Topic: Postwar Recovery & Responsibility
As we know, the impact of the war is enormous. Either the victors or failed states, they will lose many thing, such as money, crops, land, homes and businesses. After the war, the country which joins the war should take more time and more money to do some
post-recovery.
One of the purposes of the United Nations is, to maintain international peace and security. Israel is a developing country, it has a long history, also has a lot of wars. Though the reconstruction of Israel was a long process, Israel can try their best to recovery it. Since 1949, Israel had many wars, because of these wars, Israel resulting many people in deaths. Israel has to recovery their country to protect themselves.
In order to postwar recovery, Israel does a lot of things. Essential to the success of Israel, first in recent years to change take the free-market policies, the two venture capital entrepreneurs skilled in the founder of technology companies, and in not listed, is sold at high price. The economic potential of this model reaches its limit, Israel to play its good culture of innovation spirit more fully to the world, especially in emerging markets, marketing its technology, continued to create new economic environment. Israel's founding period, the economy is agriculture-based socialist economy, decades bulk of their exports are agricultural products.
From some successful experiences we can learn the country can use their own advantage to recovery their country. Like oil, natural gas, mineral and so on. Also they can get help from the UN. The difficult challenges in postwar recovery is the economic will increase, some public place will destroy by the war, the people who live in that country will afraid of something, other country will attack them again. The government and the UN will answer the responsibilities, one of the purposes of the Unites Nations in, to maintain international peace and security. After the war, the government should know how to recovery the country, the also should deal with diplomatic relations. The Unites Nations can play a little role to help the government's recovery; the most important thing for the government's recovery is the government has to try their best to deal with it.
Postwar recovery and responsibilities is the most important thing for each country, every country should try to do that as well.。
