外研版新标准英语一年级起点第九册Module 8 Revision教学设计七十九中小学部尹震一、教材分析本课是小学一年级起点《新标准英语》第9册第8模块的内容.本册教材重在介绍中英之间存在的差异,而本课也是不同之一。

本课通过一些图片,让学生掌握和理解本课的重要句型和单词,并让学生了解中英学校之间的文化背景差异,在一系列的练习之后,学生了解了更多的生活差异。

二、学生分析五年级的学生有四年英语学习的语言基础,对英语有一定兴趣,有一定自学能力和语言组织能力,因此在设计上应采用任务型教学从听说入手,创设情景,设计游戏、歌谣,激发学生学习兴趣;所设计的内容面向全体学生,由易到难,让学生在愉快的氛围中从不同程度得到提升。

从而达到培养学生综合运用语言能力的目的,激发学生对英语学习的兴趣,增强自信心,并且学生有着极大的兴趣来了解和学习不同的文化背景知识。

三、设计理念新课程标准倡导的是“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,我的一切教学活动的设计都是以“能激发学生的主动学习意识”为出发点,从学生生活实际入手,将教学内容按照“由浅入深,由输入到输出”的原则设计为学生感兴趣、乐于参与的教学活动,使教学任务活动化。

同时注重知识的归纳总结,引导学生对学过的知识进行梳理,从而形成系统的知识体系。

Revision of Module 5 to Module 8

●To revise vocabularies, phrases and important grammar
knowledge from Module 5 to Module 8.
●To help students learn more and understand what they should do
to master better learning methods.
Teaching method

●Understand position words, perception link verbs, tag questions
and the tense of past continuous.
Teaching procedure
●Step One (W arming-up)
Introduce the group-competition to the class simply and clearly, which is also an adventurous story about Harry Potter. Our students must help Harry to get several magic weapons so that he can be a real magician. There are three levels in all---vocabularies, phrases and grammar.
●Step Two (5 min)
There are 12 magic bottles, each of which contains important words we have ever learned. C level from each group have the right to pick up any bottle and translate the words. This part is divided into two sections---one is to translate English into Chinese, and the other is to translate Chinese into English. It will take 5 minutes to finish this
step.
●Step Three (10 min)
Here comes the phrases. There are six moving books from which students can see several important phrases. It also requires two sections----one is easy for C and B level to match the phrases with meanings, and the other is a bit difficult for B and A level to choose one phrase and make one or two sentences on the blackboard.
●Step Four (25min)
〇Section 1 Position words
1)Look at the map and answer questions and try to make some
sentences.
Where is the supermarket? (next to)
Where is the swimming pool? (corner)
How can Harry get to the book shop? (go along, turn left, go across)
2)Do the blank-fillings as examples
3)Make a rule, including how to ask and answer the position.
〇Section 2 Perceptional link verbs
1)According to the teacher’s example, students work in groups and
try to make sentences as many as possible.

〇Section 3 Tag questions
1)Since we have already made several sentences in the last sections,
let the class change them into tag questions.
2)Make a rule.
〇Section 4 Tense of past continuous
(Background introduction: After an adventurous day, Harry should feel quite tired, and he found it really excited and decided to record it in a diary book.)
1)According to the time-table of Harry, make sentences with the
tense of past continuous.

3)Write about yourself: what were you doing at .... last Sunday?。
