Do you think salary is only thing that counts in a job? What do you think of leaflets? How can we increase the sales profits of a company?Could you tell me the difference between big and small shops in their service? How to provide a good service? Is it important for a shopping center to have good service? Describe a company that your relative or friend owns.

Describe a restaurant that you like to goYou should say:What the restaurant it isWhen you go there(or, how often you go there)What kind of food they serve thereWho you usually go there withAnd explain why you like to eat at this place解析:描述一个饭店,典型的地点题,在我们的例题讲解中,曾将这个话题与café进行对比,它们的差异基本也就是限于所提供的食物不一样,这边我们只需将café所提供的食物由咖啡跟甜点换成菜肴即可,那么菜肴我们又可以结合所说过的食物话题,总之你准备过café跟food这两个话题,这个题目对你来说不过就是a snap了。

Sample answer:OK, speaking of a crowded place I have ever been to, I guess I'd like to talk about my favorite restaurant in my hometown. You know, it is not a star restaurant which serves very expensive and luxurious food, instead, it is pretty cozy, and only offers home-made cuisine. However I am really into this small cozy restaurant, probably because every time I have dinner there, the tasty food always makes me feel like I was having my mother's cooking. Although I work in another city now, once I come back home, I suppose I'd like to go to that restaurant to have the daily special dishes with my family or friends for reunions.Talking about what kind of food the restaurant serves, I'd like to add here is that the menu of this restaurant is also a special feature. You know, the owner of the restaurant buys the fresh ingredients like green vegetables and meat every morning, and then she will write the menu on a board according to the ingredients she has every day. I suppose that would be one of the extremely important reasons why the small restaurant enjoys such a superb reputation and a large number of followings. Besides, the dim sum made by the great cook is also highly recommended, so you can have some when you are waiting for your dishes. The last point, the clean table cloths and the neatly-set tables make the customers feel comfortable and cheerful. And the owners are quite pleasant and helpful. You can always count on them.

For one time, the rapid developing industries consumed a lot of water. Some springs therefore become dry. However, in recent years, the local government has been working on reconstructing the city’s underground water system to make dried springs flow again. They did a good job. Springs now come back into our life.I was there last July. It rained slightly that day, which made the trip kind of romantic, as you could see rain needles dipping into the water surface. Renting a furnished room is quite expensive for a student like me. But I really needed a quiet place to prepare for the IELTS exam within the limited time. Luckily, my families were very supportive and told me not to worry about the money. As for how this change affected my life, well, first of all, I shared the washing machine with other tenants, so I didn’t have to do the laundry like I did in the dormitory. Besides, I ate well. I mean, in this apartment, I was free to use the kitchen. Sometimes, I cooked some home dishes according to my own taste. Since I am studying in the northern part of China, the cuisine is a little bit too spicy for a southerner like me. Most importantly, each day, my time used for studying was almost doubled, because I didn’t need to take effort to find and occupy a seat in the library and return to the dorm before 10 o’clock. I could just study in my private room until midnight. All in all, I found living outside the school benefited me a lot. My life became a lot more convenient. Also, I believe these three months are the most productive period in my school days.Describe an occasion when you moved into a new house or school. (Q's about your personal background)
