PEP 5 Unit 5 There is a big bed A Let’s talk教学设计一、教学内容分析本课为五年级上册第五单元Unit 5 There is a big bed第一课时Let’s talk,属于会话课型,通过围绕“房间”这一话题,展示与房间物品有关和表达方位的英语词汇,与学生生活息息相关的情境,使学生能运用主要句型There is a /an….on/in/under the … 对房间的物品摆设和位置进行描述,在创设的情境中联系实际生活,用There be句型正确的描述出来。

二、学情分析五年级学生的认知水平在不断提高,抽象逻辑思维和创造思维也有较大的发展,英语学习也有一定的基础,但他们的英语实际应用能力是比较有限的。

本课设计是针对其年龄特点以及已有的基础,采用创设情境让学生去学习语言,运用语言。

三、教学目标(一)语言能力目标1.能够完成Let’s try部分的听力任务。

2.能够理解对话大意,按照正确的语音语调朗读对话,并进行角色扮演。

3. 能够理解并在不同的情境中运用重点句型“There is…in/on/under….”描述某处有某物。

(二)学习能力目标1.通过猜测、设疑等方式激活思维,培养学生的主动参与、积极合作,善于分析、判断和处理信息的能力。

词汇是英语课程中语言知识的重要组成部分,是发展语言技能的基础。

英国语言学家约翰·威尔金斯曾这样指出词汇学习的重要性:“没有语法,难以表达;没有词汇,无法表达。

”语言的交流离不开词汇,学生语言运用能力的培养离不开词汇教学。

《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》(以下简称《课标》)指出,词汇学习不只是记忆单词的音、形、义,更重要的是在语篇中通过听、说、读、写、看等活动,理解和表达与各种主题相关的信息和观点。

[1]词汇教学需要有意义的语篇的支撑。

语篇为词汇学习提供语境支持,学生在接触语篇、理解语篇、产出语篇中学习词汇,建构词汇的意义,拓展词汇的运用,实现语言的表达输出。

本文以人教版PEP小学英语(三年级起点)五年级上册Unit 5 There is a big bed中 Part A Let’s learn为例,探讨小学英语词汇教学中的语篇情境优化策略。

本单元主题为“家居用品及摆放位置”,Part A Let’s learn为张鹏介绍自己卧室的家居用品,目标词汇为clock、plant、photo、water bottle和bike,功能句型为“There is a ...”。

与对话板块、读写板块和故事板块配有完整的学习语篇不同,词汇板块只以图片的形式呈现了目标词汇、功能句型,缺乏语篇情境的支撑。

对此,笔者尝试对语篇情境进行优化:创造性使用教材,融合单元语篇情境;联系生活实际,创编真实交际语篇;关联主题意义,巧用绘本语篇,为词汇学习提供语境支持。

一、创造性使用教材,融合单元语篇情境教材是教师教学的主要内容和载体,也是学词汇教学中的语篇情境优化——以人教版五年级上册Unit 5 There is a big bed为例沈晓娟 石婷婷语篇为词汇学习提供语境支持,学生在接触语篇、理解语篇、产出语篇中学习词汇,建构词汇的意义,拓展词汇的运用,实现语言的表达输出。

本文结合具体课例,从创造性使用教材,融合单元语篇情境;联系生活实际,创编真实交际语篇;关联主题意义,巧用绘本语篇三个方面,为词汇教学创设语篇情境,优化教学效果。

Unit 5 There is a big bed A Let's talk●教学反思本课时的教学内容是PEP小学英语五年级上册第五单元There is a big bed A部分的Let's try & Let's talk & Let's play.本节课的重点是:(1)学会用There be句型表达某地有某事物,并能在情境中运用。

能理解对话大意,能按正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话并进行角色表演。

能在语境中理解photo的意思并能正确发音。

(2)能运用核心句型描述图片内容。

本节课我进行了认真的准备。

从教具的制作(单词卡片、句型卡片、人物头饰等)到课件制作、教案的撰写,再到课件、教案的调整修改。

现作以下的教学反思:1、复习导入部分,我设计了两个活动——Look and match和Look and say,设计意图是复习跟本课时内容有关的单词,包括房间类单词和家具类单词,如bathroom、kitchen、study、sofa、bed、puter等等。

这些单词在之前四年级的英语学习过程中已经有学过,学生并不陌生。

不足之处是抠的太死,图片都是一个个出来的,没有整体意识。

教师可以在出示图片的过程中,慢慢渗透本课的重点难点句型There is a....2、呈现操练部分,我通过教材主情境图,让学生观察对话人物——Mike、Sarah and Zhang Peng,猜测他们会谈论一些什么,自然引出Let's try的听力练习,而且让学生区分puter 和TV。

自我感觉这一个环节做的比较细致。

然后呈现听力部分的文本,正式介绍There is a....句型。

从张鹏的电脑入手,引出他的房间,教授The room is really____.需要改进之处是really 的意思及语境用法并没有让学生真正理解,是灌输式的教法,比较生硬。

从房间里的物品着手,通过回答What's in the room?进行There is a....重点句型的讲解及操练。
