【摘要】目的：探究多次根管疗法与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效。

方法随机选取该院在2014年6月—2015年6月收治的50例牙体牙髓病患者作为观察对象，其中25例患者采用多次根管疗法来进行治疗，作为观察组；另外25例患者采用一次根管来进行治疗，作为对照组。

观察两组患者的治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。

结果观察组中，治疗有效的患者24例，占96.0%。

对照组中，治疗有效的患者18例，占72.0%。

两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.3571；P﹤0.05)；观察组中，出现并发症的患者有3例，占12.0%。

对照组中，出现并发症的花患者有10例，占40.0%，组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.0936；P﹤0.05)。

结论采用多次根管疗法来治疗牙体牙髓病具有较好的效果，治疗的有效率高，且患者出现并发症的情况较少，有效缓解了患者的症状，具有较高的医学意义，值得临床推广。

%Objective To study the clinical curative effect of multiple root canal treatment and root canal treatment for en-dodontic disease. Methods 50 cases of patients with endodontic disease admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group adopted multiple root canal treatment, the control group adopted one-visit root canal treatment, and the treatment ef-fect and occurrence of complications of the two groups were observed. Results In the observation
group, the treatment of 24 cases was effective, accounting for 96.0%, in the control group, the treatment of 18 cases was effective, accounting for 72.0%, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance,(χ2=5.3571;P<0.05), in the observation group, the com-plications occurred to 3 cases, accounting for 12.0%, in the control group, the complications occurred to 10 cases, account-ing for 40.0%, and the differences between groups had statistical significance, (χ2=5.0936;
P<0.05). Conclusion Multiple root canal treatment for patients with endodontic disease has a better effect, high treatment effective rate and fewer compli-cations, and it can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and is of higher medical significance, which is worth clinical promotion.
