小学英语课外拓展阅读例谈作者:朱晓青来源:《教育·教学科研》2019年第05期摘要:现阶段,小学课外阅读及写作教学已成为小学英语课改的发展前沿,笔者基于单元话题与文本内容,从亲临的一节精彩的课外拓展阅读课出发,结合自己的教学实践,浅谈一下关于小学英语课外拓展阅读。
关键词:话题;适度挖掘;拓展阅读;学生兴趣我国著名教育学家陶行知指出:“生活教育是生活所原有,生活所自营,生活所必须的教育。
教育的根本意义是生活之变化,生活无时不变,即生活无时不含有教育的意义。
”随着英语课程标准的修订,以及时代发展的特点、人们生活的实际需要,新修改的牛津小学英语教材进一步突出了语言学习的实践性、应用性和开放性。
话题功能突出,能围绕学生生活实际,采用“用英语做事”为主线,引导学生逐步掌握基本的学习方法。
不过新教材内容虽覆盖面广,仍需要教师去适度挖掘冰冷的文本底下的生命活力,使其更切合小学生的立体生活实际,去不断温润他们的心灵,发展其核心素养。
下面就以在苏州(常熟)小学英语骨干教师培训成果展示课活动中,我市教研员潘老师执教了关于“jobs”的课外拓展阅读课,同时结合自己的教学实践,基于单元话题与文本内容来谈谈如何适度挖掘,组织开展好小学英语课外拓展阅读。
找准切入点,拓充语料在当今这个多元化信息的社会中,仅一本英语书已满足不了学生对知识的需要。
如果教师就仅仅围绕教材,即使将文本教得熟透了,学生所获也是狭隘的。
我们的英语教学要立足于开放,要从书本中走出来,走向生活,走向社会。
例如,在潘老师这节课外拓展阅读课上,她以5A Unit5 What do they do?中Jobs为切入,在充分分析文本内容的基础上进行了课外拓展阅读。
文本中谈论了Mike Su Hai 父母亲的工作,只是告知学生他们的工作及具体做的事情,从学生的反馈来看,他们能流利地输出:Mike’s father is a teacher.He teaches English.He has a lot of students.Su Hai’s father is a doctor.He helps sick people.但联系生活,发现对学生的思维深度挖掘的不够。

一、内拓展1.不一样的拓展(1)同音的拓展。
既学生依据已学的拼同音的新,如教课 bee/bi:/蜜蜂后充 tea/ti:/茶叶,eat/i:t/吃, pea/pi: / 豌豆等。
(2)同的拓展。
如教在教课 6B Unit5 The seasons中有关天气的,考到生活中天气的状况,就拓展了 snowy (下雪的)、foggy (有的)两个新。
2.新旧句型合运用的拓展句型,是学生形成言技术的重要要素。
教课中,可已学的言资料,从头行,合不一样的境供学生。
如在cold 和 socks 的教课中拓展Iwant ⋯。
学生通理解身体不一样部位冷,所需要的服装也不一样,如冷了要戴帽子,手冷了要戴手套,脚冷了要穿袜子和鞋子等。
得一提的是,牛津版小学英教材4A 此后,每个元都有供学生拓展的 E 部分。
但是 E 部分常常会被教淡化理。
其,我关注好 E 部分的内容,更有效的拓展。

教第一学生任:看画,听一听,有几个介?学生着任去参加教课活。
看完后,学生沟通,以后教学生行拓展,截取几个画面行操。
3.形式的拓展(1)交性。
小学段英教课的要点是学生的听技术。
合听,可将资料行交化理,有助于资料的深理解。
不使学生的英能力获得了,并且使学生的思和剖析能力都获得了培育。
(2)充性。
现在的小学英教材种好多,各有各的特色,可是在、构、功能等方面的排都比相像。
所以,在教课同一的候,不一样教材中的源就能够互相充。
