Chiller Controller
Installation and Servicing Instructions
The Chiller Controller has the most features of any Sporlan controller. It will control one or two Sporlan Electric Expansion Valves, and controls superheat by means of pressure-temperature control. The controller controls each valve independently, and the valves may be different sizes, i.e. one SEI-2 and one SEH-175. Pressure-temperature superheat control for one of four common refrigerants may be selected. Controllers can be ordered configured for R-22, R-134a, R-404A, R-407C and R-507. The refrigerant type can be changed in the field by use of the optional “Panel Display.” Onboard readouts show actual superheat, superheat set point, and valve position. Two push buttons are provided on the board, to change the superheat set point, as well as open, close, or position the valve. Proportional and Integral set points are also included to change responsiveness of the valve.

Clear all winding parameterIn the”READY”mode, press will clear all the winding parameter inthe memory. Be cautious in using this function or all the data will be lost. 5. WINDING METHOD DESCRIPTIONPrior to winding, the general winding principles are explained below so the operators can have a better understanding of the performance of the controller and make better use of it.5.1. Counting mode(Refer to the section 7.1. Counting mode).◆Absolute counting modeWinding spindle shaft is capable of fixed-point stopping. Upon each restart, the turn count will reset only the integer portion of the turn’s to zero, with the decimal unchanged. For example, for a previous number of 100.3 turns, when restarting the next step winding, the counting will start with 0.3 turn to avoid accumulation of spindle shaft free play error from consecutive windings. This counting method may cause insufficient winding by one turn. Therefore, when starting from 0.5~0.9, the spindle will turn to the 0.0 before it starts counting.◆Relative counting modeThis counting method zeros the counter upon each restart, therefore it is easy to understand and will not cause insufficient winding.5.2. Wire-guiding mode◆Interlace wire-guidingIf the『幅宽』of the step is zero, the wire-guiding becomes interlace mode. When it begins winding, the wire-guiding will follow the wire direction to proceed two wire diameters and regress one wire diameters cyclically until the step of winding ends. This mode especially suits the inductor winding.◆Non wire-guidingSometimes, the winding device may be used to winding adhesive tapes or copper foil. When the wire-guiding is not needed, 『PITCH』may be adjusted to zero and the wire-guiding won't be move.5.3. Operation mode(Refer to the section 7.1. Operation mode).◆Single click modeWhen press the start switch, the motor start winding, and when you releasethe start switch, the motor stop winding immediately.◆Double click modeWhen press the start switch, the motor start winding, and if you want to pause the motor, you have to release the start switch then press it again.5.4. Running mode◆Continual modeBefore it begins winding, if『SHIFT』of the step set as 999.99, then the starting position, the width , the wire-guiding direction and the winding direction won't be re-read. The values are not changed, that is the wire guiding will continue guiding wires on the same position. The width and left-right margins are the same as the ones of the previous section. Both the wire-guiding and winding directions are not changed either. This mode especially suits to winding which have the multiple drawing tops in the same sets of coils.◆Edges slow modeThe winding speed will slow down before the guiding traverse reach to the two edges of the width (work with『E.SLOW』turns). After the guiding traverseCNC-220S USER MANUAL VER. Page 8 of 18迈维自動化有限公司maiwei AUTOMATION CO.,LTD.veered, then restore to hi-speed winding. (Refer to the section 7.1. edge slow mode).◆Automatically circularly modeIf key set to on, it means Automatically circularly mode, in this modewhen finish a step of winding it will automatically get into next step and start winding without press key (work with and keys).5.5. How to Correct setting turns◆Preset methodSet the 『E.SLOW』to zero first and then set the 『TURNS』to the desired number. Set proper parameters according to copper wire, bobbin, tension, etc, then press to start winding. When finished, obtain the actual number ofturns and calculate the number of overshot turns. Go into programming modeand subtract the number of the overshot turns from the 『TURNS』to obtainthe required setting. This method has a higher throughput, however, the resulting stopping location may not be precise.◆High-Low speed methodThis method uses a combination of 『H.S.』/『L.S』and 『E.SLOW』to achieve the desired number of turns.The『L.S.』should not be too high. The number of 『E.SLOW』turns must be adequate to allow the spindle shaft to slow down to low speed before reachingthe total number of turns. This can result in precise stopping location.◆Double-brake methodAs the winding turns of the winding shaft reach the numbers of the『E.SLOW』, brake for a short period first. After the winding shaft stops, continue winding atlow speed. Therefore the numbers of the slow speed may be reduced and the efficiency of winding may be increased, (Refer to the section 7.1. braking mode).6. WINDING EXECUTION6.1. To start windingAfter set up all data items, press key,the winding process begins in accordance with the set-up content. Press key to pause winding. During winding, press the key, the winding speed can be switch between highspeed and low speed. The following key functions are available during PAUSE mode::Give up the numbers of the winding turns and regress one step.:Finish current step and proceed to next step.CNC-220S USER MANUAL VER. Installation & Maintenance ManualOPERATION OF THD-SERIES JACKSCREWS FOR SPRING RETURN ACTUATIONINTRODUCTIONA-T Controls THD Jackscrews have been designed and engineered to provide a manual method of operating THD actuators.FOR YOUR SAFETY, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT BEFORE OPERATING THE THD JACKSCREW TO ENSURE THAT ALL LOCKOUT AND TAGOUT PROCEDURES ARE IMPLEMENTED. PLEASE CONSULT FACTORY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON ANY OF THE PROCEDURES LISTED BELOW.1) Moving the Position of the Hand Wheel.WARNING: Before proceeding make sure the jackscrew is supported so that it does not fall when taking it apart.Remove the bolts on the gearbox (See Figure 1) and rotate the gearbox to the desired position. Reinstall the bolts back in the gearbox.2) Setting IndicatorThe Jackscrew indicator is set by the factory. Ensure that the Jackscrew 0º and 90º position is set properly after installation or if the stop bolts on the actuator have been adjusted. To run the actuator pneumatically the jackscrew must be in the 0º position. Check to make sure that the yoke makes contact with both stop bolts to ensure that the jackscrew is in the neutral position. For information on setting stop bolts refer to the THD IOM. To adjust the indicator, remove the stem cover by unscrewing the set screw and turning the stem cover counter-clockwise (See Figure 1). Once the stem cover is removed, adjust the nuts in the desired direction (See Figure 2).Figure 1Figure 2NEVER OPERATE THE ACTUATOR WHEN THE JACKSCREW IS NOT IN THE NEUTRAL POSITION. THIS COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ACTUATOR OR JACKSCREW.3) Operation of the Actuator A) Verify that the clockwise (CW) and counter-clockwise (CCW) supply ports on the actuator are not open to the atmosphere by turning the handles on the 3-way valves so that they are parallel to the air flow (see Figure 3).Figure 3B) Verify that the Jackscrew is in the 0º position (seeFigure 4).C) Applying air pressure to the CCW port drives the piston toward the front flange which turns the yokecounterclockwise when viewed from the accessory side of the actuator. When pressure is applied to the CW Port the piston is driven towards the end cap which turns the yoke clockwise. This is shown in Figure 3.Installation & Maintenance Manual4) Operation of JackscrewA) Verify that the clockwise and counter-clockwise supply ports on the actuator are open to the atmosphere by turning the handles on the 3-way valves so that they are perpendicular to the air flow (see Figure 3).B) To turn the valve in the clockwise direction, turn the hand wheel in the clockwise direction. To turn the valve in the counter-clockwise direction, turn the hand wheel counter-clockwise.C) Be sure before going back to pneumatic operation that the Jackscrew is set in the 0º position and both block and bleed valves are not open to the atmosphere.A-T Controls product, when properly selected, is designed to perform its intended function safely during its useful life. 操作指南英文版
操作指南英文版Here is a 1000-word essay on the topic "Operating Manual (English Version)":Operating a complex machine or device can be a daunting task for many people unfamiliar with its inner workings and proper procedures. This is where a well-crafted operating manual becomes essential to ensure the safe and efficient use of the product. An operating manual serves as a comprehensive guide that provides step-by-step instructions, explanations of features and functions, and troubleshooting tips to assist users in getting the most out of their equipment. At the heart of a successful operating manual is clear and concise communication. The language used should be easy to understand, avoiding overly technical jargon that may confuse or intimidate the reader. The instructions should be presented in a logical and sequential manner, walking the user through the necessary steps to perform various operations. This includes detailed illustrations or diagrams to complement the written explanations, making it easier for the reader to visualize and follow along. One of the primary objectives of an operating manual is to ensure the safety of the user. By outlining the proper safety precautions and guidelines, the manual can help prevent accidents or injuries that may arise from improper use of the equipment. This includes highlighting any potential hazards, such as moving parts, electrical components, or high-temperature surfaces, and providing clear instructions on how to handle or interact with these elements safely. In addition to safety considerations, an effective operating manual should also address the maintenance and care of the device. Clearly explaining the recommended cleaning procedures, lubrication schedules, and replacement of consumable parts can help prolong the lifespan of the equipment and ensure its optimal performance over time. By empowering users with the knowledge to maintain their devices, the manual can contribute to a positive user experience and foster a sense of ownership and responsibility.Another crucial aspect of an operating manual is the troubleshooting section. This area should provide guidance on how to identify and resolve common issues that may arise during the use of the equipment. By offering step-by-step troubleshooting steps, accompanied by diagnostic information and potential solutions, the manual can help users address problems quickly and effectively, reducing downtime and frustration. The organization and layout of an operating manual are also important factors in its overall effectiveness. A well-structured manual should have a clear table of contents, allowing users to quickly navigate to the relevant sections they need. Additionally, the use of headings, subheadings, and bullet points can improve the readability and make the information more accessible to the reader.Furthermore, the operating manual should be designed with the user's needs in mind. This may involve considering factors such as the target audience's literacy level, preferred learning style, and cultural or linguistic differences. By tailoring the content and presentation to the specific needs of the users, the manual can enhance its overall effectiveness and improve the user's experience with the product. In conclusion, a comprehensive and well-written operating manual is an essential component of any complex machine or device. By providing clear and concise instructions, addressing safety concerns, offering maintenance guidance, and incorporating troubleshooting support, the manual can empower users to operate their equipment with confidence and efficiency. Ultimately, a well-designed operating manual can contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of the product, making it a valuable investment for both the manufacturer and the end-user.。
操作指导手册 英文
操作指导手册英文An operations manual is a comprehensive document that provides all the details necessary to perform specific operations or activities within an organization. It is a reference tool that outlines the processes and procedures to be followed to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in the execution of various tasks. The operations manual serves as a valuable resource for employees, helping them understand their roles, responsibilities, and the steps required to complete their work effectively. The primary purpose of an operations manual is to establish a standardized approach to carrying out organizational activities. It documents the best practices, guidelines, and protocols that have been developed and refined over time to optimize performance and minimize errors or inconsistencies. By having a centralized repository of this information, the manual ensures that all employees, regardless of their level of experience or position within the company, can access the necessary instructions and guidance to perform their duties. One of the key benefits of an operations manual is its ability to promote consistency across the organization. When all employees follow the same set of procedures, it helps to maintain a high level of quality and reliability in the organization's outputs. This consistency is particularly important in industries where compliance with regulations or standards is crucial, such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing. The operations manual serves as a tool to ensure that all processes are executed in accordance with the established policies and guidelines, reducing the risk of non-compliance or errors. Moreover, an operations manual can be an invaluable resource for training and onboarding new employees. By providing a comprehensive overview of the organization's operations, the manual can help new hires quickly understand their roles and responsibilities, and how their work fits into the larger organizational context. This can significantly reduce the time and resources required to get new employees up to speed, as they can refer to the manual for guidance and reference as they become acclimated to their new environment. In addition to promoting consistency and facilitating training, an operations manual can also contribute to the overall efficiency of an organization. By documenting the step-by-step procedures for completing various tasks, the manual can help employees work more efficiently and effectively, reducing the likelihood of mistakes orunnecessary duplication of effort. This can lead to cost savings, improved productivity, and a more streamlined workflow. The content and structure of an operations manual can vary depending on the size, industry, and specific needs of the organization. However, there are typically several key components that are common to most operations manuals:1. Introduction: This section provides an overview of the purpose and scope of the operations manual, as well as any relevant background information about the organization or the specific operations being covered.2. Organizational Structure and Roles: This section outlines the organizational hierarchy, the roles and responsibilities of each department or team, and the lines of reporting and communication within the organization.3. Policies and Procedures: This is the most extensive section of the manual, detailing the step-by-step processes and procedures for carrying out various operational tasks. This may include information on procurement, inventory management, customer service, human resources, and any other relevant operational functions.4. Quality Control and Assurance: This section outlines theorganization's quality control measures, including any inspection or testing protocols, as well as the procedures for addressing and resolving any quality-related issues or non-conformances.5. Emergency and Contingency Plans: This section provides guidance on how to respond to unexpected events or emergencies, such as natural disasters, equipment failures, or security breaches, to ensure the continuity of operations.6. Appendices and Reference Materials: This section may include additional resources, such as forms, templates, checklists, or contact information, that employees can refer to as needed.Developing and maintaining an effective operations manual requires a collaborative effort across the organization. It is essential to involve key stakeholders, such as subject matter experts, department heads, and frontline employees, to ensure that the manual accurately reflects the organization's current practices and addresses the needs of all users. Regular reviews and updates are also crucial to keep the manual current and relevant as the organization evolves and adapts to changing circumstances. In conclusion, an operations manual is a critical tool for organizations of all sizes and industries. By providing a comprehensive and standardized guide to operational processes and procedures, themanual can help to promote consistency, efficiency, and quality in the execution of various tasks. Whether for training new employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, or optimizing workflow, the operations manual is an invaluable resource that can contribute to the overall success and resilience of an organization.。

Through this Halo Heat concept, the heating cable is mounted against the walls of the unit to provide an evenly applied heat source controlled by a thermostat. The design and operational characteristics of the unit eliminate the need for a moisture pan or a heat circulating fan.Through even heat application, the quality of food products is maintained up to several hours or more.THIS WILL NOT NECESSARILYSwitch Digital TemperatureDisplay ButtonTemperatureDisplay LightM A N U A L C O N T R O LE L E C T R O N I C C O N T R O L O P E R AT I O N1.Preheat at 200°F (93°C)for 30 minutes.Press the ON key, and set the temperature to 200°F (93°) by using theUP/DOWN arrow keys.Allow a minimum of 30holding cabinet with food. The LED heat indicator light will go “Out” after approximately 30 minutes preheat time, or when the air temperature inside the unit reaches the temperature set by the operator. The Set indicator will light up anytime the temperature is set or reset.2.Load with hot food only. The purpose of the holding cabinet is to maintain hot food at proper serving temperature. Only hot food should be placed into the cabinet. Before loading the cabinet with food, use a foodthermometer to make certain all products are at an internal temperature range of 140° to 160°F (60° to 71°C). Any food product not within the proper temperature range should be heated before loading into the holding cabinet.3.Reset the control to 160°F (71°C).Check to make certain the cabinet door is securely closed, and reset to 160°F (71°C) by using the UP/DOWN keys THIS WILL NOT NECESSARILYBE THE FINAL SETTING.The proper temperature range and OPEN or CLOSED door vent position will depend on the type and quantity of product. When holding food forprolonged periods, it is advisable to periodically check the internal temperature of each item with a food thermometer to assure maintenance of the proper temperature range of 140° to 160°F (60° to 71°C).D O U G H P R O O F I N G I N S T R U C T I O N S MANUAL AND ELECTRONIC CABINETSThe Multiple Shelf Timer Key option is available for hot food holding units with the electronic control. These keys monitor food safety by using a timer-based "First-In, First-Out" product management system. Products should be cooked to HACCP recommended internal temperature and then held in the unit. The Timer system allows operator to select holding times when the unit is loaded. Multiple timer keys correspond to various pan locations in the holding unit. As the timers expire, alarms notify the operator.G E N E R A L H O L D I N G G U I D E L I N E S Chefs, cooks and other specialized food service personnel employ varied methods of cooking. Proper Array holding temperatures for a specific food product must be based on the moisture content of the product, product density, volume, and proper serving temperatures. Safe holding temperatures must also be correlated with palatability in determining the length of holding time for a specific product.Halo Heat maintains the maximum amount of product moisture content without the addition of water, water vapor, or steam. Maintaining maximum natural product moisture preserves the natural flavor of the product and provides a more genuine taste. In addition to product moisture retention, the gentle properties of Halo Heat maintain a consistent temperature throughout the cabinet without the necessity of a heat distribution fan, thereby preventing further moisture loss due to evaporation or dehydration. In an enclosed holding environment, too much moisture content is a condition which can be relieved.A product achieving extremely high temperatures in preparation must be allowed to decrease in temperature before being placed in a controlled holding atmosphere. If the product is not allowed to decrease in temperature, excessive condensation will form increasing the moisture content on the outside of the product. To preserve the safety and quality of freshly cooked foods however, a maximum of 1 to 2 minutes must be the only time period allowed for the initial heat to be released from the product. Most Halo Heat holding equipment is provided with a thermostat control between 60° and 200°F (16° to 93°C). If the unit is equipped with vents, close the vents for moist holding and open the vents for crisp holding. If the unit is equipped with a thermostat indicating a range of between 1 and 10, use a metal-stemmed indicating thermometer to measure the internal temperature of the product(s) being held. Adjust the thermostat setting to achieve the best overall settingbased on internal product temperature. The cleanliness and appearance of this equipment will contribute considerably tooperating efficiency and savory, appetizing food. Good equipment that is kept clean works better and lasts longer.Food flavor and aroma are usually so closely related that it is difficult, if not impossible, to separate them. There is also an important, inseparable relationship between cleanliness and food flavor. Cleanliness, top operating efficiency, and appearance of equipment contribute considerably to savory, appetizing foods. Good equipment that is kept clean, works better and lasts longer. Most food imparts its own particular aroma and many foods also absorb existing odors. Unfortunately, during this absorption, there is no distinction between GOOD and BAD odors. The majority of objectionable flavors and odors troubling food service operations are caused by bacteria growth. Sourness, rancidity, mustiness, stale or other OFF flavors are usually the result of germ activity. The easiest way to insure full, natural food flavor is through comprehensive cleanliness. This means good control of both visible soil (dirt) and invisible soil (germs). A thorough approach to sanitation will provide essential cleanliness. It will assure an attractive appearance of equipment, along with maximum efficiency and utility. More importantly, a good sanitation program provides one of the key elements in the prevention of food-borne illnesses.A controlled holding environment for prepared foods is just one of the important factors involved in the prevention of food-borne illnesses. Temperature monitoring and control during receiving, storage, preparation, and the service of foods are of equal importance. The most accurate method of measuring safe temperatures of both hot and cold foods is by internal product temperature. A quality thermometer is an effective tool for this purpose, and should be routinely used on all products that require holding at a specific temperature.A comprehensive sanitation program should focus on the training of staff in basic sanitation procedures. This includes personal hygiene, proper handling of raw foods, cooking to a safe internal product temperature, and the routine monitoring of internal temperatures from receiving through service. Most food-borne illnesses can be prevented through proper temperature control and a comprehensive program of sanitation. Both these factors are important to build quality service as the foundation of customer satisfaction. Safe food handling practices to prevent food-borne illness is of critical importance to the health and safety of your customers.HACCP, an acronym for Hazard Analysis (at) Critical Control Points, is a quality control program of operating procedures to assure food integrity, quality, and safety. Taking steps necessary to augment food safety practices are both cost effective and relatively simple.
