浅析动车组 Harting连接器工艺技术摘要:Harting 公司连接器广泛应用与各个领域,所以种类繁多。

动车组主要采用能覆盖轨道车辆所有应用范围的Han系列工业连接器和用于信号传递和数据通信的D-Sub系列电子连接器,每个系列里根据连接体或插针的不同又包括种类繁多的分支,如Han 系列按照插针的不同分为HanD/HanE及HanC三种,根据连接体的不同又区分为标准和Module两种。

关键词:Harting 工业连接器插针插头A/B 面的划分插头的固定部分被命名为A侧,一般设备上自带的插头都是A面,我们要做的插头一般为活动部分即B面,弄懂这两个概念后,我们在制作插头看组装图时才不会将定位销安装错误。

动车组中我们制作的一般为B面,只有个别部位,如终端箱插头制作时我们要做的为A面。

如果插头不能被分配到某一功能组,则统一划分为功能组=97。

Han®系列连接器的组成:一般由以下五个基本组成部分:外壳、连接体、接针、附件(如编码元件、屏蔽环和卡环)、备件(如螺栓——PE螺栓、固定螺栓、锁紧螺栓、锁扣及密封件)1、外壳:连接器上的外壳(带联锁扣)可以保护自身的针位置免受外部机械损伤,比如冲击、异物、灰尘、无意的接触、湿气、水或清洁剂、冷却液、油等其它液体的浸入。

为了满足不同的使用环境及设计要求(如电磁兼容),HARTING公司提供了不同的外壳类型系列,其中包括:Han® B.标准外壳主要用于轨道车辆内部(如空调控制柜),采用灰色外壳(RAL7037)、铝合金压铸、Han-easy Lock锁扣、防护等级为IP65。

防水等级符号的含义:IP—字母代号(International Protection)第一个数字表示防固体异物保护(如6表示防灰尘进入保护,可全面防止接触、防止灰尘进入)第二个数字表示防水保护(如数字5表示防射水保护,即可防止来自任意角度的冲射水柱)Han® M外壳是用于较高环境要求的外壳,主要用于轨道车辆外部,适用于所有腐蚀性强的环境和恶劣气候条件的使用环境,识别标记为黑色(RAL9005),外壳采用耐腐蚀性铝合金压铸,联锁扣为不锈钢。

在一览表HG11中声明了容许的辅助设备组合和特定的型号。

安装在配电柜或手车上安装供应的3AH3真空断路器是敞开的,可以看到“和闸弹簧脱扣”指示。

在安装3AH3真空断路器之前,先移走运输设备(制动器和定位器)。

The following procedures are based on Gore’s best practices for terminating GORE ® Aerospace Ethernet Cables with the Harting RJ45 Connector System.Following these procedures will enable you to maximize the performance of your assembly, particularly for Cat6a protocol. These procedures should be used as a guide in conjunction with current connector manufacturing instructions.Preparing the Cable and Parts1. Gather the tools and materials required for assembly and termination (Figures 1–4).2. Verify that you have the correct parts for your assembly by checking the part numbers for the connectors and the GORE ® Aerospace Ethernet Cables listed on your drawing.3. Cut two 1.5-inch pieces of 0.5-inch yellow RNF-100 heat-shrink sleeving for environmental protection.4. Cut the cable to the desired assembly length minus 1.4 inches to allow for the length of the connectors that you are terminating (i.e., 0.7 inches for each connector).5. Loosen the retaining nut on the black housing and slide the round end onto the cable. Then, slidethe labels, yellow heat-shrink sleeving, and black housing from the connector kit onto the cable (Figure 5). There may be other items to slide onto the connector as well; therefore, be sure to slideall items that cannot be slipped over the connector once the plugs are installed.2. Measure and mark the jacket 1.1 inches from the working end of cable.3. Using a scalpel or work knife, remove the outer jacket at the mark.4. Wrap the tape around the cable so that there is 0.70 inches of braid showing (Figure 6).5. Remove the braid so that it is flush with the tape (Figure 7).6. Using cutters, cut the foil edge where it meets the tape (Figure 8). Tear the foil along the tape edge.7. Trim the white filler between the exposed pairs as much as possible.8. Using soft jaw pliers, gently push down the toppart of the connector and snap into place (Figures 14 – 15).13. With fingers, gently remove the tape from thebraid.14. -满足不同的设计和安装需求,提供多种形状、尺寸、结构、材料和颜色等选择。

1.2 连接器的结构和组成一个基本的连接器包括四个部份:接触界面、接触涂层、接触弹性组件和连接器塑料本体。

接触界面可以分为可分离界面和固定界面。

可分离界面是指每次连接器配合时建立的界面,如插头和插座之间的界面。

固定界面是指在连接器内部或者与子系统之间建立的一次性或者永久性的界面,如焊接或者压接等方式实现的界面。

第二章连接器的分类和标准2.1 连接器的分类方法-按照连接器的应用领域分类,可以分为通信连接器、计算机连接器、汽车连接器、航空航天连接器、军事连接器、医疗连接器等。

-按照连接器的安装方式分类,可以分为线对线连接器、线对板连接器、板对板连接器、面对面连接器等。

-按照连接器的配合方式分类,可以分为直插式连接器、卡扣式连接器、罗纹式连接器、卡环式连接器等。

-按照连接器的结构形式分类,可以分为圆形连接器、矩形连接器、D形连接器、FPC/FFC连接器等。

-按照连接器的信号类型分类,可以分为电源连接器、信号连接器、混合信号连接器等。

-按照连接器的端子数量分类,可以分为单极连接器、多极连接器等。

choosing your device youadded in the section“Devices”and thevalue you want to observe.If you have entered all needed information click on the”Accept”button to add the report.The Default Report can’t be modified or deleted.But further Subscribers could be added to it.3.3.2Import/Export ReportsIf you hover with the cursor in“Advanced”mode over a report,a menu appear on the left side of it.Here you can delete a non Default report or you can”Export”it to save the current configuration.For import a report hover with the cursor over the addfield.The”Import”field will appear.Click on that field and choose the report you want to import and click open.The report will be imported.Y ou can import several report specifications at once.If a specification with the same name already exists,a number is added to the name.The reports are added in deactivated state.3.3.3Report ExampleIf you have configured your"Devices”and"Reports”,you will get a report after the time which was specified by you.A MVB 连接器电缆成型技术说明书HARTING 公司的产品D-SUB 连接器(66630095113\\9芯 无铅)和D-SUB 连接器(6663009602800\\9)的印制板插件和连接器电路图如图一、图二所示。
