摘要：The present invention relates to a method for purifying biodiesel, biodiesel precursors, or the mixtures thereof, which contain at least one glycoside, wherein biodiesel or a biodiesel precursor or a mixture thereof is incubated with at least one enzyme, in order to convert or cleave said at least one glycoside. In addition, the invention relates to the purified products which can be obtained according to this method and describes the use of at least one enzyme, which can cleave or convert glycoside, for purifying biodiesel or biodiesel precursors and the mixtures thereof.
