Ladies and Gentlemen:

Today I talk about the topic that We should work for a large company or small company.

As we all know,they both have their own benefits.But for me,at different times, I have different plans.On personal and professional long-term development ,small companies than large companies are more advantages,because working with the boss ,we can learn t echniques of doing things and this is the most important career survival skill. Especially for these people who want their own business in the future

.But sometimes there is nothing to ensure public welfare of employees working for small companies more thoughtful than large companies .

But if the short-term employment is concerned,these people who hold experience of working in large companies,especially working for foreign companies are more likely to be considered When they find a job.I can only say here is the entry edge.However ,in large companies, we contacte with limited aspects and job content,so We can only learn a few things.

Summing up the appeal,I think ,at different times,we

should have different plans.

For us u niversity graduates,we may choose small companies,because we need to collect the experience and career survival skills.

At small companies,we may e xposure to more things,so we may have more opportunities.
