A Small Act。

It was a typical Monday morning, and I was rushing to catch the bus to work. As I approached the bus stop, I noticed an elderly woman struggling to carry her groceries while trying to hail down the bus. Without a second thought, I quickly ran over to her and offered to help carry her bags. She looked at me with surprise and gratitude, and I could see the relief in her eyes as she handed me the heavy bags.
As we waited for the bus together, the woman introduced herself as Mrs. Jenkins. She explained that she had been living in the neighborhood for over 40 years and had
recently found it difficult to manage her daily tasks due
to her age. I listened intently as she shared her stories and struggles, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of empathy and compassion for her.
When the bus arrived, I helped Mrs. Jenkins onto the bus and made sure she found a seat before I paid for her fare. As we rode together, I continued to chat with her and learned more about her life.
