摘要：PURPOSE:To make easy the operation of terminals and to reduce the time for call set, by making unnecessary the level control of the signal line, in the stage of setting and open of call in the packet network for non-packet mode terminals. CONSTITUTION:The packet exchange network NET is connected between the terminals 1 and 4, and the exchange network NET is provided with the exchanging stations 2, 3 allocating respectively the terminals 1, 4, and the concentration SUBNET 5 of the other exchanging station is connected at the middle of them. Thus, in the stage of set and open of call in the packet network at the non-packet mode terminal, the level control of signal line is made unnecessary and the operation for terminals is made easy, and also the time for call set can be reduced.
