直流数据:主要检测直流母线电压、负载电流、蓄电池电 流、蓄电池容量等; 充电模块:主要检测各充电模块的输出电压、电流。 告警数据:可以查看当前告警数据、历史告警数据; 参数设置:可以对交流过压、欠压定值,直流过压、欠压 定值,充电参数进行设置。 在这里着重介绍一下,充电参数里面各参数的含义: 从主菜单按数字键“7”进入“参数设置”子菜单,再按数 字键“4”进入“充电参数”菜单,可看到如下数据:表中 定值数据非实际定值,为随意给定值。

BATM60 便携式电池巡检议使用说明书深圳奥特迅电力设备有限公司一、概述BATM60便携式蓄电池巡检仪是由微电脑控制,采用大屏幕液晶汉字显示,操作方便,智能化程度高,实时检测蓄电池组的环境温度及单节电池的端电压,并将其测量数据处理后显示,当电池电压异常或温度异常时会有报警提示。

同时采用串行方式,通过RS232(电流环型)或RS485通讯接口与上位JKQ2000C、JKQ3000A集中监控器或其他监控系统相连接,将其测量数据传送给集中监控系统,对其进行数据分析处理。

该产品由测控模块和触摸屏组成,测控模块为直流监控器的主机,触摸屏作为人机交互的接口,通过RS232连接到主机。

奥特迅直流系统后台通讯帮助(后附规约)一,通讯与后台1,此规约适用于JKQ-3000A(B,BM)系列监控器。

2,JKQ-3000A(B,BM)系列监控器COM1为默认后台通讯口,COM2-COM6亦可作为后台通讯口。

COM1支持RS485,RS232,RS422。

C0M2-COM6仅支持RS485。

若COM1口通讯质量不理想,可用COM2-COM6中空闲的端口通讯后台。

若COM1口通讯质量不理想,其他端口亦被使用,请致电我司。

COM1口接线方法:C0M2-COM6端口接线方法:COM1作为后台通讯端口的参数设置如下:直流系统的运行参数不宜随意修改,若设置不当会造成系统的不正常运行或不能在最佳状态下运行,请注意主菜单>2>参数设置主菜单下按“2”:请输入设置密码:密码为5位数字,若输入密码正确,按“确认”键则进入参数设置页,否则返回上一屏:注意:密码可以修改,出厂时为“11111”。

24V 50A、48V 30A 两种型号为 ATC 系列智能高频开关充电模块,是我公司开发、设计和 生产的第三代大功率电源模块产品,采用了具有国际先进水平的软开关技术,结构紧凑体积 小,内置 CPU,具有高智能、高效率、高可靠性等优点,各项性能指标达到并超过 DL/T781-2001 标准,可组成独立的通信电源系统。

充电模块说明书

通合充电模块2.1.1 三相输入模块简介三相输入系列智能型高频开关电源模块,是电力电源最主要的配置模块,同时也是我公司推出的第三代产品,是专门为电力系统设计,具有“四遥”功能的高频开关电源,模块采用世界领先的“谐振电压型双环控制的谐振开关电源” 技术,生产出来的模块具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、空载损耗小、可靠性高等优点。

产品包括220V 和110V 两大系列,十多个品种,配有标准RS-485接口,易于与自动化系统对接,适用于各种容量的直流系统。

型号说明TH系列号 3:代表第三代产品产品系列 三相输入充电模块产品主要型号如表2-1所示。

●交流输入内置符合安规的保险管。

●直流输出内置二极管,可以不增加额外措施实现热插拔。

同类其他没有内置二极管的产品,用户需要额外在直流屏上增加二极管散热片,接线繁琐。

●采用“三相无源功率因数校正电路”,输入无中线,功率因数可达0.94。

●采用隔离自主均流,并机不均流度<±3%,可保证二十台以上模块良好并机。

●模块具有RS-485接口,方便接入自动化系统进行通信。

●输出过压保护:内置过压保护电路,出现过压后模块自动锁死,模块故障指示灯亮,故障模块自动退出工作,不影响整个系统正常运行;过压保护点:220V模块为320V±5% ,110V模块为160V±5% 。

●输出限流保护:每个模块输出电流最大限制为额定输出电流的1.05倍。

●短路保护:采用回缩下垂限流方式,模块电流输出特性如图2-1,输出短路时模块在瞬间把输出电压拉低到零,限制短路电流在额定输出电流的15%以下。

奥特迅直流系统后台通讯帮助(后附规约)一,通讯与后台1,此规约适用于JKQ-3000A(B, BM)系列监控器。

2,JKQ-3000A(B, BM)系列监控器COM1为默认后台通讯口,COM2-COM6 亦可作为后台通讯口。

COM1支持RS485,RS232,RS422COM2-COM6仅支持RS485若COM1 口通讯质量不理想,可用COM2-COM6中空闲的端口通讯后台。

若COM1 口通讯质量不理想,其他端口亦被使用,请致电我司。

COM2--COM6作为后台通讯端口的参数设置如下:以COM2为例:3,后台机设置建议:1)指令下发周期建议设置为4-8秒,波特率推荐1200 BPS!2)我司监控器内本位机地址、上位机地址均为十进制数据。

3)如有两台以上监控器(包括两台)与后台机通讯,请为每台监控器单独铺设通讯电缆!!!4)如需上传电池巡检仪单只电池电压数据、支路绝缘数据,后台机请合适设置数据长度限制。

一直流电源概述奥特迅GZDW系列直流电源柜,适用于大中小型发电厂、变电所,作为高压断路器直流操作机构的分、合闸、继电保护、自动装置、信号装置等使用的操作电源及事故照明和控制用直流电源。

各项性能指标达到并超过DL/T459-2000标准。

3.主要技术指标二系统构成及工作原理:电力操作电源系统主要由交流配电单元,充电模块,直流馈电,集中监控单元,绝缘监测单元和蓄电池等部分组成,图1为整个系统的构成原理框图:图 1 系统原理框图1.单路交流检测回路单路交流检测回路由交流状态监测单元实现如图2。

图 2 交流检测回路原理图正常运行时,三相交流电处于相对平衡的状态,三相交流电中心点与零线之间无电势差,内部继电器J1不动作,交流故障监测单元内的告警继电器J3的线图通过J1的常闭接点接于零线与火线间,同时LED发光管点亮,指示交流电源正常。

当交流任一相发生缺相或三相严重不平衡时,三相交流电中心点与零线之间产生电势差,内部继电器Jl得电动作,其常闭接点断开,使得内部继电器J3线图失电,J3常闭接点闭合,发出故障告警信号,同时LED熄灭,指示交流电源故障。

2.防雷保护电路雷击分为直击雷和感应雷两种,线路直接适雷击时,电缆中流过很大电流,同时引起数千伏的过电压直接加到线路装直和电源设备上,持续时间达若干微秒,直接危害用电设备。
