如果执意往下看的话我也不拦着再来个实物图LED 发光二极管上面的图咱从后往前讲,最后那个是电源指示的东西,也就是常说的LED。
经常见有朋友发问“LED用?v 的电压加多大电阻合适?”“LED用220v 加多大电阻合适?”等等。
先来看看常见的LED,如下图我找了几个高亮的LED 做展示再来个近看转正题,LED 是电流驱动的元件,有的朋友问LED 用几v 供电可就有点不太合适了。
通常常见的LED 点亮需要20mA 以内的电流,一般用5-10mA 就可以了,电流过大会影响它的寿命。
尽管它是电流驱动的,但是在点亮时两端还是有一定电压降的。
普通亮度的大概在2v 左右,高亮的在3v 左右,所以当有多个LED 串联时还真需要考虑它的供电电压是否合适。
至于常用做指示的LED 应该串接多大电阻合适,我个人也懒得算了都是这么做的:当1 个LED 接在电压超过10v 的电源上时,电阻可以选用100 倍电源电压数值。
比如12v 时可以用1200 欧左右电阻(1.2k 左右),24v 时用2400 欧左右(2.4k 左右)补充一下:不管多少电压都可以这样计算:R=(V-LED 压降)/设计电流,比如5v 的点白色led,电流10ma 则R=(5-3.3)/0.01=170 欧姆,取180 标准值至于具体算法可以这样算:5mA 电流时 R=U/I=(电源电压-LED 两端电压)/0.005=?10mA 电流时 R=U/I=(电源电压-LED 两端电压)/0.01=?20mA 电流时 R=U/I=(电源电压-LED 两端电压)/0.02=?对于交流电来说最好能给LED 加反向保护或者整流,比如高亮LED 承受反压冲击能力很弱,不加保护很容易就挂掉,如果你的高亮LED 用在220v 上没加保护使用了很长时间也没挂,那说明你真幸运。
