Alzheimer's Disease (AD)

In China, nearly 7% of people who are more than 65 years old are suffering from this disease, and a person with this disease only could live 5.9 years in average. AD makes patients’ cognitive and memory function degenerate and cause varieties of mental illness and disturbance behavior.
Disease Is not Terrible
With the improvement of modern medicine, many diseases have been cured, like smallpox(天花) was cured by bovine vaccination （牛痘接种）. I believe no matter how terrible the disease is, human could overcome it in future! As a person, what we need to do: Have good living habits ,like no smoking, drinking less alcohol, early to bed and early to rise; maintain a relaxed mood and keep a balanced diet.

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome
It is our common said, AIDS. In 1983,HIV was found in gay for the first time. During the following 30 years, AIDS has became one of the most terrible diseases in the world. A report from WHO says that, there have more than 34 million HIV carriers or AIDS patients on the earth, and each year nearly 1.8 million people have been taken their lives by AIDS .
Cancer (Malignant Neoplasm )
Cancer, as the most widely spread deadly disease, is caused by cancer cells reproduce disorderly and indefinitely which make patients’ nutrients consume largely and release a variety of toxin that make people produce a series of symptoms. But fortunately, cancer is not an incurable disease, if a cancer patient is found early, he probably could be cured completely.
In the world ,there also have many other serious diseases: Hypertensive disease (高血压）,which in China has the largest number of patients all over the world; Cerebral Thrombus(脑血栓),a disease that can make people paralysis; Down’s Syndrome(唐氏综合症，即21-三体 综合症）,a genetic disease which can cause a weak-mind and retardation baby; and so on.

But don’t give up, with the modern medicine improving, AIDS has became a controllable chronic disease. Although AIDS can’t be cured completely, there is a hope for the AIDS patients. Look at the picture, if you know something about basketball, you must be familiar with him, one of the NBA great players in history, Magic Johnson . In 1991, unfortunately, the "magic" was infected with the HIV virus and had to say goodbye to NBA .But he did not yield to AIDS, with his positive treatment and stubborn, perseverance, there can not find any AIDS virus in his body after examination in March 1997. This is a miracle.
Spina Bifida
Spina bifida is a common congenital malformation（先天 畸形）, and its cause is in the process of embryonic(胚胎) development, there has a problem in spinal cord. About 20%~25% of normal persons have spina bifida, and most of the patients don’t need treatment.
