- 1 -温度均匀性测试报告1. 测试依据AMS 2750D—高温测量GB/T 9452-2003—热处理炉有效加热区测定方法JMHJ/RCL.03.7.6.06—温度均匀性测试规程2. 测试热电偶分布按设备有效加热区类型选择测试热电偶分布图,不同热处理设备测试热电偶分别选择分布图1-1,1-2。

3. 温度均匀性数据采集数据采集应在所有的设备或TUS 传感器达到测试温度均匀性下限之前开始。

炉子应保持在测试温度直到所有测试传感器达到稳定。

稳定后,在30分钟内连续采集数据。

数据采集周期为2分钟。

如果所有测试传感器呈现出偏高或偏低的趋势,则应该延长测试周期直到这种趋势不明显。

每一个温度测试点测温热电偶过程记录如下表,其中实际最高温度值为最高温度值与测试仪表补偿值、测试传感器补偿值代数运算后的真实最高温度值。

5. 合格性判定温度均匀性测试合格判定依据:A整个温度均匀性测试期间,TUS传感器、控制或监测传感器读数不超过设定温度的正温度容差。

B全部热电偶到温稳定后保温期间,TUS传感器、控制或监测传感器的读数都在要求的温度容差内。

C温度均匀性测试在规定的周期时间内进行。

6. 故障处理A测试传感器不允许出故障。

如果能正常读数、保存测试点的温度,只是暂时性出现诸如短路或连接松动等状况,不能认为是测试热电偶不合格。

B如出现故障,应更换传感器重新进行温度均匀性测试。

对于故障热电偶,应查明并存档产生故障的原因,如有可能应采取纠正措施避免同样情况的出现。

温度均匀性测试规范

温度均匀性测试规范1.目的依据CQI-9相关规定制定热处理工厂炉膛温度均匀性测试规范,以提高热处理设备过程控制的稳定性。

2.适用范围本规范适用于热处理工序淬火炉、回火炉设备。

3.术语温度均匀性测试温度均匀性测试(TUS)基本要求:通过温度均匀性测试(TUS)可确认炉膛内的温度均匀性特性、合格的工作区以及工作温度范围。

4.职责本规范由技术部参考标准负责编制,工程部负责执行。

5.规定内容5.1按每个炉膛1年内至少1次的周期进行测试(停用的炉子除外)。

所有炉子的温度均匀性测试允许2 周宽限期。

5.2炉子进行过任何可能改变其温度均匀性特性的改造或维修后,在该炉再次投入使用之前都应进行一次温度均匀性测试。

5.3若未按规定的时间间隔完成温度均匀性测试,则炉子不应投入使用,炉子用于生产前应进行温度均匀性测试。

5.4 炉子进行的所有改造或维修都应.记录在册,且需包含组织内责任人对这些改造或维修是否会改变该炉的温度均匀性特性的决定。

5.5 TUS 测试仪器使用:TUS 应使用符合表P3.2.1(仪器校准要求)要求的独立测试仪器和满足表P3.1.3(热电偶)要求的独立测试热电偶进行测试。

5.5.1测试仪表校准的准确度要求±0.6℃(1.0℉)或读数的± 0.1%,两者取较大者,最大校准周期不超过12个月。

5.5.2测试用廉金属热电偶在第一次使用前进行校准,校准的准确度要求±1.1℃(2.0℉)或读数的±0.4%,取较大者。

最大允许使用次数180次,如果缺少使用次数的记录,应于6个月后更换。

任何情况下,任何类型的消耗性廉金属热电偶自首次使用之日起使用期限不应超过1 年。

任何类型的非消耗性廉金属热电偶自首次使用之日起使用期限不应超过2 年。

5.6温度均匀性测试(TUS)测试温度:5.6.1.加热区在现有控制计划的控制下(Z1 ± 9°C, Z2 and Z3 ±9ºC),产品能否在颅腔内的温度840℃以上,900℃以下的范围内运行8-12分钟。

热处理炉炉温均匀性测试方法及结果评定关键字:炉温均匀性有效工作区炉温均匀性是指炉子有效加热区在一定时间内不同位置的温度相对于工艺设定温度的偏离程度,即各测试点温度相对于设定温度的最大温度偏差。

1、炉温均匀性测试的目的通过对热处理炉进行温场测试,确定出热处理炉的有效工作区(即满足热处理炉工艺和温度均匀性要求的允许装料空间)。

为制定热处理工艺提供依据,对提高热处理产品质量具有重要意义。

2、炉温均匀性测试时机热处理炉炉温均匀性测试通常分为初始测试和周期测试,新添置的炉子正式投产前应进行有效工作区的初始测试,确定合格的工作区、工作温度范围和炉子等级;热处理炉在使用过程中如果发生较大的维修、变化或调整也应进行初始测试。

测试温度包括合格工作温度范围的最低和最高温度。

周期测试是根据炉子等级按规定的周期定期测试,测试温度是合格工作温度范围内的任意温度,一般可选择常用温度点进行测试。

3、炉温均匀性测试方法及实施条件热处理炉炉温均匀性测试一般为空载测试,必要时也可装载测试。

装载测试时,可采用额定装炉量、额定装炉量的50%或工艺常用装炉量,一般应不少于额定装炉量的50%。

测试过程中炉子应保持正常生产时的工作状态,包括以常用升温速率升温、气氛炉保持在正常用气量和压力、循环风扇正常运行等。

4、炉温均匀性测试系统炉温均匀性测试系统通常由温度传感器、补偿导线、测试系统及测温架等组成。

4.1 温度传感器温度传感器主要有贵金属和廉金属热电偶。

贵金属热电偶分度号为B、R、S,常用类型为S 型,工作温度范围(0~1600)℃;廉金属热电偶分度号为N、K、E、J、T等,常用类型为K、N型,工作温度范围(0~1300)℃。

N和K型热电偶由于使用温度范围宽,线性度好,热电动势较大,灵敏度较高,稳定性和均匀性较好,抗氧化性能强,价格便宜等有优点,通常被广泛采用。

但由于N型热电偶克服了K型热电偶在(300~500)℃的镍铬合金的晶格短程有序而引起的热电动势不稳定以及800℃左右由于镍铬合金发生择优氧化引起的热电动势不稳定等不足,故一般选用N型热电偶。

均热坑炉温均匀性标定摘要:对240mm×240 mm断面连铸坯进行均温试验,通过在钢坯表面绑热电偶、内部埋入热电偶,研究钢坯表面温度、心部温度、炉温之间的关系,为分厂后续加热工艺制定提供数据支持。

关键词:连铸坯心部、表面温度变化前言随着初轧天然气热值提高,为研究现行加热工艺是否适宜,进行连铸坯炉温均匀性标定。

一.实验计划因初轧现用天然气的热值由7500kcal/m3提高至9000 kcal/m3,故分厂想对均热炉炉坑温度,钢坯表面温度和钢坯心部温度进行数据采集,分析三者之间的关系,将对以后的加热工艺制定以及合结钢带状,轴承钢扩散等提供数据依据。

1.1实验所需物料及使用设备(1)3支240mm*240mm合金结构钢连铸坯;(2)初轧厂850的6#均热坑(6#均热坑炉况较好,南北温差相近);(3)3支热电偶,以及数据采集设备。

1.2.实验实施过程(1)将3支连铸坯进行软化退火,以便钻孔。

根据热电偶大小(Φ8mm),软化后将3支连铸坯委托机电公司钻3个孔(Φ16mm,120mm)。

(2)将3支热电偶插入连铸坯孔中,填入金属粉末,糊上胶泥,使用盘圆绑牢。

(3)选取850均热坑 6#,将3支连铸坯分别放于均热坑南一支,中一支,北一支。

(4)选取连铸合金钢规程要求的的1260℃保温二.数据分析由于位于中间连铸坯心部热电偶不慎烧断,故中间连铸坯数据不做分析。

图1各点温度变化趋势图2.1.升温阶段本文选取钢坯心部温度≤600℃作为升温初期,600℃<钢坯心部温度≤1150℃为升温后期,由于连铸坯心部温度升温初期阶段有一定变化幅度,所以选择炉温升温速率作为连铸坯心部温度升温速率对比项。

从图1可以看出,初期升温至一定温度时(约600-650℃)连铸坯心部温度升温较快,斜率较大;升温后期(约600-650℃到1100-1150℃后)连铸坯心部温度升温速度趋缓。

其中升温初期:南坯升温速率达到6.56℃/分、北坯初期升温速率达到5.8℃/分,快于同期炉温升温速率4.3℃/分;升温后期:南坯升温速率为3.6℃/分、北坯初期升温速率达到3.7℃/分,快于同期炉温升温速率2℃/分;升温初期,由于连铸坯心部温度与炉温温差较大,至升温较快,当连铸坯心部温度到达一定温度时,与其温差变窄,升温速度趋缓。

1.目的
依据CQI-9相关规定制定热处理工厂炉膛温度均匀性测试规范,以提高热处理设备过程控制的稳定性。

2.编制和适用范围
本规范由热处理厂xxxx科负责编制,热处理厂总监批准执行。

本规范适用于热处理厂真空炉、多用炉、回火炉及氮化炉设备。

3.术语
3.1温度均匀性测试
温度均匀性测试(TUS)基本要求:通过温度均匀性测试(TUS)可确认炉膛内的温度均匀性特性、合格的工作区以及工作温度范围。

4.规定内容
4.1按每个炉膛1年内至少1次的周期进行测试(停用的炉子除外)。

4.2炉子进行过任何可能改变其温度均匀性特性的改造或维修后,在该炉再次投入使用之前都应进行一次温度均匀性测试。

4.3温度均匀性测试规定的各测试温度点如下表4.3所示。

1、温度均匀性测试期间,TUS传感器、控制或检测传感器读数不超过设定温度的温度容差。

2、全部热电偶到温度稳定后的保温期间,TUS传感器、控制或检测传感器读数都在要求的温度容差内。

3、温度均匀性测试在规定的周期时间内进行。

产品要求工业4级炉的均温性必须保证在±10℃以内。

为此,对所有的锻造加热炉要定期进行炉温均匀性测试,以保证合格产品。

通过电流加热。

到底是发热体断损还是线路问题需进一步检查。

但可以确认的是,此加热炉有故障,必须处理。

2)炉门或台车密封不严。

由于装出料的原因,炉门和炉门框之间经常有相对运动,势必就有磨损。

而且耐大多数的炉门与炉门框的密封是靠耐火材料密封的,火材料的强度又不是太大。

台车炉由于工作在装出料时,需要台车做进、出运动,同样有一个密封磨损问题。

同时还有液压密封机构有无故障等。

另外箱式电阻加由于驾驶装、出料机人员热炉的装出料依靠装出料机,素质问题,对于炉门框的耐火材料碰撞也在所难免,所以造成炉门密封不严,使得热量损失,影响炉膛均温性。

此类故障,只要细心,仔细观察,很容易发现。

3)控制方面的原因。

电阻加热炉温度控制的核心是温控仪。

温控仪接收从热电偶采集的炉膛内的温比较炉膛内的实际温度与工艺要求的设定温度信号,度,温控仪自动调整输出功率的百分数,正常时温控仪不能设定功率输出的上下限。

真空炉炉温均匀性的测定一、真空炉温度场形成的特点真空炉的发热元件一般呈圆形布置。

真空加热相对普通炉来说,其传热方式只有辐射,没有传导和对流;非真空加热时有传导、对流和辐射三种方式,其中对流、传导根据压力的不同又与普通炉( 常规压力) 同。

压力小于1 ×105Pa ( 绝对压力,普通炉的近似工作压力) 时,其对流、传导作用小于普通炉; 压力接近工作真空度( 2Pa) 时,其对流、传导作用基本不存在,工件升温缓慢,特别是低于600 ℃以下加热时,加热更为缓慢,工件温度相对控温热电偶的温度有一定的滞后现象。

二、真空炉温度均匀性测量的原理( 1) 真空炉温度均匀性的测定采取炉体控温系统控制加热温度,外加热电偶进行记录的测量方式。

温度均匀性的测定仪器有热电偶转换开关,WRNK —121 型􊚼3mm×3000mm 的测量热电偶,其测量范围为0 ~1300 ℃,日本岛电SR93数显温度表、补偿导线。

( 2) 根据KES78. 311. 1 标准有关要求,真空炉炉温的测量采取有效加热区9 点测量的方式( 见图2) 。

在600 mm×600mm×900mm 的有效工作空间内作9 点布置,任一个平面内均有3 个热电偶( 图2 中黑点为热电偶的固定位置) 。

( 3) 在炉体的炉门端的一侧有一测温口。

测量时拆下原盖板,安装上带有9 孔的测温法兰,测量热电偶通过法兰接入炉腔内并固定在支架上。

安装测量热电偶时需加密封垫圈、橡胶垫圈及真空脂用压紧螺栓进行压紧密封,以防止漏气( 见图3) 。

三、真空炉温度均匀性的测量过程1. 准备工作将测量热电偶及控温热电偶按GB/ J351 —1996 《中华人民共和国国家计量鉴定规程》中相关规定进行检测,检测合格方能进行炉温均匀性测定。

自炉体拆下测温孔的盖板,将9 根经过检测合格的热电偶依次穿上密封垫圈、橡胶垫圈,自法兰孔中引入炉腔内,并依次按图1 位置固定在位于炉门口支撑架上,支撑架的尺寸为有效加热尺寸。
