举个我自己的例子吧,记得有一次英语抽测,我抱着侥幸的心理,没有做好复习工作,所以考试前就开始临时抱佛脚,结果到了最后,根本没有时间复习完,考试时慌慌张张,考得一塌糊涂。

第二,整理回顾错题。

六年级两极分化严重,我更多的关注了前面的学生,对于他们也分组,除了分组检查,还经常抽查,以防检查质量不合格。
分了组之后,组长的选择很重要。
组长就相当于老师,代替老师检查。
三年级本学期我直到现在都未指定组长,因为他们刚刚起步,差距不明显,每次检查谁最先学会谁当组长。
这样也能增强学生竞争意识,提高其积极性。
四五六年级组长主要选择有责任心,学习能力强,追着老师学,还有点小厉害的学生。
四一班我选了八位组长,这八个人相对能力较强。
四二班,我选了十六为组长,两个组长管理一个组,但我大多时候每组只检查一个组长。
五年级我选择了十个人作为组长,把他们又两两搭档,分成五个竞赛组。
每个组员也有各自的竞争对手。
每个班的情况不同,组长的选定也略有不同。
选好了组长,利用好组长很难。
首先,在检查中,我对组长高标准、严要求。
有时近于苛刻。
主要是为了让他们能严格要求组员,不让检查质量缩水太多。
其次,在班上为组长树立绝对的威信。
还有,组长之间也要开展竞争,分出高低,让他们有比劲、有干劲。
其实以上说的这些,我做的并不是很好,我自己常常松懈,不能持之以恒,而且在竞争机制和奖励机制方面做的很不好。
