I had a sandwich for lunch today. It was a simple turkey and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I like to keep my lunches easy and quick to make, so sandwiches are a go-to for me.
The sandwich was really satisfying. The combination of the turkey and cheese with the fresh vegetables was just what I needed to fuel me for the rest of the day. I also had some potato chips on the side for a little crunch.
I usually eat my lunch at my desk while I catch up on some work. It's a nice little break in the middle of the day to refuel and recharge.
I try to drink a lot of water throughout the day, so I always have a bottle of water with my lunch. Staying hydrated is important to me, especially when I'm busy and on the go.
