This Spring Festival, I went to Australia for a trip with my beloved grandma. We appreciated the beauty of Sydney and witnessed Chinese elements everywhere.

The instant we stepped into the hotel lobby to check in, we were surprised to find it decorated with red Chinese lanterns. And we were greeted with “Happy Chinese New Year”.

Our first destination was the world-famous Sydney Opera House, in front of which stood a giant lantern of zodiac dog, reminding visitors of the Chinese New Year. Delighted and excited, Grandma had a photo taken with it. Afterwards, we headed for the University of Sydney. When we were touring the amazing campus, a Chinese calligraphy exhibition caught our sight. How amazing it was to see “Fu” so far away from home!

Surprised at the festive atmosphere, I shared some pictures on WeChat with the words “Chinese Style Everywhere”. Immediately, I got 60 Likes! We were proud of the increasing influence of China.
