腐蚀率仪使用说明
CORRATER INSTRUMENT MANUAL
一．界面说明MAUM INTRODUCTION
1．显示Display
所测量的历史数据的查询DISPLAY HISTORICAL DATE
格式：年/月/日时：分值
STANDARD: Y/ M/ D H :M V ALUE 2．时间与常数设定Time Constant &Current Set
时间设定，碳钢腐蚀率常数设定，不锈钢腐蚀率常数设定，当前4~20mA电流的选
择（即输出为碳钢当前腐蚀率值还是不锈钢当前腐蚀率值）
Time setting and the constant setting of carbon steel or stainless steel; current output 4-20ma chosen.
3．Download 下载
将所测量的历史数据下载到PC机，以便生成报表
Download historical data to PC for report forms.
4．碳钢腐蚀率测量Carbon Steel Measure
5．不锈钢腐蚀率测量Stainless Steel Measure
6．测量碳钢和不锈钢腐蚀率（先测量碳钢，后测量不锈钢）
Measure All(first carbon steel ,2rd stainless steel)
二．操作说明MANUAL
1．显示历史数据
在主菜单下，按“向上”或“向下”键将屏幕上的箭头移动到Display项，按“确
认”进入下级菜单，“ESC”键退回到主菜单，按“向上”或“向下”键移动键头到
所要查询的项上，按“确认”进行历史数据的查询，按“向上”，“向下”键进行翻
页（第一页总是显示最新数据），按“确认”或“ESC”键退出进行其他项数据查看
的选择。

Under the main menu: use “up”or “down”arrow to “display”button and chose “enter ”for sub menu; chose “ESC” to go back to main menu.
2．在主菜单下，按“向上”或“向下”键将屏幕上的箭头移动“Time Constant &Current Set”到项，按“确认”进入，“向上”，“向下”键进行数字的增减，当设定好后按
“Move”键进行下位数字的设定，按“确认”键确认时间的设定，“Esc”放弃时间
的设定并进入碳刚常数的设定（Carbon Steel Constant）,方法同上，不锈钢常数设定
（Stainless Steel Constant）,当前电流输出选择（Output Current Choose）CS：碳钢，SS：不锈钢，输出值为当前所测得的最新值，为主菜单下RP1（碳钢）,RP2（不锈
钢）
Under the main menu: use “up” or “down” to move the arrow to “Time Constant &
Current Set”. Use “enter” to enter .Use “up” or “down” to increase or decrease date .Use
“move”to reset other date .Use “enter”to reset time .Use “ESC”to give up .Time
setting and carbon steel/stainless steel constant setting the same. CS: Carbon Steel;
SS：Stainless Steel; Output current according to the main menu value: RP1 (Carbon
Steel ) RP2(Stainless Steel)
3．下载Download
接好下载线到PC机，并在PC机上运行下载软件，进入“Download”项，选择所
要下载项，“确认”下载数据，“ESC”键退出并终止下载
Connecting the instrument and the PC properly. Running the Download soft in PC.
Choosing the right date and use “enter” to downloading or use “ESC” to end.
4．测量MEASUREMENT
碳钢腐蚀率测量（Carbon Steel Measure），“确认”进入碳钢测量界面，测量完毕将自动返回主菜单界面，“ESC”终止测量并返回主菜单界面
不锈钢腐蚀率测量（Stainless Steel Measure），“确认”进入不锈钢测量界面，测量完毕将自动返回主菜单界面，“ESC”终止测量并返回主菜单界面
测量碳钢和不锈钢腐蚀率（Measure All），“确认”进入碳钢测量界面，测量碳钢腐蚀率值，完毕后，进入不锈钢测量界面，测量不锈钢腐蚀率值，“ESC”终止测量并返回主菜单界面
Carbon Steel Measure: Use “enter” to enter the options. After measure it can back to the main menu automatic or use “ESC”to go back to the main menu. The measure Stainless Steel the same. “Measure All ”can measure Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel one by one.
5．其他注意事项MENTIONS
（1）.本腐蚀率仪将于每天的9：00定时测量两路腐蚀率值与15：00定时测量两路腐蚀率值，在此测量期间，用户可以按下“ESC”键终止测量并进行其他操作The instrument will work at 9:00pm and 15:00 am twice everyday to measure the corrosion. Use “ESC” to end and make other operation.
(2) .用户操作完毕,必须将仪表当前状态返回到主菜单界面下,否则将不能够定时
测量腐蚀率值
After operation the instrument will back to the main menu or it won’t work properly.
