appear if a problem or conflict is found by an application,the operating system,or both.For an explanation of these messages,refer to the information supplied with that software package.
