1. ball mill球磨机
The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. And the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.

Working Principle:
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

2. Raymond mill雷蒙磨
Raymond mill is suitable for making powder equipment at high closed circuit circle from all kinds of mine, chemical industry, building material, metallurgy. It can mill quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare-earth, marble, ceramic, bauxite, manganese ore, iron mine, copper, phosphate ore, etc, whose Moh’s hardness less than 7 degree and whose moisure is lower than 6%. The final size can be controlled from 0.044mm to 0.125mm, which equal with that from 100 mesh to 325 mesh though Pendulum crusher.
Work principle of Raymond mill:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.

Secondly: fineness of the final powder is well-distributed, 99% of them can pass through the screen, other mill ing machines are hard to approach.

3. High Pressure Suspension mill: 高压悬辊磨粉机
High Pressure Suspension Mill is a new kind of mill, which is invented with great concentration and on the basis of many years of powder processing experiences. This invention starts an epoch of high efficiency and low cost in international mining industry. High Pressure Suspension Mill can be used to grind non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with Moh’s hardness below 9.3 and moisture content below 6%, such as barite, limestone, pottery, scoria. Size of final products can be adjusted between 80-425 mesh (The fineness can reach 1000 mesh).High Pressure Suspension Mill can produce coarse powder between 30-80 mesh by adding special equipment. This machine is widely used in the fields like mining, chemical industry, construction materials, metallurgy, etc.
Working Principle of High Pressure Suspension mill:
In the mainframe of High Pressure Suspension Mill, there are strong springs with pressure as high as1000-1500 kg equipped on the roller suspender. When High Pressure Suspension Mill works, the roller rotates around the principal axis, and clings to ring under the effect of the strong spring and eccentricity. Its press is 1.2 times of Raymond mill under the same press condition, so the production is largely increased. When the materials are sent into the grinding chamber, they are brought to the space between the roller and ring and get grinded. Then the powder grinded will be blown into separator. The fine powder after departed with the air is discharged through the outlet as final product. The large-sized powder falls back for regrinding. The air will be back to the blower for repetition of the above process. The left air wil come to thel bag filter to get cleaned. When the wear and tear between roller and the ring reaches certain degree, adjust the length of the strong spring,, so to keep the invariable pressure between the roller and the ring, to make sure the stable production and the fineness.
Characteristics of High Pressure Suspension mill:
1. Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
2. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3. High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
4. The separator can be adjusted very easily.
5. The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.

4. High-Pressure Micropowder mill高压微粉磨
The High-pressure micropowder mill is developed by or engineers through many years’ hard work on the basis of rich experience of industrial mill s. It adopts the fineness grading technology from Germany and Japan and tackles the difficulty in classifying superpowders. It is mainly used in super-powder processing with more than 500 kinds of material, such as feldspar, talcum, barite, marble, domolite, charcoal, ect, with output fineness of 500 meshes to 2500 meshes and the minimal fineness of 3500 meshes.

HGM series of Three-Ring and Medium-Speed MicroPowder mill is a new kind of micro-powder processing equipment, which is invented through more than twenty times experiments and improvements, and based on twenty years of mill manufacture experience while absorbing advanced international machine manufacture techniques. HGM series of Three-Ring & Medium-Speed MicroPowder mill is mainly used in processing non-inflammable, non-explosive, brittle material with hardness below six mohs, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, pyrophillite, ceyssatite, barite, gypsum, alunite, granite, fluorite, phosphate rock, kalium ore, float stone, more than 200 kinds of materials.
Working principle:
The motor drives the main shaft and every turnplate through the reducer, which drives dozens of rollers to rotate against race way of ring through pin. Small materials crushed by hammer crusher is transported into hopper by elevator, and then vibrating feeder shall feed material to the central part of upper turnplate evenly. The material falls to circle under the centrifugal force and comes down to raceway of ring to be crushed into powder. After grinded in the first race way, the material goes to the second and third turnplate. The blower inhales the external air into the mill and carries the powder after third turnplate into powder-separator. Turbine in the separator makes the coarse powder drop down and regrinded and the fine powder shall go into cyclone powder collector together with air current and go down through discharge valve as final product; at the same time, air current with a little dusts goes out through blower and muffler after purified by filter.
Capabilities and Characteristics:
Three-Ring and Medium-Speed MicroPowder Mill is highly efficient. Its capacity is raised by 40% compared with airflow mill and mix mill on the condition that the materials, the drive and the fineness of the final powder are the same. The life span of tear & wear parts is more than that of straight impact crusher and turbine mill under the circumstance of same materials and
fineness of the final powder. Usually, its life span is more than one year. There is no rolling bearing and screw in the grinding cavity, so as to avoid the damage to the machine caused by tear & wear of bearing and seals and the looseness of screws.
