《蛙跳》是中班的一堂健康课,它的目标是:1.尝试各种跳跃动作,练习纵跳触物;于是上课开始了,我的心里很忐忑,因为这样的跳跃在我看来很枯燥,没有什么新意。

唯一有新意有趣的地方就只是后面的环节:青蛙捉“害虫”。

那需要幼儿的想象和扮演青蛙角色,可“害虫”只是用纸条来做的,没有任何的形象性,我很担忧提不起幼儿的兴趣,我想让课堂更吸引孩子,更贴近孩子,可又心有余而力不足,不知该如何下手,如何修改?我很纠结??在课上我一开始还是处于纠结状态:该把重点怎么放呢,真的可以到达效果吗?到了课堂的中间环节时我才松了一口气,因为孩子们对这样的青蛙跳非常的喜欢,练习地也非常非常地认真,幼儿用他们的表现感染了我,我也变的情绪高涨,指导着跳的姿势有点不正确的幼儿,不断都自己加入其中!在后面的青蛙捉“害虫”环节达到了本堂课的高潮:幼儿们分批扮演青蛙去捉“害虫”,在碰到纸条后孩子们露出了自信的笑容,让每一位幼儿感受到了运动的快乐和来之努力换来的成功感!
通过这样的课堂让我看到了虽然只有一个简单的在大人看似无趣的纵跳动作,孩子们却乐此不彼;虽然“害虫”没有任何的装饰,可孩子们非常认真地捉着“害虫”。

在活动最后,一个孩子跑过来告诉我:“张老师,我们再玩这个游戏好不好?我觉得很好玩!” 篇2:蛙跳教学反思
今年学校再一次安排我教一年级,虽然老师们开玩笑说我是“轻车熟路”,但新一轮的教学自然会有新一次的感受和反思。

开学到现
在虽已过去三个星期,但拼音的教学进度并不是太快。

虽然多数学生在学前班时接触过拼音,但要真正做到都得标准、拼得准确并不容易。

在这几周的教学中我采取了一些措施,也有自己的一些感受。

汉语拼音课的教学内容只有字词,没有句子,更没有>故事情节,缺乏一定的语言文字情境。

每堂课学生学习的都是一些抽象的表音符号,而且这些符号既难读又难记,学生学起来易感到枯燥乏味,因此在拼音教学中我采用了图、形、音相结合的办法。

将字母的形和发音与插图结合起来,将抽象字母具体形象化,激发学生的情趣。

例如在教学aoe 时,我先出示图画:这是一个美丽的村庄,绿草如茵,小溪清澈。

有一天,太阳公公还没爬上山坡,一位小姑娘就站在小溪边唱起了a 字歌,大公鸡听到了跟着唱起了o 字歌,洪亮的歌声引来了大白鹅,伴随着优美的歌声,大白鹅在水中翩翩起舞。

跳着、跳着,大白鹅发现自己在溪水中的美丽倒影,不由自主地唱起e 字歌。

几只小青蛙跳到了荷叶上,也来参加这场清晨音乐会。

这是学习汉语拼音的第一课,对学生来说难度不大。

在教学时为了避免枯燥乏味的练习,我充分借助插图的情景调动孩子们的兴趣,让他们在美的熏陶中,在自我探索、自我发现中愉快的认读、书写。

根据教学目标,本节课的训练点有两个,第一是学习拼音aoe,第二是练习看图说话(并渗透美感教育)。

这两个当中又以第一个为重点。

教学时,可以考虑将拼音的学习放在看图说话中进行。

从看图说话导入,让学生自己发现隐藏在图中的拼音的形,在模拟唱歌、打鸣的活动中读准音,在发现形的过程中学会了书写。

教学目标以及教学重点、难点:
1、认知目标:掌握队形变化的口令及要领,理解短跑、跳跃的动作概念以及蛙跳的动作要领。

2、技能目标:a、学会站立式起跑,力争有90%左右的学生能独立完成,发展学生的速度素质和下肢力量;
b、通过“障碍过关”等游戏,练习跳跃以及短跑技术与速度
3、情感目标:a、初步具有勇敢顽强的意志品质,并通过游戏培养学生集体主义和爱国主义精神:

课的设计为:开始---准备--基本--结束四个部份的制定的目标为:1.复习巩固蛙跳及鸭子步动作要领.提高下肢力量,2.培养同学间互相帮助.团结协作的精神.在一年级上学期时,学生已经学过了蛙跳及鸭子步,大多数学生基本上已掌握了动作的要领,为了提高学生的身体素质加强运动能力。

《连续蛙跳》是一种非常单调,枯燥的项目,所以学生比较喜欢选择跑或者投掷类的体育课,而在以往的教学中,我也总是采用老一套的教学方式,教师先示范讲解,然后全体学生听教师口令集体学习,一遍又一遍的练习,整堂课下来,学生学习的积极性不高,学的动作变形,有的学生还坐在地上偷懒,而且学生每次测验的成绩也不是很理想,所以我这次把连续蛙跳和连续小鸭子步放在一起练习让学生在练习中自己找到相同之处和不同之处让学生自己感受并说出来通过本次课的教学,我得到了很大的启发,很深的体会。

我觉得让孩子自己感受出来的结果要比教师说出来的结果能让孩子更好的体会和运用效果会更好一些,再加上分组教学方法改变了过去以教师为主的被动式教学方法,调动了全体学生的积极性,全体学生的共同参与,也避免了少教学生厌学当观众的现象,从而有效地克服了长期以来形成的素质与素质差生的两极分化的弊病,利用团队的力量创造良好教学环境,加强学生与学生之间的合作学习能力,学生与学生相
互指导,相互帮助,合作学习加深了学生们的友谊,提高了学习效果。

学生通过游戏分组比赛,进一步增强了责任感荣誉感以及和组员之间的凝聚力,从学生的练习程度上不难看出,学生对分组教学方法很感兴趣,教学比赛既是素质,技术,战术的较量,也是对学生心理素质的考验,比赛增强了学生的自信心,勇敢性和坚强的毅力,同时又培养了学生的竞争意识,和创新能力,因此,分组比赛对提高全体学生的参与能力培养良好的心理素质方面也有着显著的功效。

自从进课堂教学改革后,我发现,让我们教师又从新认识了教学的意义,学生应是学习的主人,是课堂上主动求知、主动探索的主体,教师教学的过程要顺应学生学习的过程,教师只能是在学生时行探索学习的过程中遇到困难和出现问题时,时行有效的引导和帮助,教学活动各

《立定三级蛙跳》教学设计教材简析:
初中阶段,学生身心正处于快速发育成长期间,《体育与健康课程标准》在水平目标四中提出要通过各种形式的练习发展跳跃能力。

立定三级蛙跳的方法是两脚平行站立于起跳线后,由半蹲姿势开始,双臂由后向前上方摆动同时下肢用力蹬地跳出,腾空后收腹举腿,伸小腿落地屈膝缓冲,完成三次连续的跳跃动作。

其成绩以丈量起跳线至最近端落地点之间的垂直距离为准,距离越远越好。

由于该项目对场地条件要求不高,技术动作比较简单,易学易练,也是广州市体育中考的选项之一,深受广大师生的喜爱。

它对发展学生速度、力量、灵敏性、协调性等素质,特别是发展下肢肌肉、韧带、关节等力量,有极大的实用性和实效性。

为了提高学生学习兴趣,本课在实施中以不同方式练习、学习立定三级蛙跳,减少教材学习的枯燥性。

现在的学生缺乏刻苦耐劳意志品质,他们的团队合作能力与集体荣誉感比较欠缺,心里承受能力比较低,因此,运用合作性练习方式及游戏接力比赛等方式不仅能巩固练习技能同时培养学生合作能力和竞争意识。

“蛙跳”战术
碧叶连天的池塘里,青蛙灵活地在荷叶上跳跃前进,捕食最心仪的猎物;层层设防的敌阵中,攻击部队超越前线直入腹地,夺占一个个中心要点。

两者的“ 作战机理”如出一辙。

人们形象地把后者这种跳出了线性思维束缚的作战理论称为“蛙跳”战术。

“蛙跳”战术最早诞生于第二次世界大战后期的太平洋战场。

1942年12月,为了尽量减少美军登岛作战中的伤亡,麦克阿瑟提出了“蛙跳战术”。

所谓“蛙跳战术”就是变“逐岛争夺”为“隔岛争夺”。

美军逐一争夺岛屿,日军则誓死抵抗,美军伤亡极大。

因此,美军故意绕过一些岛屿,夺取其后的岛屿,被绕过的岛屿上的日军没有后勤补给不战自乱。

腊包尔是日军在南太平洋最重要的军事基地,驻有12个师团,近千架飞机。

美军如果直接攻打腊包尔势必付出惨重的代价。

因此,麦克阿瑟采用“蛙跳战术”进攻与腊包尔相邻的布干维尔岛。

布干维尔岛上有6个日军机场,夺取布干维尔岛后可以从空中和海上封锁驻守腊包尔的日军。

1943年11月1日,美军在布干维尔岛实施两栖登陆作战。

美军与6万日军交战。

12月9日,美军开始轰炸腊包尔。

美军对腊包尔围而不攻,继续进行蛙跳。

1944年3月底,布干维尔岛上的日军被迫放弃沿海阵地,退往丛林深处。

1944年7月6日,美军占领塞班岛,26000名日军全部战死,偷袭珍珠港的指挥官南云忠一战败自杀。

由于战事失利,东条英机被迫辞职。

小矶国昭接替了东条英机。

1944年10月,B29轰炸机从马里
亚纳群岛起飞轰炸日本本土。

1944年11月中旬,尼米兹认为要进攻日本本土必须先打下硫黄岛和冲绳。

美军的海军和空军开始对硫黄岛进行轰炸。

1944年11月16日至18日的3天时间里,硫黄岛几乎完全被美军火力轰击的硝烟所湮没,日军只得龟缩到坑道里无法活动。

11月20日,美军3个师在硫黄岛的南海岸登陆。

11月24日,111架B29轰炸机空袭了东京郊区的飞机引擎制造厂。

从此之后美军对日本的空袭就一直不断。

蛙跳战术的成功的关键是被跳过的岛屿的后勤补给困难或中断。

众所周知,在陆战场为主宰的几千年时间里,战争双方的对抗是一场“楚河”“汉界”分明的角逐。

无论是攻城略地还是摧城拔寨,在指挥员的思维里,始终存在着一条明确的战线。

作战双方都立足于自我之营盘逐次推进,依法用兵。

为了加快战争进程,美军放弃一线平推的传统做法,跳跃前进,越岛攻击。

一是舍弃旁枝末节的知识点,只选择最主要和最基本的,原则是后继学习可以继续;二是要以最简洁和最清晰的方式,进行要点的操作性训练;三是可以打破课堂进度,使自己的学习、复习个别化、针对化,与老师的教学有异步。

具体策略:选取简单基本的题目进行专项训练;自己一定要独立思考而行,斩断任何替代帮答的通道;要用充足的时间,反复检查不许马虎,凡错一道必须补充1至3道强化,间隔一段时间后重做错题。

同理,随着熟练程度的提高加进难度,由简单到综合,由填空选择到简答大题,由易而难,循序渐进,先入为主,熟练生巧,在最终求得完胜。

“蛙跳”战术对于我们有莫大的好处:首先我们形成学习动机,逐步建立起自信心;其次我们总是在进步态势下紧跟队伍前进,没有了被抛弃、自愧弗如的感觉;再者我们到达目的地几乎和大部队一样,不会有掉队的危险。
