驾驶员安全行车须知

Instructions of Safety Driving for Drivers

AAAA公司欢迎孟籍人员加入我公司，一经录用，需遵守以下规则：

AAAA welcome Bengali for joining our company, all drivers shall comply with the following provisions:

1、受聘于本公司的驾驶员必须遵守本公司的规章制度(含租用车辆驾驶员)，不迟到不早退，全面接受公司的管理，否则，将受到相应的处罚。

1. Drivers( including driver of rental car) employed by Sinohydro shall comply with rules and provisions of Sinohydro, not allowing to come to work late or leave early, all drivers shall accept the management of Sinohydro, or Sinohydro preserves the right to give corresponding punishment.

2、驾驶员作为公司雇员，要爱护和保护好公司的车辆，避免车辆发生损坏，行车中要节约使用烧油、烧汽，更不能发生盗窃烧油、烧汽和其他财产的行为。否则，除扣出当月工资外，交警察局处理。

2. Drivers, as employees of Sinohydro, shall protect and take good care of cars, avioding any damage to cars. Drivers shall save petrol and CNG during driving. It is prohibited to steal petrol, CNG and other properties. If theft behavior is found with relate to any driver, Sinohydro is entitiled to deduct the salary, and hand over the related person to the police.

3、出车前应对车辆进行例行安全检查，如检查：机油位、冷却水、轮胎、刹车、转向机构、左右转弯灯、刹车灯。发现问题及时维修处理，驾驶员无力处理时，及时向公司车辆管理人员报告，不能让车辆带病行驶。否则，因此发生事故，驾驶员赔偿事故损失的30%。

3. Drivers shall make a routine satety inspection before driving, such as: engine oil level, cooling water, tyre, brake, steering machanism, right and left indicator lamps, brake light etc. If any mentioned problem is found, drivers shall repair and handle it in time. When the driver cannot settle the problem, he shall report to the car manager, the car is prohibited to run with problem. If any accident happens due to the mentioned problem, the related driver shall compensate for 30 percent of the accident losses.

4、驾驶员要严格遵守孟加拉的交通法规和公司的车辆驾驶安全操作规程，不得发生违章行车、超车、超载等野蛮驾车行为，弯道严禁超车，一经发现，一次扣工资500TK，因此引发事故的，驾驶员赔偿事故损失100%。严重者交警察局处理。

4. Drivers shall strictly abide by traffic regulations of Bangladesh and comply with safty driving procedures of Sinodydro. Not allowing to overtake, overload, or drive while breaking rules and regulations. It is strictly prohibited to overtake in crooked road, once found, 500TK will be deducted from salary per time, if accident happens due to the mentioned reason, the related driver shall compensate for 100 percent of the losses. In more serious case, we will hand over the related person to the police station.

5、开车前驾驶员要系好安全带，并且要提醒中方人员也系好安全带，如果没有系安全带发生交通事故的，造成人员伤害由驾驶员承担一切后果。在行车过程中，如果出现故障，如刹车忽轻忽重、声音异常等，应立即停车检查，不可冒险行驶，因此引发事故的，驾驶员应赔偿事故损失。

5. Before driving, drivers shall tie up the safety belt, and remind Chinese boss to fasten the safety belt. If any people injured during traffic accident without fastening safety belt, the related driver shall bear all the consequence. In the process of driving, if malfanction is found, such as suddenly heavy or suddenly light of the brake, abnomal sound etc, the driver shall stop to check the car immediately, not allowing to drive with a risk. If accident happens due to this kind of reason, the related driver shall compensate for the losses.

6、车辆在行驶过程中，驾驶员不得吸烟、不得接听或拨打电话，工作电话需征得乘车人员同意后减速靠边接听。

6. Drivers shall not smoke, answer or dial cellphone during driving, phone call related with work shall be answered on road side after agreed by the person who take the car.

7、禁止非专职司机驾驶公司车辆。驾驶员不得擅自将车辆交给无证人员驾驶，一经发现扣工资500TK。严禁驾驶员私自用，凡擅自驾驶公司车辆办私事、绕道行驶的，一但发现，除赔偿公司的油、汽费外，另扣工资1000TK。

7. It is prohibited to let non-professional drivers to use our car. Drivers have no rights to let people who have no liscence to driver the car, once found, 500TK will be deducted from salary. Drivers are strictly prohibited to use the car for personal convenience or drive by a roundabout road, once found, besides compensation for the fees of petrol and CNG, 1000TK will be deducted from salary.
